Eric was friendly, personable, and thorough. We have bimonthly service through this company, and after purchasing a black light to go scorpion hunting, we only found one scorpion in our backyard. We mentioned it to Eric, and he went the extra mile by applying a treatment to help deter crickets, which he explained are one of a scorpion's main food sources. They also placed a live cockroach by the door to create the illusion that the home has a pest problem, we have cameras all over the property. Horrible first impression and shady business tactics. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. They kept trying to come out every 3 weeks instead of 4. When I questioned this I was told no one else complains and it's what fits in their schedule not mine. I was concerned they were trying to get paid more by coming more often. Drew said that wasn't the case but did so by insulting me for asking. They will make you sign a contract, DON'T DO IT. He was very excited to tell me there was a $200 cancelation fee which is probably the only way this guy can make a buck. They also pressured me for a review the very first time they came out, before they had done the service. So, Drew now you get that review you wanted so badly. Do better, be more professional, stop screwing people over, and no reason to be such a jerk! read more
