It's kind of fun, but expect to book a minimum of 2 games ($14 per person, per game.) There are 9 holes on each course but there are lines on each hole so you are expected to move along pretty quickly. It also gets pretty crowded amongst the holes, so don't expect privacy with your group. The holes were pretty creative, but I guess my biggest disappointment is how short the holes are and packed in. Each hole is like 2 putts and you can move through a course in 10 minutes (maybe longer if you are waiting in line.) Overall it was a fun experience, but I dont think I need to go back. There was such a big hype about this place so I had to check it out. It was Saturday night, so it was packed as expected, but of course, I wanted to be there when it was popping! BAD idea. We had made reservations at 10:10, and while we were let in at that time by the front desk, we then had to go upstairs to wait in one of the lines for 30 minutes before we were given a putter and ball. Good thing we grabbed drinks from the bar upstairs before joining the line because although we were informed that there would be people taking/delivering our orders while we played. In the whole hour that we were doing 9 holes, we did not have a single server come through the area to take orders. The overall concept was neat, and with the music pumping it really felt like a club. There are 4 different courses (you don't get to chose which one you go to) and we got the ruby course. Our family recently visited Puttshack for the first time for our 6 yr olds birthday and had a great experience! We met one of the managers who was very nice and all of the other employees we encountered were friendly and helpful as well. The reservation system was a little confusing but they helped us to figure it out and we got in pretty fast. Our first course was on the first floor and was really fun but slightly crowded. For our second round, we went to a course upstairs and it was much less busy. We all enjoyed ourselves and definitely want to go back sometime. My only suggestion is that the computer giving feedback was quite rude. I could see how it would be funny with a group of adults, but for a little boy still figuring how to play mini golf hearing the computer say something like "What a string of bad luck" or "Yikes," was a bit disheartening. It would be great if there was a way to input that there was a child playing and have it adjust the audio accordingly. This is not your average putt putt. It's so very unique. I've never been to a spot quite like it. They have very strict tee times because it's so popular that they need to keep the flow of the game going. Upon checking in, you're assigned one of four 9 hole courses. We were on the Amber course. Since this is no ordinary putt putt, we were explained the game. Your ball has a tracker in it, and it recognizes which player is putting. The best part is that it keeps score for you so you can simply focus on the game and have fun. You put all the way through your turn and actually want to earn points. The way you do that is by getting hole in ones. The best way to do that is by hitting Supertubes and avoiding the Hazards. Each hole was super unique (half pipe, drums, roulette, etc.). This was my first time, and I ended up getting four holes in one! It was one of the coolest putt putt experiences I've ever had. The food was meh at best. They say the bao comes with sriracha Mayo but they served it with plain as plain can be mayo...yuck. The Brussel sprouts were under cooked. The stools are INCREDIBLY dangerous. When I went to sit down it slipped out from under me not once but twice and then the same thing happened to my husband! For whatever reason they couldn't find my table reservation but were made sure to accommodate us, even though it was packed. I appreciate that since I did indeed have a reservation. Ambiance wise, it's cute. I like the concept a lot. But it's way too packed. Not just with people but also cramming the holes too close together. Space seems tight. The entrance looks like the patio sitting area but it's actually the entrance. The parking garage is right in front of this place so that's nice. The creativity of the holes we played was really fun, but you only get to play 9 holes and they are all Hole-in-One possible and average 2 strokes per hole. You do not you get 9 holes that took our entire group including our 67 year old grandmother 20 minutes including check in to complete the course. Go to Pop Stroke take your time stop mid game have lunch finish your round, have some drinks and play some more holes for fun, skip this place unless you have a bottomless wallet and like toddler level putting challenges. We did one of the courses and it was a lot of fun...wish it was longer. It only took us about 20 minutes and we took our time. The holes were very fun! DON'T waste your time on the food- overpriced, over seasoned and the service was non existent. We had to wait 30 minutes for a drink and when we got it, it was melted like it had been sitting at the bar for a long time. Never offered refills for our tea and sodas. I can overlook mediocre food if the service is good but it was horrific!!! Don't think we will ever come back. They tote as kid friendly but the