Second, this is supposed to be a space for quiet and relaxation; people are asked not to be too loud. I regularly visit spas and have received Swedish massages that were significantly deeper. While Noel was pleasant, the massage simply did not meet my needs, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I was also surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to use the spa amenities. In my experience, amenities are typically included when booking a treatment. Had I known about the extra fee when I asked about amenities while booking, I could have made a more informed decision. The jacuzzi ended up being the best part of my visit, but I go to a spa primarily for the quality of the massage. Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the cost, and I do not plan to return.
