Even after involving both sets of realtors, the buyers started to get cold feet, expressing concerns about potential mold. This is despite their home inspection confirming there was no mold on the report (something we found out from our realtor). I searched "mold inspection" here on Yelp and found this company. I called to ask about pricing and availability and was pleasantly surprised. Despite some unfortunate setbacks, scheduling became an issue; however, that was able to resolved. Oliver came by while there was still a 4x4 hole in our garage ceiling. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing. The result? No mold. And even better, no charge.
