After seeing another dentist and fining out that is nothing wrong with my teeth and that I don't need any treatment to stop my teeth from falling off, He told me that my teeth are perfectly fine and healthy, you were just trying to rip off a senior citizen shame on you! I needed to find a new dentist in the area, and I found Pure Cypress Dental office on Yelp a few months back - and decided to give them a try. So far, I had a cleaning + a deep cleaning with them - I'm very happy with their services. Gabby and Donovan are usually manning the reception area. They're very friendly, professional, and put you at ease. Dr. Pham did my cleaning sessions. He's very skilled and efficient. Joel followed up with a nice polishing session. He's great and has a fun sense of humor. And a big kudos to Jenny! She was the dental assistant during my sessions, and she's a sweetheart. Very professional, too. To add - they provide an entertainment screen for you to watch during the sessions. It's a nice plus in my book. Highly recommended and thank you! read more

Had I known that just 7 minutes away from where I live there is an amazing dentist with professional and good hearted, honest staff, I would have been here years ago. Finding the right dentist and doctor isn't easy. People think once you find a dentist, that's it, they know what they're doing but they really don't. That wasn't the case here. Cypress Dentist is amazing from the moment you call and schedule, till the moment you leave the office. They scheduled us promptly, sent the forms via text for us to fill out and we were set to see the dentist and start treatment, with long term care in mind, it's what I wanted. The office is clean, the staff is wonderful, professional and take into account that we the client also have a schedule to maintain. They respected our time and I appreciate that. Service was amazing and the dentist was great! I wish I could give ten stars because they truly deserve it. I recommend highly, they will take good care of you here. Thank you so much!! read more

Over two years ago I had a root canal here on a molar. Afterwards, I was in tremendous amounts of pain and went back in 4 different times to have it looked at - they shaved it down saying my bite was off, which helped a bit, went back - shaved it down again and it didn't help - called, went in with more complaints and nothing ... again and this time they claimed it was because I suddenly needed another root canal in a tooth above - but that my molar was fine. They never x-rayed it, never really checked it, just "it's all in your head, it's this other tooth". So I left. Still with pain, still with no answers. I already had horrid Dento-phobia and had zero desire to try out another dentist for fear I'd be left in further pain. The pain eventually subsided to a dull ache and I worked to not care. Fast forward to last month when I had a little pocket appear low on my gums, right by this tooth that seemed full of something. My new dentist diagnosed me with an abscess and now I'm off to the endodontist and a cat scan to see what's up. I'M LIVID. These people never listened to me. Tried to deflect their shoddy work and never once even gave me the courtesy of an xray or a referral to an expert who may have helped me. I also found out that the $900 they charged me for the crown on this tooth was a LIE as my insurance did, in fact cover crowns and I should have paid $0 for it. I've had pain for years because of their BS. I paid nearly a grand for a crown my insolence would have covered for free and they never cared to listen to me and truly try to help fix their crap work. Causing me to be dentist averse again for 2 years because of all of this - fearing it would all be a lot more pain. Hard pass on these people. HARD PASS. read more

Pure dental staff is amazing the front desk, the techs especially Donavan and Leslie who was the epitome of customer care. Unfortunately my insurance isn't covered at this office, but they were still willing to help me with whatever they could for the day. I went in and needed a few crowns done back in 2022. A few months after I went in with my regular dentist and was told the crowns did not fit my tooth. I came back and voiced my concerns and was assured they had fit my tooth. Fast forward, I move back home and I go to my primary dentist, again I'm told the crowns don't fit my teeth. I get a third opinion, again told they don't fit. At this point I call and ask for some sort of relief, a partial refund anything. They tell me they can't do anything for me unless I fly all the way back for an appointment. This wasn't in my budget. Today my crown fell out while flossing. Now I have to pay more money out of pocket to get this fixed. I paid out of pocket the first time around. It's so frustrating. If I can give it 0 stars I would. It's ridiculous so much money spent and for the crown to fall off during flossing. I will be filing a complaint with the dental board. read more

