This used to be Etta and it wasn't that good, so I was hesitant to try this place because the new management didn't change much but the menu was different. Glad we came. It was really good. Service was top notch. Everything we ordered from appetizers to entrées to desserts to cocktails to wine. Everything was amazing. Love the ambience, love, aesthetics, very fresh, a lot of trees, and plants inside throughout and love the patio seating.

I have enjoyed many of the Fox restaurants in the past, and The Greene House is no exception. While I stopped by recently for my first visit, my wife has had work meetings and lunches there. The service at the restaurant was good, and the food was very tasty. The bar was a typical bar, and the overall atmosphere was nice. We certainly enjoyed it enough to go back in the future. We made a reservation for dinner where we used Open Table in advance and arrived a bit early. We stopped by the bar where the bartenders were hard working though didn't seem to smile or converse with us at all. We each tried a drink as we rarely make it to a bar. We then were seated a few minutes early and had a very pleasant server. We ordered a delicious brie appetizer with a few different toppings, both ordered an entree, and shared a dessert. I was surprised that my Roasted Half Chicken was only two pieces of a chicken breast, but it was still filling and delicious. The food also had a healthy feel to it, so we felt good about going there (even though in reality, the menu didn't look overly healthy). You can learn more about The Greene House at https://www.thegreenehouseaz.com. It's a California-inspire restaurant right in the heart of Kierland Commons. You can sign up for Ebites and receive special offers and restaurant updates. You can reserve a part of the restaurant for large events, order online, make a reservation, and follow them on social media. They have happy hour from 3-6 PM each weekday with food and drink specials. The restaurant itself shares a bathroom with other restaurants, but otherwise has everything in one general area. If you're in North Scottsdale, this is a great restaurant to try whether you're having a work meal, catching up with a friend, or having a date night. I look forward to returning again soon!

What a great spot in the commons to grab a drink and a meal! Got seated on the patio and we were able to get HH deals vs sitting in the bar. Great selection of food and cocktails are on point! Mussels were a great starter! Fish and chips perfectly fried. I asked of they had cocktail sauce and they ended up making it for me! Top notch! The pot pie, flaky and hearty!

Came here again after a couple years. Turns out I got the same items: chicken pot pie and the calamari. Again, terrific. Consistently great. Also had the spring fling zero proof cocktail. And best of all, our server snuck us a taste of the home made hummus: fantastic. A great place to eat, highly recommend.

Excellent food. Had the calamari vegetable tempura and it was delicious! Nice and crispy, lightly battered and fried perfectly. Tried the smoked salmon hash brown and it was sooo good!!! The chicken potstickers tasted like sausage, spiced just right. Service was good except they were too busy and it took a while for the food to come out. Our server, John, was very pleasant and very helpful. We sat outside and it was a perfect day to enjoy the Arizona spring weather. I'm almost a regular here... love this place!

This place has it ALL! Great location in Kierland Commons! I ate outside in 100 degree weather and they had misters on to cool me off. I had lunch comfortably- no sweat! I had the steak salad and it was delicious with every bite. Also had the dirty almond chai- amazing! Food came out so fast-great service! Homemade vinaigrette! I will be back!

I had the Mediterranean Market Bowl and it was incredible! Such amazing variety on the plate and it was all cooked perfectly and had great flavor. I can't wait to go back and eat it again. Beautiful patio seating and fast friendly service too. Thank you for the delicious vegan and vegetarian options!

Stopped in for lunch while doing some shopping. It was packed inside and outside and the wait for food at the table was really long. It was really loud inside so difficult to chat with one another. The strawberry kale salad was good, the grilled chicken completed it well.

The service was good. It was busy but the kept up with the orders pretty well. The area is nice.

Consistently good with great vibes. Inside and outside seating with a great patio. Updated menu but they still have the popular selections that I love: spinach pappardelle with chicken as well as roasted half chicken. And their white sangria is the absolute best!!!!! Can't forget the amazing foccaccia house bread. Friendliest wait staff always, but Katie is the absolute best!!!!

We decided to try the Greene House for my birthday dinner since my parents were in town We had reservations for 5:30 and were seated immediately. The bread and butter came first and was complimentary - the bread was delicious. We started with the calamari - it was unique, more of a tempura style. The breading was thin and crispy and the vegetables paired well. My dad ordered the skirt steak (Asian style marinade) - very flavorful and tender. I ordered the braised short ribs. The short ribs were pretty tasty but there was a portion of it that wasn't as fork tender as I'm used to. The potato purée was delicious and flavored with truffle. For my birthday dessert, I ordered the chocolate mocha bar and to be honest, this was my favorite part of the whole meal. It was very rich and chocolatey, so I was so happy to share but the vanilla gelato balanced out the rich chocolate and praline. The inside of the restaurant gets pretty loud later on in the evening but the food is definitely worth a try!

