Fun but costly and SUPER CROWDED. If they brought the prices down and expanded the floor space, I'd give it 5 stars.

It was such a cute place and the food was very good. However, as my group was playing golf, one of the servers tried to rip me off. I gave her a $20 for a $7 drink and she TRIED giving me back $6 for my CHANGE. I told her 20-7 isn't 6, it's $13. She has to pull out her CALCULATOR on her phone to see the difference (I was right cause it showed 13). Then she says the excuse she didn't have change in her cash drawer and couldn't give me the money. After I demanded $12 back from her cause I wanted to leave a $1 at least, she still had the audacity to ask for $2 back from me leaving just a $10. Like no, after that service, you're lucky I gave you a tip instead of going to your manager. As she walks away, my friends literally heard her say 'I don't give a fuck what you think' . Loud enough for my friends to hear as she walks away. So if you're going to this place, USE CARD never cash. read more

The food was a little Bland. Server was good, very attentive. Drinks were very good. What was annoying about Puttshack is the process to play putt putt. You have to sign in and then the rest of your party has to sign in (just to gather peoples info?), then go across the restaurant to look at which course you're being sent to, then check in on another person with a tablet. Seems an over "tech"-ualization of putting putt. But the holes were interactive and fun. Wish we did more than 9. read more

I came here with my colleagues for a work event. We had ordered ahead so when we got there we had our own section with food laid out. I had a delicious southern fried chicken slider, a little mini pad Thai salad, a mini Caesar salad, some fried shrimp with a sweet chili sauce, some lamb kebabs, and Thai chicken bites. For dessert there were fresh beignets with caramel and chocolate sauce and macarons. The food was great! After we ate we were split into 4 groups and played a round of mini golf. It was higher tech so the ball kept score as we moved through the course. It was challenging enough but not too hard and a lot of fun! Went out last night with a group of 5 people and we all had fun when we got the hang of it but definitely wouldn't recommend as a group thing to do because of the limited space there is between the courses and other people playing. Didn't have any food or drinks because it was an hour to closing time by the time we finished and we assumed they had closed their kitchen but the bar in the middle looked cool! The only negative thing I have to say is be aware of the staff before coming in. Since the beginning of our experience, the staff treated my group and I like we were dumb even though we explained it was our first time playing. The only helpful one was the hostess who showed us how to put our tee times and names in. After that, the staff pretty much couldn't care less. No verbal exchanges, just some head nods, or making us run around looking like fools! The girl who was working the entry for the golf course told us to wait and look at the screen for our tee time, I looked confused as it was the time for our tee time and we were also the only people in the line, so we walked away and looked at the screen just for a gentleman to follow us and tell us we were next like 2 seconds after we were dismissed. I don't think I've stood more confused in my life. Like I said, we has our fun but only the beginning of our night is what threw us in for a loop. I would recommend going anyways even if it's just the one time and have your own experience as according to the reviews and mine they seem to have different experiences. read more

This place is super fun! We didn't eat here so I can't speak on the food, but it was really a great place for a date night. Make sure to make a reservation way ahead of time and plan to wait in line for a while even with a reservation. Also, I would definitely buy 2 games as one game feels quite short and wasn't as many holes as I thought it would be. read more

We went on Saturday after making a reservation for a table and golf and paying when we made the reservation- $60 for 4 people to play golf. It's basically Chuck E Cheese on steroids! The staff had no idea what to do with us when we came in telling them we had reservations. When we sat down, the waiter proceeded to tell us what wasn't good on the menu and what he didn't like. It's a casual menu- with snack items- not really good food options. All the way around we were confused how the set up worked and even more disappointed in the atmosphere- We didn't end up staying and walked to a nearby restaurant and had an amazing experience with great food! The staff let us walk out and never offered to refund our money. This place won't stay in business long if they don't get it together. Reservations to play golf makes sense- but you shouldn't have to prepay and the tables should be first come, first serve. Reservations for a table in a place like that seemed odd. Response- Why would I give you another chance?! You already have $60 of our money and we never even played! Terrible management- no wonder your staff has no clue - You have no idea how to run a business or adequately train your staff! Best of luck read more

Later in the we were getting refunded for our game because our golf balls were not working with the score board. They filled out a refund slip. Never got the refund. This was over 5 months ago. Our family had an insane good time! we went around 6-7 pm on a tuesday and had no issues with overcrowding like most negative reviews mentioned. Can't wait to go back and play 2 rounds, although just the one we did was plenty for the kids. Kids had fun and didn't get frustrated with the course like I was expecting, not even my 6 year old. It's not impossible to get the ball in the hole but they create fun rewards and consequences with the point system in the game. Go play! read more

