Satisfied Customer~ Gabriel and his team were great. I have a leak on my pool solar, and I freaked out. So I did what the smart people do and I consulter Yelp. After reading several reviews on several companies, I called these guys. I left a message and Danielle called me right back. We discussed my issue, and since I run a mortgage company, I have very little knowledge about pool solar. She sent Gabriel over the same day to access, and I needed some parts to repair my leak. Gabriel came out the next day and repaired my leak, and looked over my entire system. He replaced an O ring in another place that was soon to be trouble for me, and BAM! This team was AMAZING!!! Gabriel and Danielle were awesome on the estimate and office side of things. We decided to go with them, but had family from South Dakota coming into town in 2 weeks, and they were booked out for weeks. They were able to fit us in on a Saturday and the guys were GREAT. It was a team of 4, showed up at 830-9am and were COMPLETELY done by 530-6pm. They were very respectful and polite. I would 150% recommend them, and or use them again if needed in the future. The system works great and we love it. Our pool was usually 66-71 degrees before the system was installed, so we used it maybe 1-2 months out of the year. Gabe was able to quickly figure out that they had installed the wrong O'ring around the light, which is why it stopped working. This is an excellent company they went above and beyond! I originally called to have them fix my pool control panel and they were able to help me with lighting as well. Gabriel did an outstanding job replacing all our landscape lighting and wiring and he fixed my panel issue that even my electrician couldn't figure out. He was so professional and thorough and even came back out to adjust the lighting. He also checked a possible leak with my pool solar and fixed the pressure on the pool waterfall. We were looking to add pool solar and update our equipment and I spoke to 5 or 6 different vendors. We decided to go with Gabriel and he installed the solar system as well as a new pump and filter. Unfortunately we had some manufacturer issues with the solar system which caught us off guard and it took some time to figure out. Truthfully, the manufacturer was only concerned with making sure the problem was not their fault. It took weeks and hours of communication to get it sorted out. However, Gabriel was a star. He is very knowledgeable and generous in sharing that knowledge. I was bummed that we had the issue with the solar system and that Gabriel got caught in the middle. He did what he could to help, but it was not his doing and he had no way to fix it. Subsequently, Gabriel has been great in answering questions, providing advice and offering suggestions on our pool equipment. Its been my experience that a lot of pool guys can be flaky. Not the case with Gabriel. He's a good guy, professional and does what he says he is going to do. If you need something for your pool, he's the man!! read more

Today, Gabriel completed our solar project and did an outstanding job. Your perseverance and follow up is top notch. Our project was challenging and required many hurdles. They overcame them all with flying colors. In addition to a solar system for our "spool" (hybrid of spa and pool) they also added a new return line for better flow to our beach entry, added a waterfall feature, and installed a new variable speed pump. They were able to place their solar strips in areas around our home solar panels and still maximize the solar exposure on the roof. This review is long overdue. I have used Pure PWR pools twice now and on both occasions they were able to attend quickly and were great to deal with. On the first occasion, Danny came out and repaired a couple of leaks in my pool solar strips. I think this was almost 2 years ago and there have been no leaks since the repair. The second time, I had a leaking roof during last winters heavy rain. I was unable to get a roofer on short notice due to the poor weather keeping all the roofers busy,PWR were able to send out Danny and Dustin quickly and they made a quick repair that kept the rain out, and at the same time created a quote to replace my aging pool solar strips. Danny and Dustin were knowledgeable and nice guys to deal with. I haven't replaced my pool solar yet as I want to wait until I replace the roof underneath that area, but I will definitely be using PWR for my new system and any other pool related jobs that I can't complete on my own.
