I've been…read morethinking about coming for quite some time so today I walked in, and I met with one of the ambassadors "T". SheShe's very friendly and personable. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what the gym offered. In fact, many of the ambassadors that I did spoke to over the phone has been informative and very friendly. They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax. There's extra fees for upgraded amenities and classes. The app is a great way to keep everything organized and your members! ;) Thank you for the tour!

In one example not only the half-used bottle of water was left behind on the treadmill, there were food crumbs on it. In another example an underwear was hung on the wall of a women's bathroom stall. Unfortunately despite repeated reporting to the manager/supervisor things are getting worse. 2. For almost $80 I pay for a locker, I am supposed to receive free laundry but practically I can't use this service because their laundry service destroyed one of my t-shirts and I was never compensated for it. 3. Their recovery room is closed for 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) every business day which makes no sense. For the upscale club that this is supposed to be, the above issues should not exist.

I cannot recommend working with Lisa. After being introduced to her neighborhood Facebook page, I…read morequickly discovered a disturbing pattern of behavior that spanned over two years. This wasn't just one post or a disagreement -- it was relentless bullying. Lisa frequently targeted 4 out of 5 members of the HOA board with personal attacks, conspiratorial accusations, and ongoing rants. From what my co-worker shared, one board member appeared to be feeding her misinformation out of personal frustration of not being respected by the HOA and community, further fueling the drama. What stood out most was the way Lisa turned on people -- even those she once supported. I saw a post where she personally endorsed two women for the board. Yet, not even 30 days later, those same women became targets of her aggressive accusations. Suddenly, they were part of the same "conspiracy" she believed was out to get her. Her posts became increasingly vicious. Anyone who disagreed with her or tried to explain the board's actions was labeled a liar, evil, or part of this imagined conspiracy. Lisa openly attacked neighbors on this page. I saw people comment that they were scared to attend community events or HOA meetings because of her behavior. According to my co-worker, several board members contacted attorneys out of concern for their safety and reputations. One of the women Lisa originally supported even posted a resignation letter -- while she didn't name Lisa directly, it was obvious what and who she was referring to. My co-worker also shared that he submitted multiple requests asking the board to remove Lisa's most toxic posts. When they finally removed just one, Lisa exploded. She posted angry rants across multiple community pages, calling for people to protest the removal of a single post -- despite the fact that many of her posts were deeply troubling. Her reaction was so over the top, it honestly made me afraid of what she might do next. If this is how Lisa treats her neighbors and community, I absolutely cannot support her in business. Before you choose to work with her, ask yourself: Do I want to support someone who spent two years publicly, aggressively attacking people in her own neighborhood? Lisa, in my opinion, is an adult bully.

Called back and was told that I wouldn't be able to get my correct cards before graduation which is the 28th of May and its the 20th. Advised that the soonest for their MESS-UP is May 24th or 25th. Where in mail history will my people get there invites by the 28th. I can say I am disappointed and will not recommend anyone to Jostens for graduation needs.
