After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. I found the second place termites had damaged our home on the inside and the response was we can put a trap there and see if there are still termites. When I asked what is the warranty they said we do not warranty any repairs. Than when when we receivd the report they completely ignored the beam I showed them and said it is just dried paint. This service is a total rip off and does not work. We have now had termite damage in three places and they did absoulutley nothing about.
