Had a great experience getting my oil changed. Doug, Logan, and Boe were all incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The speed of service was impressive without sacrificing quality, and they kept me informed throughout everything. I also really appreciated their professionalism and customer service. One thing I especially noticed and appreciated was that everything was done correctly and thoroughly this visit. Definitely felt like they cared about the quality of their work. The only things that couldn't be completed were due to no fault of their own. I needed a new air filter but they were not in stock for my vehicle, and they were unable to top off the washer fluid because it hadn't been ordered yet. I went to this oil shop in July and was very impressed with the people. I watched as these guys worked on my SUV and the other car next to me as well. I have been a solid customer for years and I like to keep my business loyal. Today after a long day working in Kzoo I arrived later than I realized. Instead of just telling me that the employee had to be an ass and tell me "not today". I have worked in customer service for 40 years and if you want to keep loyal customers you need to work harder. I understand you are ready to close but the attitude was over the top. I have dozens of places I can get this done and you have lost me as a customer. I think attitude means everything. read more

2 weeks after my oil change my engine blew. Taken it to three shops who all say they didn't actually change the oil. It was black and low causing my timing chain to jump. They have no accountability as to their actions. Owner claimed he has video to which I asked to see it so that I could drop the small claims case. He denied access. Word around town this isn't the first time they have done wrong by people. read more

I paid the extra charge to get the premium service. They changed my oil and I asked if they checked my tire pressure as I had a low pressure indicator light on. The attendant said yes. I started my car and the low pressure light was still on. I asked him about it and if he checked the right front tire. He said yes they were all at 36 psi. He advised that I would need to drive a little ways for the light to go off. I know this is not true! I drove 30 miles, the light was still on. so I checked the tire pressure myself. The left tires were fine but the right rear was only at 30 and the right front was at 26!! Not only did the attendent not do his job, he lied to me about it! I have gone there regularly but will not go back. read more

I was very disappointed this morning when I came in for an oil change and was yelled at very sarcastically by the shorter, bald employee after not hearing him ask me for my mileage the first time. He was not at my vehicle window asking for mileage the first time, he was at the kiosk, so I assumed that he was talking to his coworker and was not listening to what he was saying. This was after I waited outside for them to get ready to open after they had supposedly already been open for approximately 15 minutes (I called to verify they would be open before I came). Once inside, I also got to enjoy (not) the smell of cigarette smoke entering my wife's vehicle that I brought in for the oil change. I'm sure she will enjoy the smell and the fact that she is allergic to the smoke will make it all the more pleasant for her. This, of course, doesn't consider that my 4 children will also be affected by it when they ride in the car as well. I have been coming here for several years and have been witnessing the quality of the staff continue on a downward spiral and, after being yelled at this morning, this was the last straw. I will not return to this establishment and am encouraging others not to return here either. read more

Their sign out front says oil lube for $24.99 but when they handed me the bill it was for $10 more. When I asked they said "oh that is for oil and filter only. You received the full oil change". I guess it cost's $10 to check the tires and air filter. The bad part is they didn't ask if I wanted the "full oil change" so I never had a chance to make an informed decision. Classic bait and switch. They just lost all of my families business. Bad customer service comes back to haunt you every time. read more
