He pointed me to a chair on sale in the breezeway area that I couldn't pass up; it's very comfortable, even though it's an unexpected color and it was a little dirty from sitting outdoors. To be honest they really chose a great high traffic location. Their marketing has been superb since they opened at this location. They also have a location in Georgetown. The owner Austin and his partner are both military veterans. He will give you the history about him and his battle buddy Jesse. While we didnt get to meet Jesse in person during our visit because he was at their Georgetown location, you will understand how much Austin and Jesse are truly battle buddies from the Army. Go Army!! My wife and I told Austin we were both Army veterans as well at the end of our shopping experience. Austin told us we should have said something up front about being veterans, but i wanted to experience raw interaction and understand how this place treats it's customers. Both my wife and I had a fantastic experience shopping at Mattress Gallery Direct. Austin was straightforward, honest, and followed through on everything he promised. As a veteran-owned business, their commitment to integrity and leadership is very apparent. ​What stood out the most was the respect we were shown. In many retail environments, customers are often judged the moment they walk through the door, but Austin provided an inclusive and welcoming experience from start to finish. To top it off as people would walk in or to pickup their own mattress, Austin and one of his subordinates treated everyone the same way as equals. My wife and I chose a commercial king mattress that fit within our budget and comfort levels that we wanted. I came back an hour later to buy a queen mattress for our teenage son. They offer zero percent financing if you qualify and they do offer military discount to veterans. The integrity of my experience was astonishing because Austin explained about while the bank is offering zero percent finance, he said if you add up th 12-month payments, you will be short of the full payment. He told us to make sure we paid it off in full before the 12 month mark because if not it will be 34%. It's refreshing to support a business that treats everyone with genuine professionalism regardless of appearances. If you want a no-pressure, respectful, and honest mattress shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting this mattress store. Best and quickest furniture experience of my life…read more We walked in and were greeted by Robert who gave us the run down of all the available couches and their prices. He was not pushy or salesy at all and was just very nice and helpful. Delivery was only $100 and he said they could deliver it same day! We couldn't believe it. We found a leather reclining couch that we liked and was a great price ($300 less than a similar one we almost bought at another store). We browsed dining room tables while we were there and got one a glass table with 4 chairs for less than $400. What a deal. The delivery guys literally came within 2 hours to our apartment and unloaded, set everything up, and threw away the boxes and trash. Amazing service. One chair had a short leg and so the delivery man took it back and brought a new one 2 days later, even on a holiday weekend! Amazing. Would 100% recommend this furniture store and we will be a repeat customer.