Loved the ambiance vibe at this restaurant in Kierland Commons. Indoor and outdoor seating blended seamlessly together. Recommend reservation as when I arrived today for lunch about 12:30, there were 20+tables empty but I had to go on waitlist because there were reservations apparently covering all those empty tables. Food was ok. Ordered sesame chicken dumplings and the warm Brie cheese for an appetizer. The dumplings were a bit overcooked and really didn't have much filling. Brie was good, served with some good chunks of grilled sourdough, garlic cloves, Marcona almonds and a fruit compote. Enjoyed the Brie more than the dumplings. For entree, enjoyed the Sea Bass and the braised short rib. Bass served over mashed potato with some undercooked rapini scattered over the top. Good portion of dish, just not much flavor unfortunately. I paired my sea bass with a nice 9 oz pour of Sancerre. For dessert tried the cinnamon donut which was cleverly paired with its own donut hole and a custard and red fruit dipping sauce. Service by Zach was outstanding, very attentive. All in with app, entree, dessert and drink, expect to pay $75-$100 pp plus tip for lunch service. Parking is tough around Kierlands at lunchtime so take that into account

It was the best discovery. We both ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar and when I say chicken- I mean CHICKEN! It is grilled and cut to order. The most generous and tasty salad I have had in a long time. The salad is tossed- if you prefer- with the thinnest of pita chips and Parmesan with a zippy dressing. We ate for days. Alex, the owner, came by to inquire about our meal. And we met an adorable family that were introducing their parents to this gem- one of their favorite restaurants. Every plate that walked by was a feast for our culinary eyes. They have salads, platters and wraps- all healthy and colorful. What a treasure! Next time I'm ordering the Salmon plate.

The syrup is kept out of view and was pumped into the blender in a very secretive manner. This is not clear or disclosed in their ingredient list which is just : banana, coconut and pineapple. The lack of transparency is upsetting considering that they market themselves as a healthy kitchen. At $9 a smoothie, I get the need to make a profit but the misleading and lack of nutrition in this "smoothie" turned me off this place which I used to frequent years ago. I won't be back.

Inside, the vibe is excellent and cleaner than my search history. Contrary to some of the other reviews I've read, my service was incredibly fast and efficient. To be fair, we walked in well after the lunch rush, but the staff was still totally on top of it. As for the food, my friends ordered The Club and The Grinder, and both absolutely loved them. I went with the Moroccan Turkey, and oh my god, I loved everything about it. The standout players were definitely the Greek yogurt sauce and that red wine vinaigrette. Absolutely incredible flavor combo. That said... unless my friends and I have suddenly hit a massive growth spurt, the portions could definitely be a bit larger for what you're paying. We're in Scottsdale, not a micro-portion tasting menu in Paris. Feed us, ChopShop! The real plot twist of the meal was the BBQ potato chips. I thought they were absolute perfection. However, they caused a full-on culinary debate in our group. They lean pretty sweet and have this distinct Indian-spice vibe going on. If you're expecting standard backyard-barbecue Lays, you're going to be confused. Half the table was questioning their entire existence, while I was busy hoarding the bag. Come for the great food and healthy atmosphere, just maybe grab a snack beforehand if you're starving--and prepare your palate for the chip controversy.

I sat and wait for like 5ish mins. I sat closet to the entrance door. I could hear the employees talking and I figured my drink was almost ready, I go sit closer to the pick up area and I still see them talking. My shift was starting soon (10mins), I go to ask if I can pick up later instead since they haven't finished. The manager noticed me and confirmed my drink order. I confirmed and she was really nice but her employees kind of gave me a weird facial expression as if I rudely interrupted their personal conversation. A min later the manager handled me my drink order and I left as fast as I can to avoid feeling "watched" by those employees. Kudos to the manager though, she was very nice. Don't think I would come here again. :/

The salmon was cooked perfectly, which I was pleasantly surprised about since a lot of quick food places overcook proteins. Second time ordering from here I got the roasted chicken, which was also good but I liked the salmon better (personal preference). 3. The green goddess dressing is really good especially if you like dill. 4. They use real olive oil since I got that as a dressing and can taste that it's not a cheap replacement, but in fact the real thing EVOO. 5. Very clean and homemade tasting bread that comes with the salad (you have to select it during the ordering process for no extra money). Cons 1. The first time I ordered a salad here with romaine and arugula the greens to toppings ratio was great.
