I had such an amazing experience getting my lips done with Melanie at Beverly Hills Med Spa. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the space feels clean, luxurious, and very well taken care of. From the moment I walked in, her team made me feel so comfortable. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering me water, asking if I needed to use the restroom, and making sure I felt taken care of the entire time. I also really appreciated that they helped me save $50 on my visit by letting me scan their available QR codes, which was such a nice bonus. While I was waiting, the room was set up perfectly, with relaxing music and a super comfortable medical chair, which made the whole experience even better. Melanie herself is truly amazing. She's attentive, gentle, and works efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. Before starting, she takes the time to ask exactly what you want and what areas you'd like to improve, which shows how much she cares about her clients and their results. She is professional, knowledgeable, and honestly just fabulous at what she does. I've been going to her for 4 years now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. She is definitely my go-to. They offer a wide range of services, including injections, body treatments, and facial treatments, so you're in great hands no matter what you're going in for. BEWARE: This felt like a complete BAIT AND SWITCH. I specifically booked with Paige after researching her work & reviewing years of before-and-after photos on IG dating back to 2020. I called to confirm that Paige would be there for my 4:15 appt & that she accepted Groupon clients. They confirmed both. Based on that info, I purchased the Groupon, arranged for someone to pick up my daughter from school, left work early, & drove 4 hrs round trip to Beverly Hills. After I arrived, they put numbing cream on my lips & THEN casually informed me that Angelica would be in to do my injections. I immediately corrected that I was booked with Paige, I was then informed that Paige had decided to leave early. I inquired more there was not a good explanation. No. The injector matters. Angelica's portfolio only goes back to 2025 & is nowhere near comparable in experience or body of work. Telling me "Angelica is good too" completely misses the point. I did not book with Angelica. I booked with Paige & made it clear she was the only reason I was coming out for the treatment. There was no room for any misunderstandings. I felt I had no choice but to leave. I was not comfortable having someone other than the injector I specifically selected inject filler into my face. To make matters worse, the Groupon had already been redeemed, even though no procedure was performed & that I then had to spend even more time with the refund process despite receiving absolutely nothing. If Paige wasn't available, I should have been notified before I spent money, took time off work, arranged childcare, drove across So Cal and sat there with a numb mouth. Instead, I left with no treatment, wasted time, wasted gas, & the burden of fixing the refund situation myself. Completely unprofessional. Paige had no availability for 2 months out. THEY LIKELY DO THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT ALL THE TIME because it really throws you off. I'm just proud of myself for walking away. read more

I should have just went to my usual for my lip filler. Whatever was injected disappeared after 24 hours! I called to ask about it and was told I had to pay more for more volume when it was completely gone. Not that I just wanted more? The receptionist said I could come in for another consultation but it would lead to me paying again even if it showed that there was no product left. I'm not driving 2+ hours for that. I left a message for someone from management to call me and now 4+ weeks later, still nothing. My Botox is also already wearing off after 4 weeks. Idk if it's the injector or the product used? I really wanted to love this place! It started off strong with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel confident as a new client. Unfortunately, the results didn't live up to the experience. For context, I'm Asian, in my late 30s, and have been getting Botox since my late 20s. I typically don't need much, and treatments usually last up to 6 months for me, much longer than most of my friends, who usually need a touch-up after 3 months. I was excited to try this location because of their new client Botox promotion, but I ended up deeply disappointed. After just one month, I noticed wrinkles reappearing on my forehead as if I hadn't received any Botox at all. This has never happened to me before. I was out of town shortly after the treatment and wasn't able to contact the office until just over six weeks had passed. When I did reach out, I was told they couldn't do anything because it was outside their 30-day window. While I understand and respect policies, it was frustrating that they weren't willing to make an exception, especially after I explained the situation. Being asked to book and pay for another appointment just six weeks after the first one, despite subpar results, left a bad taste in my mouth. Why would someone want to return for a service that didn't even meet the minimum expected time? I had high hopes of making this my new go-to spot, but unfortunately, that won't be the case. I've heard stories of Botox being diluted at some places, and I can't help but wonder if that may have been a factor here. Whatever the reason, it's truly unfortunate. read more

He explained exactly what to expect and promised the change would be soft. He was right. I look more awake, but no one can tell I had anything done. I got lip filler here last year, and right away I noticed one side of my bottom lip was noticeably larger than the other. I assumed it was just swelling and that it would even out, but after all the swelling went down, the asymmetry was still very obvious. I thought maybe it was from sleeping on one side, so I didn't reach out immediately. As time went on, the unevenness became more noticeable, so I finally contacted the spa. I was told they couldn't do anything because too much time had passed. Recently, I went to a different med spa, and their injector immediately pointed out that the filler on the larger side had been placed too superficially. They did their best to correct it, but the imbalance is still there, and now my only real option is to dissolve everything and start over. I'm really disappointed because this place is supposed to be a top med spa in LA, but the result I received has left me feeling botched and stuck with an issue that wasn't my fault. I bought a Groupon for lip filler and Botox and made an appointment. I had gotten my lips done somewhere else previously and the results were bad so I had them dissolved. I was nervous to get them done again but the nurse practitioner was incredibly skillful and knew what she was doing. It was super painful though, but that's expected. My lips turned out AMAZING. The Botox was awesome too. No more forehead lines. I highly recommend this place, the nurse knows what she's doing. I did have a weird allergic reaction to the Botox but that has nothing to do with this place, It was my own weird body reaction. this is the first Med Spa i've been to that didn't try to upsell me! i DID end up spending a little more than planned, but only because the nurse, Paige, was so skilled and understood the result i was seeking and the additional treatment required for that result! she didn't pick apart my face like the others have, making me feel bad about myself and thus spend more money on treatments out of insecurity. i didn't go back to those med spas and never will. because they never even delivered on their expensive promises. everyone at Flawless was so friendly and helpful. just a really lovely experience. i'm still waiting for my final result as i'm still a little swollen from the filler and the Botox is just starting to kick in, but if things continue the way they're going, i'm going to be VERY happy with the result! read more

Love Melanie! She's so professional and did a great job on my botox. I was nervous when I went in my first time but she put my mind at ease. She also did a really good job, I couldn't see the wrinkle in my forehead for months! I booked my consultation online and was kind of on the fence about getting botox for the first time. I went into her Beverly Hills office, which she shares with another plastic surgery practice, and felt calm because the office was so pretty. There was free water, and pretty furniture and I felt slightly more calm haha. Then Melanie brought me back to her office and explained how it would work. I, being paranoid, was worried it would freeze my face or make my eye droop (basically all the horror stories you hear on the news) but she assured me it would be fine, and that those side effects are not common and that the only way you can truly look frozen is with surgery. So I decided to get (i forget how much) botox in my forehead to get rid of the worry/angry line between my brows. I had a very LA evening afterwards, as she said I couldnt exercise...so i had to call Soul Cycle and explain I couldn't make it bc I just got botox'd LMAO...so I went home and didn't have any side effects. I think the next day I could tell a difference! I really want to get my lips done next!!! Melanie is an amazing and skilled injector! I don't get botox much but maybe once or twice per year, if that. She is really quick and efficient, two minutes and you are out and done! Don't hurt you like other injector who just jab you in the forehead without warning, and then bruised you for days! By all mean and I do have a high pain tolerance.
