Michael, who did my pedicure, was one of the most gentle and kind nail technicians I've ever had. The ladies working there were also very polite and helpful, making sure everything was comfortable throughout my visit. The technician was very rough while working on my toenails and cut deeply into the sides of my nails without asking. Nail salons are not podiatrists, and cutting into the sides of toenails can be risky if not done properly. I was burned a couple of times during the process and felt pain throughout the service. Now that I'm home and trying to sleep, my toes are extremely sore and painful. This shouldn't happen after a pedicure. I was also concerned that I did not see brand new or properly sanitized tools being used, which is very important for hygiene and safety. I hope the salon improves their sanitation practices and is more gentle and careful with clients in the future. Also they need to mop those floors I still left a tip because the nails came out okay looking . But i am in pain
