I needed a same-day appointment, showed him an inspiration photo, and he did an amazing job. The shape was exactly what I wanted, and the airbrushed design came out beautifully. I originally wanted a more detailed design, but Nathan explained that those are best scheduled during a fill appointment so he has enough time to do them right. I really appreciated his honesty instead of feeling rushed. The appointment was reasonably timed, the pricing was fair, and I left very happy with my nails. She was super nice up until the moment I asked her to fix these things. It wasn't Helen nor her daughter, I have never seen this lady before. When I asked her if she can clean up the polish a little bit, she proceeded to add polish ONTO MY SKIN TO MAKE IT LOOK EVEN. I then asked her if she can take it off because I already knew I wasn't going to like it. She then wanted me to pay $30. I called Helen over and asked how it was fair for me to pay more than half when I'm not even leaving with my toes done. She then said "Fine give me $20 and then you can leave." She then took off my polish with the drill and made me bleed on my toe from how rough she was drilling. I left with all my toes red and irritated.

After a few mins, a super friendly woman seated both of us, set me up with a foot soak and began to take care of my BF. During this time 2 more people came into the salon. My BF's tech noticed what I was witnesses and said something. After that one of them reluctantly came over to take care of me.
