For someone who is absolutely terrified of going to the dentists office and will do anything to put it offf... this might have been my best dental visit ever. Being a first time visitor, the entire staff made my visit as enjoyable as one could have at a dentists office. Everyone was super friendly and you could just tell that the vibes are good in here. I came in very nervous but left with a huge (clean) smile on my face. Didn't think i'd be looking forward to coming back but i can honestly say i'm ecstatic to get my teeth cleaned again. Came back for my deep cleaning today, the hygienist Jordan really makes sure you are comfortable. She let me pick something to watch on Netflix, she explained the numbing processes, and checked in with me often to make sure I wasn't in pain or discomfort. You can tell she genuinely cares. I hate dentist well let me rephrase that I have a fear of dentist, I can honestly say this office made me feel so comfortable there are great. Every questions I had they had the answer, a very nice environment the receptionist was so sweet Gabby she instructed me to get my x-rays from my previous dentist and if they are clear enough they will use them so I don't get charged and had me filling out my paper before getting there so I could go right in right away, Joel walk me there the prices of everything and give me a clearer plan that would save me money and Donavan just and around nice guy beside rooting for the wrong football team and Dr Pham was great, to make a long story short I felt like they just wanted to help me with my smile. This place is a joke! They will try to be nice to you only to scam you. They over treat everything to make money from you and the insurance. I went to another office and I was told those teeth are stains but here they will lied to you and say they are cavity. TERRIBLE PLACE! THE WORSE PLACE. After my regular dentist wasn't able to do a cavity filling fix for me, I sought out to find another dentist who might be able to help. I found Pure Cypress Dentist & was excited because they were so close to me & had great Yelp reviews! I sent them an email & they called me right away and had me come in within the hour! I was so happy for the quick response and willingness to see me. The staff was super friendly. Literally everyone complimented my mask and I was like WOW, these people are awesome. They had patients flying in and out of there quicker than I had ever seen at any other dental facility. I had my X-rays done, which were super quick! Quick, but a little painful. Definitely scratched the inside of my mouth and I know I tasted some blood. It still feels raw even a day after. So the Dr. saw my X-rays, and my regular dentist was just going to fix my cavity that broke, but the Pure Dr. recommended that I get the filling "fixed" & prepped for a crown/root canal, which I wasn't too excited about knowing my other dentist was just going to try & fix the the cavity filling, and have it covered by my insurance. She informed me that it would cost $900. I really wanted to get another opinion because I just don't have $900 to drop right now. So the Dr. had an assistant come in who went right to work making my treatment plan and I asked her if I could come back another day to have the work done because I started work that afternoon & she told me to call my boss and let them know I was going to be late. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Who does that? She stood in the room with me while I was on my phone trying to figure out what the heck to do. It's not like I can call my boss & let them know I'm running late. That's just not professional & even if I had called it felt unprofessional for the assistant to be in there with me and ask me to call my place of work. It just made me really uncomfortable. I even explained that I didn't want to go to work & have to talk to my clients after i just had my teeth worked. How would that be comfortable? And she said just take Advil. I really felt like what I was trying to express didn't matter & they were kind of pressuring me to just get the work done right then & there. I let them know that the best I could do was email my boss but there was no guarantee I could stay to get the work done so they said "Oh ya just leave, go get some lunch, and then just come back whenever and we'll work on you." I even asked about making an appointment for another day and that was hard to get out of them. I don't know but something about that just felt scammy like they were really wanting me to stay so they could make that $900 off of me. I reached out to another dentist who is going to be able to fix my tooth and have it covered. read more

I was really nervous about coming to a new dentist. I called in evening to see if I could be squeezed in to fix a filling. The first person I spoke with was very understanding and helped make an appointment the next day. They checked my insurance and sent all the paperwork to ensure all the necessary documents were done before getting there. I arrived the next afternoon and the office was very clean & inviting. I was checked in and waited be seen. The wait was minimal and I was taken in pretty quickly. Donovan, Dominique, Joel & Dr. Ha were very thorough and took really good care of me. Dr. Ha ensured I was comfortable and explained everything to me. Pure Cypress did an amazing job making me feel welcome & valued. I absolutely love Pure Cypress Dental. Wow Wow Wow! Really loved the Care, Professionalism and hospitality! I went in for a consultation, which I was walked through thoroughly, so I understood what the recommended treatment plan was. It had been at least two years since I last saw a dentist so I definitely needed some work done. Once I started my first procedure, Dr. Tae was extremely careful in ensuring I was 100% comfortable and checked on me quite often which I really appreciated. It was a breeze and painless! What a relief! I Finished my second procedure today and I was in and out in roughly an hour or so. I was seen on time and treated with the same care, professionalism and hospitality as before. Got a consultation here for invisalign. Would advise you to shop around and go to actual orthodontist specialists. They tacked on an additional $1350 compared to other orthodontists for a service that orthodontists consider part of the treatment. Also was pressured to sign up right then and there, to get a discount. And just maybe they could work out an additional discount on the excessive $1350 worth of charges. I mentioned it to two other orthodontists I had a consultation with and they were both confused, didn't understand why I would be getting charged per tooth for several teeth to get filed down when that's routine to do after invisalign anyways. They are probably fine for normal dentistry and treatment that dental insurance covers. read more

Honestly the best dental place I've been to. Everyone there were so friendly and helpful and most importantly professional!! I got in SUPER FAST like right on time and did not have to wait at all. Dr. Tae was amazing ! He explained everything thoroughly as to what needed to be done and went thru my cleaning and filling step by step. All of the assistants were sweet and kind. They have screens in which they play shows on Netflix to keep you entertained while you got your teeth cleaned. They accept Medi Cal as well. I have always been uneasy about going to the dentist and because of that I waited years. I knew it was gonna be bad. I got here and Gabby welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. She could tell I was nervous and let me ask all my questions and asked me if I needed anything. Then Donavan took me back for X-rays. He was extremely quick and made me feel better about being here.
