The water was inconsistently soft, the toilets would make very loud noises during the recycle system, my old (and new) hot water heater would have flushing noises throughout the day and there was a lot of air in the water lines. I called Tim a few months ago to replace my brine tank that broke (my fault) and to look over the system stating the issues I had. His service fee was quite high and he never inspected or tested any part of the system. When asked, he said the softener resin didn't need replacing for another 10 or so years. When he found out another company was servicing my RO System, he erupted into a 5 minute tirade condemning that company. Well, Tim will NEVER be allowed in my home again and another GREAT company has replaced my system. The resin DID need replacing and the main system valves needed service. It was shot. Now, ALL my issues are GONE and the water has NEVER BEEN BETTER. I wish Tim well and advise all to follow up on any service you pay for. There's always other companies that will earn and keep you as a respected customer.