Very unorganized when you walk in. The girl who greeted us basically pointed us to a bank of machines and said to book our own time. We figured it out and then weren't sure where to go thankfully someone else came over and showed us where our course was. Very short and fairly simple holes. We finished 18 in about 35 minutes and it cost around $50. You can play the Tiger Woods course for $30 unlimited play per person, which obviously is seasonal due to the heat. read more

First time spending an evening here. We had a larger group with about half playing golf. Our server, Marcus, was extremely helpful making food and drink suggestions and was very patient with a group that never stops talking. All of our food came out just as ordered. The holes were fun, however there were only 9 holes I think they should be upfront about how many holes there are. The food was okay, there was an egg shell in my food so that was very upsetting. Pain to work with. I am trying to plan an event. You can't get through to anyone on the phone. All of their phone options direct you to their website. And, even when you put a request in on their website asking for a person to contact, they just email you the same brochure that's already on the website. Who knew it would be this hard for someone to schedule you and take your money? Reading the reviews, it appears I'm not alone with this struggle, and they continually have issues with reservations after booking and a coordinated staff. We were greeted immediately and asked about our reservation. I do suggest making a reservation before coming. We did two down stair courses. Both were only 9 holes. We got thru the first one pretty quickly. We enjoyed that we could take our drinks with us thru out the courses. Our bartenders were helpful and the drinks were delicious. Have been here twice now and have received terrible customer service both times. Brought my whole family of 6 by on this Friday night so it was very busy as expected. Had our tee time pushed back 20 minutes due to all of the golf courses being crowded which wasn't a problem. Then after waiting an extra 20 minutes in line waiting to get onto the sapphire course, 40 minutes from our scheduled tee time, it was finally our turn to golf. I was "greeted" by the employee running the sapphire course. Except I wasn't actually greeted at all, instead he asked for my name and then just gave everyone their golf ball. Did not explain a single thing to anyone about how the golf course actually worked. In our interaction with him it didn't seem like he really wanted to deal with us at all. Since it was the first time for most in my party, there was a lot of confusion after the golf balls were handed to us. I ended up explaining how it all works from what I remembered from my previous visit which really wasn't much of an issue. It was smooth from here for awhile as my party and I continued to have a great time on the golf course. Experience ordering drinks from our server was great. And my party actually had a lot of fun as each hole was interactive, challenging and very visually appealing. Everything was great up until the final 9th hole. From here this was when the employee who initially gave us our golf balls came back around. As I was getting ready to take my shot on my final hole, the employee came up to me and started rolling his fingers at me in a motion signaling that I needed to hurry up. Confused, I asked him what he was doing, he in fact told me that I needed to hurry up. After waiting 40 minutes just to get on the course and after playing through each hole as quickly as my party could, I was extremely annoyed by what this guy was saying to me, especially in the middle of my shot. After this I told him that him doing that isn't going to make me play any faster. The employee proceeded to stand behind the hole and continue rolling his fingers at me telling me I needed to hurry up. He then followed it up this time with that because he was out of golf balls at his station, he needed to use my ball for the next party waiting to play. I could be off base here but I don't really see how this establishment running out of golf balls is now MY problem after spending the $100 just for my party of 6 to play this 9 holes of mini golf after already waiting around for 40 minutes. As I've seen it said here already, this establishment seems to really value timeliness of their customers however doesn't reciprocate the same respect towards the customers time as well. It seems to me that this place is much more interested in packing as many people into this place as possible so they can make as much money off of everyone as they can, rather than making the experience positive for those who are in attendance. They know they have a cool and exciting establishment, it seems the customer service aspect isn't very important to them. Came here after a dinner date. The one star is that the holes were pretty cool and definitely a fun little challenge. However - When we came in, it was not too busy. The group of hosts in the front dismissed us immediately and said to just go to the kiosks behind them and didn't give any explanation. They made us feel like an inconvenience as they were just socializing with each other and immediately went back to it. We had no idea how long the game would last, whether we should book a second round like it asks, or how it even worked and since the hosts were too busy chatting and seemed bothered by us we didn't feel like we could even ask them how to use the reservation system. We killed some time talking then made our way to the entrance for the golf. They auto assign you a side so I don't even know how to change sides if we wanted as the other side was the one I wanted to try. The waiter asked us if we wanted drinks, told us to get a putter and gave us a ball. We had to figure everything out from there with no other explanation. So we played a couple of holes, then on the 6th hole the screen froze and didn't count our score correctly so we had to find some staff to fix it. It only took 15 minutes for the 9 holes and that's including waiting for the couple in front of us. It was a waste of $30+ and a horrible experience with horrible staff. TLDR: Service sucks. Horrible staff. No clear instruction on the reservation system or how any of it worked. It's $15 per person for 9 very short holes of mini golf which lasted 15 minutes. I can think of better ways to spend 15 minutes on a date night that's way more enjoyable. read more
