An example of his helpfulness was when he pointed out a couple of screens were a little warped, which I would not have known if he hadn't told me. At the end he invited me to check the windows to see if there was anything that needed an improvement - they were fantastic. I appreciated his invitation to check (because once they're gone, it's a bit late). I hope we have the opportunity to work with Miguel again next year!
