Worst experience ever! They are power and money hungry. We had 6 adults paid ahead of time (so $90) and they wouldn't let us in because 2 in our party didn't have a flipped ID. Mind you we are all well over 21. (We told them multiple times we wouldn't even be drinking and would happily wear wristbands or something showing so). The "bouncer" out front wouldn't even make eye contact when telling us we couldn't enter We asked for our money back and they wouldn't even do that. Such a rip off! We will never be back. read more

This place is a gem. Great drinks and great food. All of the courses are very similar so you basically get the same experience whichever one you're given to play. The staff was super friendly and explained every step. It was a lot to take in so I was a little nervous about making sure I got to the course in time. But they explained it all and made me feel better. The setup is nice. No need to keep score, that's all done for you on the TV screens at each hole. It takes all the lame parts out of mini golf and is a really cool twist on it. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you haven't been. Leslee is super cool behind the bar. We kept going back to her after our games. She helped us understand the process a lot and provide some great service. read more

The reservation we had for a Friday at 9pm was delayed and we didn't get to start playing until 9:45. One of our friend's golf balls wasn't registering during the game. They talked to staff to get a refund and we were told a full refund for our party would be issued since they were so behind and one of our members couldn't play. Still have not received that refund. let me set the stage, it's a first date, looking for something quick, easy, and fun - that's not what I got... I got so much more. I have 6 things: 1) the location is so nice, good for a walk and talk. 2) place is so clean, so well kept, beautiful space. 3) the mini golf is BRILLIANT, holes are so clever and interactive, 5 gold stars. 4) Micah helped us with getting setup and explaining the place - give this man a raise, such a sweet boy, super helpful, I want to be his friend. 5) the music is a little too good, dj is suspiciously great at his job but i can't complain, i want this man at a club please and thank you 6) Marcus at the bar... if he told me he owned the place and working in service was his gift, i wouldn't doubt him for a second. I LOVE the concept of Puttshack. I will definitely try it again but maybe not at this specific one. First of all we had to throw away our outside drink (understandable!) but when we asked him where we could throw it away he said "uhh don't know." and walked away.. (There was a trash can across the street WE found.. but I was still nice to him). He checked our ID's and then said "The restaurant is closed and we aren't serving food anymore. The bar is closed. There is probably no time slots open". I just ignored him because I had a reservation. They close at 12 and we wanted to do 9 holes and go quick. We started playing before 11. I would never hang out there after closing either. Then the short guy didn't really help us at check in.. just pressed some buttons and gave us our balls then walked away. If they aren't going to explain anything at least put signs up or something? :( We stood there so confused until a server walked up to us and took our drink order then welcomed us. I told him we felt so unwelcome and we were about to just drop the balls and walk out. I am so glad he came and explained what we are supposed to do and how everything works. He kept checking up on us and even offered to take our picture. Some crabby workers almost changed our view but that server made our night. We played a super fast game, tipped him $40 and went home. After reading some of the reviews, I was prepared to possibility be disappointed. I instructed my group of 5 adults to pack their patience. To our surprise it ended up being a fantastic experience, thanks to all of the staff. We arrived at 11am on Sunday and were greeted by friendly staff that directed us to the kiosk to find which course we would be starting on. We proceeded upstairs for our first round at 11:10am. The employee working the Ruby Course gave us clear instructions on how everything worked. The course was fun, and all the other visitors were great. With a few minutes to spare before our next round, we enjoyed some drinks at the upstairs bar and the bartender gave some great recommendations. We then went to the Sapphire Course for our 12:10pm round and were delayed for about 15 minutes due to some technical issues. The issue was resolved, and we all proceeded to enjoy our 2nd round. Due to the technical delay we were running about 30 minutes behind for our reservations in the restaurant. The Sapphire Course employee and the upstairs reception desk employees were helpful and contacted the 1st floor reservation desk at let them know about our delay. We were seated in less than 15 minutes after being 30 minutes late for our reservation. Everyone that served us in the restaurant were friendly, professional and the food was delicious. read more

