Very unorganized when you walk in. The girl who greeted us basically pointed us to a bank of machines and said to book our own time. We figured it out and then weren't sure where to go thankfully someone else came over and showed us where our course was. Very short and fairly simple holes. We finished 18 in about 35 minutes and it cost around $50. You can play the Tiger Woods course for $30 unlimited play per person, which obviously is seasonal due to the heat. read more

Our server, Marcus, was extremely helpful making food and drink suggestions and was very patient with a group that never stops talking. All of our food came out just as ordered. The holes were fun, however there were only 9 holes I think they should be upfront about how many holes there are. The food was okay, there was an egg shell in my food so that was very upsetting. Pain to work with. I am trying to plan an event. You can't get through to anyone on the phone. All of their phone options direct you to their website. And, even when you put a request in on their website asking for a person to contact, they just email you the same brochure that's already on the website. Who knew it would be this hard for someone to schedule you and take your money? Reading the reviews, it appears I'm not alone with this struggle, and they continually have issues with reservations after booking and a coordinated staff. We were greeted immediately and asked about our reservation. I do suggest making a reservation before coming. We did two down stair courses. Both were only 9 holes. We got thru the first one pretty quickly. We enjoyed that we could take our drinks with us thru out the courses. Our bartenders were helpful and the drinks were delicious. Have been here twice now and have received terrible customer service both times. Brought my whole family of 6 by on this Friday night so it was very busy as expected. Had our tee time pushed back 20 minutes due to all of the golf courses being crowded which wasn't a problem. Then after waiting an extra 20 minutes in line waiting to get onto the sapphire course, 40 minutes from our scheduled tee time, it was finally our turn to golf. I was "greeted" by the employee running the sapphire course. Except I wasn't actually greeted at all, instead he asked for my name and then just gave everyone their golf ball. Did not explain a single thing to anyone about how the golf course actually worked. In our interaction with him it didn't seem like he really wanted to deal with us at all. Since it was the first time for most in my party, there was a lot of confusion after the golf balls were handed to us. I ended up explaining how it all works from what I remembered from my previous visit which really wasn't much of an issue. It was smooth from here for awhile as my party and I continued to have a great time on the golf course. Experience ordering drinks from our server was great. And my party actually had a lot of fun as each hole was interactive, challenging and very visually appealing. Everything was great up until the final 9th hole. From here this was when the employee who initially gave us our golf balls came back around. As I was getting ready to take my shot on my final hole, the employee came up to me and started rolling his fingers at me in a motion signaling that I needed to hurry up. Confused, I asked him what he was doing, he in fact told me that I needed to hurry up. After waiting 40 minutes just to get on the course and after playing through each hole as quickly as my party could, I was extremely annoyed by what this guy was saying to me, especially in the middle of my shot. After this I told him that him doing that isn't going to make me play any faster. The employee proceeded to stand behind the hole and continue rolling his fingers at me telling me I needed to hurry up. He then followed it up this time with that because he was out of golf balls at his station, he needed to use my ball for the next party waiting to play. I could be off base here but I don't really see how this establishment running out of golf balls is now MY problem after spending the $100 just for my party of 6 to play this 9 holes of mini golf after already waiting around for 40 minutes. As I've seen it said here already, this establishment seems to really value timeliness of their customers however doesn't reciprocate the same respect towards the customers time as well. It seems to me that this place is much more interested in packing as many people into this place as possible so they can make as much money off of everyone as they can, rather than making the experience positive for those who are in attendance. They know they have a cool and exciting establishment, it seems the customer service aspect isn't very important to them. Came here after a dinner date. The one star is that the holes were pretty cool and definitely a fun little challenge. However - When we came in, it was not too busy. The group of hosts in the front dismissed us immediately and said to just go to the kiosks behind them and didn't give any explanation. They made us feel like an inconvenience as they were just socializing with each other and immediately went back to it. We had no idea how long the game would last, whether we should book a second round like it asks, or how it even worked and since the hosts were too busy chatting and seemed bothered by us we didn't feel like we could even ask them how to use the reservation system. We killed some time talking then made our way to the entrance for the golf. They auto assign you a side so I don't even know how to change sides if we wanted as the other side was the one I wanted to try. The waiter asked us if we wanted drinks, told us to get a putter and gave us a ball. We had to figure everything out from there with no other explanation. So we played a couple of holes, then on the 6th hole the screen froze and didn't count our score correctly so we had to find some staff to fix it. It only took 15 minutes for the 9 holes and that's including waiting for the couple in front of us. It was a waste of $30+ and a horrible experience with horrible staff. TLDR: Service sucks. Horrible staff. No clear instruction on the reservation system or how any of it worked. It's $15 per person for 9 very short holes of mini golf which lasted 15 minutes. I can think of better ways to spend 15 minutes on a date night that's way more enjoyable. read more