wait time on food is certainly not great when you have kids. They have two different putt putt courses and the themes behind them are so cute. They have drink stations at every hole so need to hurry and finish drinks. Cards on the table, you will have to wait. Especially during the peak times... we went on a Friday, got a couple of tables for my party of 12 with a reservation at 6pm for food and drinks. I don't know if that's true, but our server Tyler (I think, it was loud in there) was pretty great. Again there was 12 of US and he had other tables of multiple guests. Sure there are hiccups and waits but consider the amount of volume he has. It's gonna take time. And considering all that, he did really well. Not everyone in my group was as patient but when we finally got to actually play, roughly an hour or so after our initial tee time, it was actually pretty interesting and dare I say, FUN! Also I have to mention the a lot of reviews complained about not having drink service or not seeing anyone that worked there. We DID have drink service so thank you birthday gods and thank you, Taylor?! Omg having a blank all of a sudden but we did get drinks, again keep in mind they are slammed and doing their best. She was kind and helpful and brought us drinks. Thumbs up. So to sum up my memoirs over here LOL... They are a new business, obviously still working out the kinks. It's hot and their air is working but it's also working overtime with all of those extra bodies and the consistent 115°+ for weeks. It's really small and crowded - having two different 9-hole courses next to each other You make a reservation, pay decent money for each player, and get 9-holes that you finish 5 minutes and that's all. Came here one night when my cousins were in town to have a fun night playing some mini putt golf. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance because if you show up just for a walk in, especially on a busy night, they typically do not have times available When you are wanting. We did sit down and have dinner while we were waiting for our putting time to come up and they had a good selection of food as well as some fun drinks. I tried the drink where they make a smoke bubble on top of the martini glass so that was fun to see, be sure to pull out your phone! One downside was that the entire upstairs was closed due to some problems they were having with the game so the downstairs was very crowded but by the time we were up to golf, they actually opened it up so it was nice so we didn't have to wait as long between holes. Again, we will definitely be back, but recommend making a reservation in advance. read more

Where do I start. Like most, got there 20 min before our reservation and had to wait until 20 minutes passed our reservation. No big deal. We ask to sit and eat in the empty dinning room and we can't because we have to people under 21. It's 6:30 on a Monday (holiday Monday but still a Monday). We get a table for 4 and have to remind the server for our drinks. She admits to not putting in some of our order. Her and her coworker stand at the bar more than working because there are maybe 4 tables in use. Maybe 6. FYI, we tried making dinner reservations and they online help said it was full. Manager ends up telling us that it's because of staffing issues. Our name comes up we go to check in after we checked in after our greeter tells us to check in. (Read all the other comments, there is a lot of checking in to this check in process). It tell us to go to yellow so we go. The lady there doesn't communicate at all. Never greets us. Doesn't even look at us. Someone in our party asks her to take a picture and she does. Then someone asks what do we do. She says we have to wait because they are out of balls. There are now 15-20 people behind us. No one is communicating at all. I start telling people they are out of balls and we have to wait for people to finish. Someone from our party says do we get a putter? She says yes. Again, no signs, no communication. I finally had it and I say something like can you communicate with us? Can you smile? Can you tell us what's going on? Can you tell the rest of the people that have been called to yellow what is going on? Her response is priceless, "I've been here all night. I don't care." That was it I head over to ask for a manager. As I come back and wait for a manager there is another employee who is now re routing everyone to different courses. I tell him what was said he was like so what. I don't think he understood what was going on and was on a mission to handle the chaos. And he did. Talking to the manager was worthless. He sent us to another course that had no wait and waited another 25 minutes. He gave us 12 free game cards to come back, 2 a piece. Problem is the way he handled it was the last straw. I'm not coming back. We shoes up at 6:30 for a 7pm tee time. Got on the course at 8pm. Course is pretty cool to play but dirty and not one time did we get served. We played six holes before the server cleaned off the tables and never once asked us to place an order. Terrible service. In my opinion this place was as busy as others had claimed. Logistically it was a nightmare. When we come down to leave the first manager asks how it