Unfortunately, I have had to go for a touch up each time, I think 2 touch ups once. The only time I didn't go back (and needed it) was last year, but could not come due to being away in FL for a month. I've been going there for a few years now, but will not be going back. This last visit, both hubs and I both needed a touch up again.. (we usually go together; he has always needed a touch up as well). While at the touch up and because I was already there, I asked for my bunny lines (nose scrunch lines) to get injected. The touch up was free, but obvi I would pay for the new units to nose. I then realized I was charged a $20 provider fee plus my $60 for units. I called the next day and inquired about the provider fee. We have never been charged for touch ups. I was told that because the injector (super nice) had to "inject a new area" I was charged. Mind you... she was already injecting me, and already had product ready. There was absolutely no difference besides me paying for even more units (which I asked for)... it's not like I made a new appt for a new service.. I was there because the initial service was insufficient. I didn't want to go back out and take time out of my family's day to do this on purpose, but my forehead looked a bit wild and needed to have it fixed, crows still scrunching too much... I cancelled my membership that day. My skin needs based on what I told her as well as her expertise. For example, I told her that I have combination skin with a troublesome T-zone and briefly described to her what my skin concerns were and what my daily skincare routine was like. Based on this information, she was able to diagnose me or at least recommend two masks that I found really helpful in helping me to achieve the holiday glow I was going for. She recommended a Goji berry mask for the hydration and anti-aging properties and then a golden honey mask for the T-zone. As a beauty influencer, I find it refreshing when expertise meets the customer experience. We started the facial with a massage, and it really helped me with the holiday stress and knots that I had especially in the upper shoulders. She also did an extraction for me, which isn't really usually what I do, but I know that my fiancé and others love to watch those ASMR medical videos where they pop, pimples and extract, blackheads and whiteheads, so that's probably a really satisfying process to watch. I usually take my hygiene very seriously as well as my skin care routine so it was so surprising to see how much gunk she could extract and I was in awe. The process of getting a beauty treatment involves a lot of talking and venting and I really do feel like I unintentionally used this session as a much needed therapy session, but I also developed a lifelong friendship with both Marilyn and Melissa who introduced me to the business. This holiday season I will be going up to New Hampshire to spend Christmas with my future in-laws so I was really aiming to impress this year and Marilyn really helped me achieve a look that enhances my own natural beauty and makes me feel radiant and sparkly like a snowflake.