This place is a joke. It should be 18 holes minimum to begin with. It takes you 10 minutes to play 9 holes. They over pack the courses so you're crowded the entire time. There is no need for a check in lady because she was of no help and very rude. Waited in line for 10 minutes to check in and still didn't understand how anything worked. The woman helping us get our balls and putters was also very rude. She seemed annoyed anytime she had to explain how it worked. She talked so fast you couldn't understand her. Also you need a reservation to get food and to play golf. No one tells you these things. This entire place was a horrible experience start to finish. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Tried Puttshack yesterday and it was playing was a blast! Although, we had a reservation for 8pm, we were pushed back 2 more times after that until 8:40pm. However, we ordered 2 drinks each waiting to golf. Told the bartender we'd like to close out after the first one so we did and paid then the second one she said "no you didn't pay I started you a tab" after clearly stating we didn't want to. So we were charged for 6 drinks instead of 4, the drinks are pretty expensive there as well. Will not be ordering drinks there again. read more

Awesome place! Went in with a group of friends a couple days ago. It pretty busy but that's to be expected with how new they are. Everyone was super friendly and inviting. The food and drinks were good and the courses were fun and entertaining. The nightlife atmosphere was fun and we genuinely had a good time! Some encounters in particular was our server, Victor, as well as the gentlemen who brought us our food, Connor, were exceptional; they were friendly and made sure that we were pleased and satisfied with everything. Honestly I never leave bad reviews but this place just opened I was super excited to play! We made a 9 pm reservation and payed before we got there only to get there and have to wait in line with about 5 groups of 5-6. We proceeded to stand in like till 9:20 with no one entering the course in the line. The line got all the way back to the bar... the other lines moving next to us and you aren't allowed to change colors into another line. They also told us your reservation means shit.. meaning if you show up just to play ur in line with the same people who made reservations, we ended up leaving because it was so HOT in the building and we had been waiting 20 minutes past our time with the line still not moving. Disappointed it seems like the owner only cares about money and not quality service. go to putting world instead LOL. Or golfland that's how bad this place was. Came back after going earlier this week, and it was one of my favorite mini golf concepts I've played. It's fun , colorful, competitive and unique. The only cons I've experienced is long waits just walking in and reserving then,but we learned to book before. The other con was the system glitched pretty frequently, it did the first time we went and today in some form . The customer service was very average, nothing extraordinary. I had a great experience overall. I would recommend but take the cons into consideration read more

I was thoroughly disappointed the entire over all experience was bad. The concept of you have to make an online reservation and there is no human you can talk to or ask any questions too started it off on a bad foot. Upon arriving the staff or greeters are super rude and unwelcoming and un helpful. The mini golf was OK but wasn't that great. (Extremely over priced for what you get). I thought the microchipped ball that automatically keep score was cool but that was about it. Not a good place to take kids period they might as well just not allow them at all because the whole vibe was very un kid friendly. The manager acts like it's not his job either to talk to any customers doesn't seem to really care either. We we're finally asked by the 8th hole if we'd like something to drink then come to find out they didn't even have anything on draft. I would definitely not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning. read more

We had technical difficulties on every hole & a staff member had to manually input our scores. The holes were very tight in space, leaving players nowhere to stand. There was a "true & false" hole that was asking my 6 year old questions about how many days Kim Kardashian was married to some guy. We were forced to register every player with name and date of birth, therefore, the game should recognize the age of the player. My three children were not impressed. It took us 30 minutes to play and the cost was $70, with no drinks or food, for 3 adults and 3 kids. read more

The idea is super fun and should be a great experience but ill say the whole experience from the moment we walked in the door was extremely confusing. It was our first time there and apparently the desk right in front of the door is not the place to check in, you have to walk to the bar area to check a screen to see where to go to check in. Lots of confusion and not very friendly help from the employees they all seemed annoyed when we asked questions. It took at least 5 people to finally point us in the direction to go. Like me and many others have said, its a good idea but their systems are disorganized right now. I wouldnt even recommend anyone going right now until they streamline their system and make it more organized/clearer instructions for how to check in, and their employees can help with a friendlier attitude. its also way too crowded we had to wait 10-15 min to play some of the holes even with a reservation because theres just too many people. If they can figure out a more efficient system we will come back, but for now probably wouldnt return. read more

