Our sessions tend to be centered around boxing (which I like a lot) but they have all the standard gym equipment as well. I've never left feeling like I didn't get a great workout. I also rarely find myself looking at the clock during our workouts. The time definitely passes quickly. The space itself is pretty no-frills but it is super clean and they have everything you need. You can tell Brian and the staff put a lot of thought into this place. Almost every single piece of equipment is brand new and purchased from a high quality brand like Rogue. The dumbbells, barbell, weight plates and kettlebell I used for the 5pm Tuesday upper body workout seemed to be in immaculate condition. I stupidly didn't use weight clips for a warmup bench set and for the first time in my life actually dropped plates on the floor because they were so smooth on the bar they slid off when I was slightly uneven. Don't be dumb like me! They have some unusual equipment like a couple rolling tank style push sleds for legs. I saw dumbells through 100lbs and enough 45lb plates to max out any standard barbell. I liked him and the sessions he put me through, although he cancelled several at the last minute. In late December, I agreed to prepay him for twice a week for the month of January. He cancelled the first session and then failed to show up at the second. After he failed to show up, I received an email from him telling me that he was leaving the area for a week or two for personal reasons, and he would contact me to reschedule when he got back. That was eight weeks ago, and I have heard nothing from him since, even though I made repeated efforts to contact him. I now realize I am out over $500 for sessions I prepaid that I will probably never receive. It has been a major disappointment.
