Because Greg runs the business himself and delivers the spas personally you will need to coordinate with him to visit his showroom but his pricing is exception, his knowledge is second to none and the products he sells are full of value. I was new to this and he educated me quickly on the differences in quality between brands as well as options. He was able to deliver within about four or five days since he had the model I wanted in stock and at the end of delivery he went over everything I needed to know about the unit. He also referred me to an electrician who did the work seamlessly. One of the best parts, for me, to using Sparkling Spa's over a place like Costco is that I now have someone local who can service the hot tub if needed in the future. Not to mention he has been in the same location for almost ten years - these days there are too many fly by night companies out there.

They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I expressed to them that this was still within the 3 year warranty period to which I was told these items weren't included. Well, after a month or so I get an email that I was due a refund for repairs minutes a heater repair. Now, the heater maintenance was required-I was told by Caribbean because of the said breakdown that was covered under warranty. It took some arguing but I eventually received a refund for the work. This refund came with a snarky response stating that they would do this as a courtesy but wouldn't ever do it again for me. Here we are again at last years closing their tech lost a plastic eye for our tanning ledge jets. I know this for two reasons one I have cameras and saw him remove it. Two, it worked properly the night before they closed it. I told them about this at closing without response. Come opening I remind them and get a response that they will cover it but I have to be home from now on for all work they conduct on the premises. I remind them I have cameras and can see everything that happens around my home. Their response I will attach. Remember this story and experience when making your choice for a pool. Thank you Carribbean for your reply. Your reply only proves the disconnection with your policies and customer service. The warranty work described was from 2021 and 2022 during the 3 year warrenty phase. The plastic bubble was lost by your employee and then attempted to be sold to me this year. My filter doesn't work right again due to a poor opening. I took matters into my own hands and fixed it myself this year as I can no longer trust Carribbean as a pool company. I'm assuming this caused a ton strain on them and that is why they broke. They did not do a good job and plastic sliders were sticking out and I told them that and they said it was fine. $1,200 a year later the pulleys snapped. I called them to ask if they could do they could do anything they offered 10% off which is a joke. I called 5 other companies and got quotes 500-800. Aqua is over priced and does not stand by their work. I don't mind paying extra if the job is done right, but not making good on the job is why I won't ever use them again. Both as it turns out are plumbers by trade, which gave us confidence in the work they performed. They were responsive, punctual and respectful both answering questions by email and while on site. Joe and Dave immediately removed their shoes when arriving without even being asked. This is something that seems rare these days when working with contractors. There was no high pressure sales or scare tactics during the initial sales visit. They arrived on time, tested our water and Joe provided his initial suggestions on a system. I appreciated this approach as I was expecting just a salesman who didn't know much about specifics on the install and pressure to make the sale that day due to "the today only special" or "oh my, your levels are very high....". I had specific questions on the installation of the system as we required a couple of extra plumbing considerations and Joe was able to take a look and said "no problem, we can take care of that". He provided a quote promptly following the visit with a list of options itemized so we could select the type of system. Once we gave the green light, the install date was quick and the day of install things went well. They even took a look at a small leak we had on a sink and fixed it which was outside the scope of the original work and when offered extra money for their time, they refused. We are very happy with our experience with Pure Water Solutions. We found them by referral on our hometown's Facebook group and we were not disappointed.