Probably more of a 3.5, but overall leaned 3 for me at the moment. Loved the idea, execution fell flat. Had a 4pm reservation that was pushed to 4:20pm with no explanation. We went to the bar to get a drink and were promptly ignored for 10 minutes while others around us were being served. Went to the other side of the bar and were served immediately. Cocktail was pre-batched, but was still good. We had quite a few technical difficulties with the balls and since we had a dinner reservation at 5:00pm we were too pressed for time to get it sorted out. Half the group ended up not having all holes counted. The course was fairly cramped due to the number of people they had on at one time, but it wasn't terrible. The tables to set drinks down on at every table were nice. The music and atmosphere was fun and lively. The staff on the course were eager to help. The holes and technology were really cool... when they were working. Would definitely come back, but not sure if I would go out of my way to recommend it. read more

Love the vibes and all the holes are super unique & fun! When we arrived the ladies that we checked in weren't very friendly. We were super confused where to go or what to do. The check in process wasn't as easy as it should have been. We finally found the course we should be at, luckily the guy upstairs working was awesome super friendly and got us our clubs! You have to book times in advance because they book out weeks in advance. The downside if you want to play again and don't book ahead of time you're done after 30 mins. I did book a table for us to have dinner. We did end up eating here the food was just ok. All the bartenders were great though and super quick! Went with a group as a teambuilder for work on a Friday afternoon. Had lunch, the food was good. The atmosphere is nice, and the concept is really good. The issue is despite the fact that they give you a "tee time," the spots run behind. I think we had to wait a half hour to play. We waited in a long line, but then when it was our turn there were no golf balls. So, we had to wait another 15 minutes until people started to finish to get new balls. Like, "you had one job, Puttshack." How can you run out of balls? The facility wasn't even busy on a Friday at 2pm Looking at other reviews, long lines and no golf balls is a common theme. The place has a lot of potential but not at the expense of long waits for silly reasons. Have some respect for your customers- either don't overbook or speed up your systems. 3 stars but I won't be back. read more

It was fun but quick for sure. The course is creative and it's nice that it's all electronic but I saw the system glitch 3 times while we were there and we were there for like 20-25 mins. I was really excited to try this new place. I waited several weeks to ensure they were operating efficiently. Thought enough time had lapse but I was wrong. We also chose to go on a Monday thinking we had a better chance of good service. Unfortunately the wait time was incredibly long. We had reservations at 8pm with the hopes of catching fireworks on the rooftop by 9pm. We had to wait more than 40 mins for our turn at the course. The course beside us was moving at twice the speed. We missed the fireworks which were a surprise part of the date. Highly disappointed. The wait staff was great from a drink standpoint but I am not certain anyone was managing the queuing of the lines for the putting greens. read more

The actual putt putt was super backed up (remind you this is a Wednesday @ 4...) we were told there would be someone roaming the course to offer you drinks and we saw no one. We had a great time at puttshack. We reserved a Putt time ahead of time and i strongly recommend doing this as many people who walked in we're waiting an hour or more. The nine holes was perfect, they had a server to take drink orders while you play which was awesome. Chelsea was our server after we played and she was so kind. Not worth it honestly. Had a ton of problems with my reservation. Tried calling to have it fixed before we arrived. Left several voicemails. No call back. Nothing. I get there and explain the situation and the hostess just goes oh yeah our phone don't work. So your phone don't work, you know that, and you don't change it? Super confusing to me. Only 9 holes. Takes 15 minutes. Then it's all over. Don't get to choose your course. There's literally no where to stand in between holes so you will always be in somebody's way or somebody is in your way.
