    Mango kulfi milk tea
    Anna L.

Bubble tea place with a Pakistani twist. The flavors are South Asian which includes malai, mango, and pistachio. We had the kulfi milk tea which comes with a scoop of ice cream in the tea. The tea and boba was good, but felt heavy especially with the malai one.

Been always wanting to try this place and I was in Astoria and saw them so I had go in. It's very casual but the decor is very nice going with the Indian Theme. Since I love matcha I webt with their Matcha Milk Tea with no boba or sugar. It was really good and didn't even need the sugar! They served food as well but we already gotten sweets nearby. Will definitely go back to try out their other drinks and food!

I really like this location in Astoria! What a clean and open space where it is just so nice and welcoming. We got a few of the milk teas and wow, they were amazing!! The pistachio milk tea and flood milk teas were so good and come with ice cream in it which is so refreshing. I had to split one large among two of us. I highly recommend visiting this store. The service was also fast and nice

Sunday afternoon with friends who had been here before. Plenty of seats and lovely decor. I only had a cold coffee drink (kulfi espresso), but friends who had been here before said the savory food is good and so are the ice cream kulfi drinks. There are sweet and savory food options. 2 gender neutral restrooms. No purse or coat hooks in the one I used, and no sign of a changing table. Teenagers came in with outside food and took over the front tables, so we ended up moving tables to avoid them but they were loud and distracting. The staff didn't say anything to them so I have a feeling this may be a common occurrence. There are some music and movie events some nights per their social media.

I'm so happy that there is now a PYO Chai location in Queens. Used to trek all the way to Hicksville , Long Island just for their falooda kulfi Boba. Just a few weeks ago I got to experience a different restaurant [Prime No 7] that's only a few blocks down; it was another chain that I used trek to Jersey for. Anyways, just really glad to see all these new places opening up that I can explore without leaving my borough! While it was too cold to get their Boba, even though it was very, very tempted, the barista recommended a warm version of the drink, which was excellent. It had just the right amount of sweetness. This place is pretty spacious for a spot in Astoria. You can definitely grab some tea and hang out with friends. I specifically came here for an event (s) and I noticed that they're doing this a lot with this place. I really like that concept you get more than just hanging out with your friends and drinking tea. You can get a lively experience. I attended a Muslim professionals event in the morning and in the afternoon there was a Palestine fundraiser event . Because of the location, it was very easy to attract a lot of Muslims and desis in general. I think there's going to be a Bollywood event next week and I can't wait to go! Besides the Boba, I definitely want to try their rasmalai cupcakes and maybe even their sandwiches next time! Definitely won't be my last visit!!!

Yes! Pyo Chai only used non-dairy creamer for all of the milk teas and kulfi drinks.

We got the Mango Kulfi milk tea and the Falooda Kulfi Milk Tea which was great for beating the summer heat.

The males sales associate gave me a nefarious profile look while issuing my change in cash. Bro, if you stay at your post watching the cash wrap doing your job rather than checking social media on your cell phone then I would not have to scream for assistance! Four stars, for ineffective customer service. I did obtained my sales request, but no drink label on my affixed to my cup. It appears Kung Fu Tea is promoting Care Bears, fictional animated characters as the plastic cup and lid is adored including the red heart logo and Care-a-Lot fluffy clouds. This makes customizing your drink so much more fun! Also, please note that this is NOT a hangout-type spot. They literally have one table in here so it's best to just grab your drink and go.

We walked into a cozy space with a comfortable feel that makes it easy to settle in for a bit, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between modern and relaxed. The drinks themselves are the main draw and largely deliver. We ordered the Coconut Mango Boom, the standout on the menu, and it came loaded with a generous chunk of actual mango that made the whole thing feel more substantial than your average fruit tea. The Triple Matcha is another strong option for anyone looking for a matcha drink. Toppings were consistently chewy and the flavor balance across most of the lineup leans on the lighter, less sweet side, which works well for us. Where things get complicated is the wait. This location runs long on order times fairly regularly, and during busier stretches or when delivery orders are stacking up, a single drink can take thirty to forty minutes. The staff are generally efficient and straightforward, which suits the format, but the kitchen and barista workflow seems to struggle with volume in a way that other HeyTea locations do not. If you are already a HeyTea regular, the Long Island City location is a convenient option for the area, and the menu quality holds up to what the brand does elsewhere. Just plan accordingly on timing and you will leave happy. We would come back for the Coconut Mango Boom, but we would order ahead and build in a buffer before we need to be anywhere else.

I ordered the Coconut Mango Boom with sago. It was creamy, refreshing, and packed with sweet mango flavor. The tiny sago pearls add a nice chewy texture to the drink. The menu also offers a wide variety of drinks, including matcha, fruit teas such as grapefruit, guava, and even kale, as well as traditional Chinese teas like jasmine and longjing (aka dragon well). I would like to come back by and try some of those if I'm in the area.