was. I said we waited a long time to play and his suggestion did not work out at all. He just kept saying everything was just wrong tonight. Very similar to the rest of the complaints. This is when it got worse. A second manager Alex comes up to listen and seems irritated. I ask him if he is the GM and he says no but he is also a manager. Then asks what happened. I start to tell him and the first manager says this is the one I was talking to you about. Alex without making eye contact rolls his eyes and said we didn't do anything right tonight. Good bye and walks off. It was just awful. Even as I read these other comments the response from the owner is so generic and very similar to the ones before. Horrible customer service, horrible leadership, and the logistics to get started are a nightmare. Proceed with caution. read more

It was such a cute place and the food was very good. However, as my group was playing golf, one of the servers tried to rip me off. I gave her a $20 for a $7 drink and she TRIED giving me back $6 for my CHANGE. I told her 20-7 isn't 6, it's $13. She has to pull out her CALCULATOR on her phone to see the difference (I was right cause it showed 13). Then she says the excuse she didn't have change in her cash drawer and couldn't give me the money. After I demanded $12 back from her cause I wanted to leave a $1 at least, she still had the audacity to ask for $2 back from me leaving just a $10. Like no, after that service, you're lucky I gave you a tip instead of going to your manager. As she walks away, my friends literally heard her say 'I don't give a fuck what you think' . You have to sign in and then the rest of your party has to sign in (just to gather peoples info?), then go across the restaurant to look at which course you're being sent to, then check in on another person with a tablet. I came here with my colleagues for a work event. We had ordered ahead so when we got there we had our own section with food laid out. I had a delicious southern fried chicken slider, a little mini pad Thai salad, a mini Caesar salad, some fried shrimp with a sweet chili sauce, some lamb kebabs, and Thai chicken bites. For dessert there were fresh beignets with caramel and chocolate sauce and macarons. The food was great! After we ate we were split into 4 groups and played a round of mini golf. It was higher tech so the ball kept score as we moved through the course. It was challenging enough but not too hard and a lot of fun! Went out last night with a group of 5 people and we all had fun when we got the hang of it but definitely wouldn't recommend as a group thing to do because of the limited space there is between the courses and other people playing. Didn't have any food or drinks because it was an hour to closing time by the time we finished and we assumed they had closed their kitchen but the bar in the middle looked cool! The only negative thing I have to say is be aware of the staff before coming in. Since the beginning of our experience, the staff treated my group and I like we were dumb even though we explained it was our first time playing. The only helpful one was the hostess who showed us how to put our tee times and names in. After that, the staff pretty much couldn't care less. No verbal exchanges, just some head nods, or making us run around looking like fools! The girl who was working the entry for the golf course told us to wait and look at the screen for our tee time, I looked confused as it was the time for our tee time and we were also the only people in the line, so we walked away and looked at the screen just for a gentleman to follow us and tell us we were next like 2 seconds after we were dismissed. I don't think I've stood more confused in my life. Like I said, we has our fun but only the beginning of our night is what threw us in for a loop. We went on Saturday after making a reservation for a table and golf and paying when we made the reservation- $60 for 4 people to play golf. It's basically Chuck E Cheese on steroids! The staff had no idea what to do with us when we came in telling them we had reservations. When we sat down, the waiter proceeded to tell us what wasn't good on the menu and what he didn't like. It's a casual menu- with snack items- not really good food options. All the way around we were confused how the set up worked and even more disappointed in the atmosphere- We didn't end up staying and walked to a nearby restaurant and had an amazing experience with great food! The staff let us walk out and never offered to refund our money. This place won't stay in business long if they don't get it together. Reservations to play golf makes sense- but you shouldn't have to prepay and the tables should be first come, first serve. Reservations for a table in a place like that seemed odd. Response- Why would I give you another chance?! You already have $60 of our money and we never even played! Terrible management- no wonder your staff has no clue - You have no idea how to run a business or adequately train your staff! Best of luck read more

Later in the we were getting refunded for our game because our golf balls were not working with the score board. They filled out a refund slip. Never got the refund. This was over 5 months ago.