Not a family friendly environment. I needed to feed my 5 month old before our game and was told I wasn't allowed to sit at a table. There were plenty of open tables and I needed to sit for only 10min. Per the waitress the manager asked us to leave. I had to leave and sit in my car to feed my baby. My niece had her birthday party reserved there yesterday and when we got there, we asked the manager and the hostess to put our name down and she said no worries I'll remember you And off that we were there for our party. We had two tables reserved after golfing. Once we finished with the golfing round, we went back up to the station to get our tables, and they had already given them away because the hostess did not write our name down that we didn't show for the party or there was some other confusion when they gave the tables away, we were told we would have to wait to see if anything else opened. We had a party of 10 then they told us we can sit out on the front patio and we had to move the tables trying to get 10 seats after 20 minutes of waiting we asked for the manager cause nobody came out to take any type of orders. the manager finally came out and said he doesn't have a server wanting to work the patio and then never came back after 20 minutes of waiting outside and getting rained on we left ...we will never play come to your place of business again read more

Recently went to Puttshack to eat and play some golf but was pretty disappointed with the service. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged when there were 3 bartenders and a manager standing right in front of us. The service at the bar eventually turned around and the food was awesome! Where things really went downhill was dealing with Victor while we were golfing. He came up asking if we wanted drinks while we golf which was great. I ordered one glass of wine and Victor asked the person I was with 4 times if he was sure he did not want to order a drink and was being extremely pushy. When it came time to pay for my one glass of wine, the bill was $45 so I asked Victor "$45 for a glass of wine, how?" And he said "yes yes $45 for one glass." I paid and then he tried to create small talk to try and be nice. knowing he messed up I went and looked at a menu and realized he charged me for a bottle not a glass. It's extremely disappointing because I knew he could tell that he made a mistake and instead of owning up to the mistake, he decided to just charge me more anyways and hope that I wouldn't notice or complain. I then went back to Victor and stated you charged me for a bottle not a glass which was not given to me and he got the manager involved to fix my bill. The manager never came over to apologize or knowledge that there even was an issue. Victor also stated that my tip would not go through but he still gave himself the 20% tip off the $45 bill when my bill was only supposed to be $12. I was a server for many years and opened a restaurant larger then this establishment and know how important an opening is and was shocked by how little the workers cared. Really let down. Had realistic hopes of this place operating like a normal putt-putt,Golfland type place. Safe to say they came well short of that. Very poor organization as soon as you walk in, had to be told to walk to the back of the bar and look at a TV screen that would tell us which course we were to play. Well that TV was broken, so we stood in the wrong line for 20 minutes to be told we were at the wrong course and to go upstairs to another course that had a 30 minute line, again. LOL you see the theme here. We had some doof with an iPad come up and tell us that "it wasn't his fault we were at the wrong course". Right.... Either way it seems like they do not honor the integrity of making an online reservation and they just stuff walk-ins with the reservations and it turns into a can of sardines. You have a 30 grace period to start your game. Well we've been here for an hour and we still haven't made it through the line. Stay tuned to hear if our grace period will be extended or not. Ok so we were excited to try this place out. Unfortunately they had poor execution. I can look past how crowded it was due to it being new. The manager was short and rude which is not good for any place let alone a new place. But the really big deal to me was the fact that nowhere upon booking is it clear that it's only 9 holes. We finished our 9 pretty fast, had fun, and really liked the hole setup. When we went to complete what we thought was 18 holes like a normal place we were told it was only 9. And we couldn't continue unless we had a completely different reservation. So it was over too fast and who would have even known to book 2 reservations back to back if you wanted to do 18??? On the website instead of saying do you want to replay, it should say "this is only 9 holes out of the 36 we have. If you want to play more please book a time for each 9. When I asked about this the worker admitted a lot of people were complaining about it. read more
