I went there there for cleaning since there are so much of top rating in the past. Big surprise and shock. The front staff is nice. However, doctor and assistant are horrible, no smile, just keep asking you for the whole set of x-ray. Cleaning is not good as my last one (unfortunately she moved out). We just moved in this area so we were in need of a Dental Physician. But I wasn't looking for just any dentist. I was looking for someone who takes pride in their business and honestly cares about your needs. I shopped around for a few dentists and found their clinic on Yelp. I decided to make an appointment. During my first visit, I immediately became comfortable upon entering the clinic. It is clean and smells great! I was offered a hand paraffin wax!!! (which was so nice and relaxing) while waiting for my appointment. 5 stars already on that one! From the moment I called to hear them answer my questions to the first scheduled visit I knew they were good to go. They greet me by my name and I did not have to wait forever to get a check-up. Dr. Ash is so nice and sounds like he cares about his patients. His staff is the most friendliest staff I have ever met. My second visit required me to sit longer on the dental chair. I was surprised when I was asked what movie do I want to watch. Seriously! I was watching a movie on Netflix while I was having my teeth done. Amazing huh! (it was right on the ceiling, so I was looking at it directly while laying down). Dr Ash explains every process that he is doing and makes sure that you are not in any pain or uncomfortable. With regard to appointments, I get an email a few weeks in advance and a call and text message to remind me of my appointment. It was really helpful! They also accept our insurance which was also a major factor in choosing Pure Cypress Dentist. Dr Ash is friendly and professional. My experience is bad. They called me a couple times in 2 days before my appointment to reschedule with all kinds of excuses but I told them my work schedule is strict and I would like to stick with my original appointment. When I arrived, after xray by female doctor, I got a whole list of things to do and she refused to clean my teeth if I don't want to upgrade to deep clean. I walked out the door with the price list up to 3k ( cash price without insurance because I don't want them to contact my insurance) I will come back to make my groupon worth it because I alreast paid for Groupon and they still owe me whitening part. read more

So glad I found this dentist! I used a Livingsocial voucher for a cleaning, X-ray, and exam for $19. Paperwork is expedited by you inputting everything in the computer. While you wait (which wasn't long), you can get a hand paraffin and keep it on until the end of the cleaning if you wish. The dentist is the one that actually cleans your teeth, and he's very nice and professional. The exam room is pretty high tech and you can watch what's going on on the tv above you on the ceiling. He also takes pictures of your teeth so you can see how they change when you come back. He doesn't try to push additional services you don't really need (like other dentists I've been to). The assistant and receptionist were also great and courteous. I would definitely come back here again and let others know! read more

Dr. Ash is wonderful. My experience at this dentist is like one I have never experienced before. I have had all my silver fillings replaced - At least six total. I also had two crowns put in to replace two gigantic cracked silver fillings and an additional two cavities filled. I had enormous amount of work done That I put off doing for 2 years because I never trusted the random dentists I would go to. I have been searching through Yelp for several years for a new home dentist but always had a bad experience. Over the course of 3- 4 months I accomplished getting all the work previously mentioned done at a very affordable price and on top of that got my teeth whitened. I absolutely would not go anywhere else in the future. For once I can say I trust this dentist facility and that I am not getting ripped off. Not only is this dentist trustworthy, the staff was always welcoming, friendly and enjoyable to be around. Dr Ash explains the steps he is performing thoroughly and makes the entire experience very comfortable. I was able to watch Netflix shows each time I was there getting work done. I was always in and out within an hour and half or less and never had to wait in waiting room for more than several minutes. Couldn't be happier with this experience. Place is clean and staff extremely nice. It took me a while to get used to them consistently asking me if I wanted tea, water anything else, if I was ok with this or that. They have a nice location in the shopping plaza right next to the CHUZ gym. All staff members were very professional as well. By far the best dentist I have ever experienced! The office was very high tech. Staff was very friendly. I really liked the technology they used for X-rays and the exam. I haven't been to the dentist in over 4 years and everything was done in one room and I could instantly see the X-rays in front of me.
