He said at the time he was still waiting authorization from SDG&E to have our system approved before 'going live'. It is now end April and we still have not had the Solar 'approved and connected'. I subsequently made inquiries on the Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) website, to learn his license is under suspension. He did not disclose this at anytime, albeit the CSLB states "The licensee is not entitled to operate during the period of suspension until certain requirements are met." On checking with SDGE they have advised that the solar permit application submitted by the contractor had expired. All attempts to get Simms Solar Inc to submit the required permit have failed. I am pursuing his illegal operation with the CSLB. Matt Simms lacks integrity and ethics insofar as his professional behavior and operations. He is not to be trusted.