Teeth. We all have them at one point or another in our lives. I've got like 20 something of them (idk I lost count) and I highly value dental hygiene. With that being said, I was in dire need of a dental clinic that could provide me with the utmost dental care. A clinic with pride, precision, & strong enamel. Pure Cypress Dentist IS that clinic! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Cassandra at the front. She was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and demonstrated those qualities by helping me establish my care at this clinic as a new patient. Next were Gabby & Joel, true leaders holding down the fort. They welcomed me in with open arms to the office & even had some jokes to share. I soon found out why teeth, and not comedy, is their specialty. Just kidding they're great. Together with Cassandra, they all helped get me started on my appointment. Donovan took me to the back for X-Rays and his technical prowess made the process very smooth. We finished up the X-Rays easily then he took me to the room. Jenny helped pull up the pictures, set up the room, & was very helpful. Now it was time for them to start pulling teeth one by one...just kidding again my visit was much less painful. Jordan, the hygienist, & Dr. Kwan made the ultimate dynamic duo in helping me with examination & filling. Jordan is very sweet, professional with her specially engraved jacket, & even helps out at their other offices. Dr. Kwan is THE BEST. I work with Doctors as I am currently pursuing a career in the medical field and I can say with confidence she is everything a doctor should be! She is smart, skilled, kind, & very articulate. I'm grateful to have had her do my exam & filling. Not only was her work excellent, but she also took the time to get to know me, tell me about her career, & answer all of my questions. Next Donovan returned for the teeth whitening. He set everything up perfectly, made sure I was fully comfortable with Netflix on, & tucked me in as I laid there for an hour looking like an extra for the movie "Predator". The hour finished & I left with my teeth clean, cavity-free, & looking PEARLY. I nearly blinded them when I smiled as I was leaving. DO NOT GO HERE. My brother had a root canal done there and ever since he's been having a lot of pain. We took him to a different dentist. Turns out THEY LEFT A WHOLE ROOT. So now we're having to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. This dentist should be the ones paying for what they messed up. I had a bad experience as well. I went in for a root canal and a filling. He started on my filling which took 2 HOURS. Then he said he's going to start on my root canal. He numbed me and left me in the room for almost an hour working on other people. My numbing had went away at that point. He started drilling and I screamed because I felt it all. He then numbed me even more and left me again for a long amount of time. On hour 4 I asked when he was going to be done and he said he was only half way done. I told him I needed to go to work. So he closed me up. So I came back a couple days later and i was there again for hours. The girls that were helping me after when he was done were so clueless and she literally told me she's never put a crown on before that it's her first time. I was like bruh.. She kept having to do it over and over again. Now i'm scared of that they messed my teeth up too. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! This place needs to close down read more

I am not terribly happy with the technician that takes the x-rays and the overall cleanliness of the facility. The girl that was taking my x Ray's had insufficient training on the machine. She took like 4 x-rays of the same spot before asking for help from another staff member making 5 x Ray's of the same area. Also the place seems poorly maintained and a little dirty paint is peeling in areas the equipment looked worn and that has to be the smallest x ray room ever. As someone who put off my dental health for quite some time , I was scared to come into any dentists office but coming here all of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in every way shape and form. I got two teeth extracted and some cosmetic work done as far as right now , with some bridges to be done in the future. Brought my then 5 year old here last year for his checkup before Kindergarten. The entire staff were extremely nice and friendly and made him feel so comfortable! So much so, that he wasn't afraid to come back for his yearly exam this year! I love that they send emails and text me reminders when his exam was due. This dental office is the real deal. For the last 20 years, had an unbelievably remarkable dentist, who retired and was irreplaceable. So then... I began "dentist shopping" to try and find a dentist to replace my formerly irreplaceable dentist. I found myself at a dental office that came recommended (NOT Pure Dentist). Got a check-up, X-rays, & cleaning. It was ok. Not impressive, not special, but fine. Went a second time, that time for a crown. Was disappointed. By what? Everything: front desk, X-ray tech, hygienist, and especially the dentist. I won't go into detail because that's not the point of this post. It is simply to exemplify how discerning I am in finding the right dental office, AND to illustrate the difficulty we patients all face in finding the right office. So... there I was, back on the search... A family friend recommended Pure Cypress Dentist. Lobby: Welcoming, cozy, clean, comfy. Staff & technicians: The front desk staff is personable, X-ray tech (Donovan) was efficient, precise, and funny. Office manager (Joel) was professional, knowledgeable, and also funny. The dental assistant (Jocelyn or Giselle--don't remember) was kind and gentle. Dentist: Dr. Loftus, who reviewed my x-rays with me & did my root canal, was FANTASTIC!! Perfect with anesthesia, gentle, professional, efficient, accurate, clean, & kind. In a few weeks, I'll be getting a permanent crown (to complete my root canal ), 2 cavity fillings, & a deep cleaning.
