When we walked in it was packed and we where ok with waiting for a table since we had a party arriving a little later. We had an three rounds of drinks while we waited to get a table or a bar stool. The music was great so It wasn't until we where still waIting for 25 minutes that some of our friends started to become irritable. We finally got a table but the only isssue that I had was that they waNted us to order drinks after we where waiting and had drinks already. Some of ouur tolerances aren't that high and we all just wanted to sit down smoke a hookahh and have food. I don't appreciate that they wanted us to drink more just to sit down. Great vibe in this hookah spot, they play all types of music (dancehall, reggae, rap, soca) all the new stuff. I got the Hennessy drink with pineapple and cranberry, it was pretty good. I just think the hookah can be better, the hookah finishes in less than an hour, I feel lile they use a cheap flavor. But other than that it's a nice spot, there is Martha's close by to grab something sweet after hookah and plenty of food spots. Fridays and Saturdays are packed! Enjoyed a thirsty Thursday here with the guys. The best part? Oh, I'm glad you asked. The best part was ladies night!!! Free drinks for ladies (house wines, house liquors and beers). Woohoo! I'll take it! We came here for the Rangers game and had a good time. The guys had a variety of beers and I got a vodka tonic which had a decent house vodka. Came here last Friday 9/12/14 with my home girl. One of the better places in queens that has good hookah. I typically go to Horus in the city we wanted to stay local. Great choice. We had the fresh pineapple peach flavor. Long Island ice yea was made just right! The music was good. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because the service was slow and the place wasn't busy. I hate writing great reviews for hidden gems, but my yelp conscious keeps telling me that's unfair. I usually go to Manhattan for good hookah, but this place is top notch and close to home. It has done absolutely nothing for my recent decision to quit hookah but the great drinks, nice chill atmosphere with good music and partial outdoor seating keeps me coming back. Fresh fruit hookah is my favorite and if you're there when it's not too busy, your coals will be replaced all night. It's not a big place, so I know once word gets out it'll be a zoo in here, but until then this is my favorite local hookah lounge. Bouncer whack, said my friend can't get in because he was wearing a tank. Meanwhile the bouncer himself was wearing a tank top as well and then said that he was a bouncer. Came here a few times, and each experience was about the same. The service was a bit on the slower side regardless of the size of the crowd, but the servers are genuinely friendly. The music here is really loud, and the songs one night, although good, were on an obvious loop that didn't have enough songs to the make the loop conspicuous. It was actually more hilarious than anything. After about 20 min. of being there I heard the same songs in the same order! The drinks are pretty good and their wings are incredible! The hookah is decent and pulls really well. The seating can get a bit uncomfortable after a while. The best part about this place is the music and that fine DJ that mixes here on Thursday nights. I honestly hope that he reads this review and contacts me because I'm single but anyway. The vibe is very upbeat and fun. The bar food wasn't bad, I could have used some extra ketchup with my French fries. The drinks were very mediocre. The vodka tasted a little something like toilet water. I have given this place several visits and every time there seems to be a screw up with the bill. I am always charged for extra drinks and food I didn't order. I believe they take advantage of the fact people have been drinking all night and want to slip extra items on the bill. So my boyfriend & I Had no plans for NYE so we decided to go here since it was close to our house. I gave it 3 stars only because food is a major part of the venue and boy were we disappointed. We ordered calamari and buffalo chicken wings. The calamari was disgusting I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. And the wings were OVER COOKED. I asked for mozzarella sticks instead and they were ok. i loved the fact that we asked the staff to switch the channel to watch the American horro story premiere, and they did it! We ordered the Pharoah's Eye and Red Mist hookah (red mist isn't on the menu), and later switched heads to Paan and Mint. There is a complimentary ice Jose with a head change:) Hiokahs were great- not too strong and the coal changer came around frequently. First time visiting this local bar and overall, it was decent. It has been opened I believe for the past year or two and I would go back again though there are some things to note. 1st, I ordered wings which were very small. Not sure if it was because it was a 50c Wed happy hour special but they were tiny though had flavor. 2nd, the service can be greatly improved. The waitress who served us, seemed to be new but did not state it if she was as it could have explained the improvement that is needed. She was not completely sure of the wings special (was it all you can eat or just half of the normal plate price) and did not bring us individual plates for when the wings came out. Lastly, we had ordered a plate of 16 wings and 10 wings, two different flavors, and they gave us 16 wings divided between the two flavors. Nonetheless, this is our go-to spot and we would still rather be there than the other spots on Bell Blvd. Long story short, the bouncer informed us that they are no longer allowing groups of guys to come inside. I will hold back from expressing my thoughts on this new policy, however.. I just felt it would be a good warning to other guys who planned on coming here. came here for the second time, first time i came i had no issues. this time had all the issues, i ordered french fries and mozerella sticks which were cold but we didn't send them back nor eat them because we don't like bothering waitress, then everyone who works in the establishement disappeared. for a small place that only has 3 guests total, we couldn't find an employee. there was 18% charge included to the bill which is on the menu. but, we orderdd hookah with pineapple head, on the menu it says 29 dollars any flavor, but when our bill came they charged us 29 dollars plus a 5 dollar fee for a special fee. once i got the bill all workers disappeared again so i went to the bouncer to ask if there's anyone calmly, he told me to relax in a hostile manner and continued giving attitude and telling me to relax in such a rude way. he then went to find an employee and the employee went and got the manager who told me that it's 29 but they add 5 dollars extra for flavor even though the menu says 29 any flavor. i wouldn't recommend this place at all very hostile staff and most of all hookah is 4/10. food is 2/10. plus it is super overpriced dont waste your money coming here just go anywhere else at least you won't be treated with disrespect and get your money worth. read more

Went here for my bday last June it was cool, the music was good, etc but they need to clean their bathrooms around the clock though. It's so unappealing when a spot doesn't have clean bathrooms idc. Beside that the drinks are overpriced, so I'd advise you all to pre game before and just get your hookah & dance there. Once they were closing, they sent us to a place next door. I wish I could remember the name cause the vibe there was 10x better than Pyramids. I went on a Friday night and was there from around 7:45 pm to 10:45pm and because there was no set waiter we spoke to 5 different people throughout the night ( if you are waiting for the original waiter.. you'll be waiting a LONG time). When asked for the bill, they gave us a $200 + bill for the table next to us and then took us to the bathroom to clarify ( because it was really loud). THEN the woman told us that she would bring us a combined bill and when she did we paid it off. When we left, we were followed out by the first waiter claiming we didn't pay.... we explained the situation and he said it AGAIN was the wrong bill. He went inside and said that he adjusted it and we are good to go..... THEN they charged us TWICE with once again 200+ charge and when calling to clarify and talk to the manager, they hung up. That's extremely unprofessional and rude. The reason that I am putting this at the bottom of my review is because yes the hoookah and vibes are fun BUT THE SERVICE is horrible. Me and my sister went here on a Thursday. Its Ladies night so from 8p-11p ladies drink free with a purchase of hookah. We order a hookah which was horrible so we had to have the crew member change it. We ordered strawberry and blueberry. The hookah tasted like mint. We had to have the crew member change it again because it wasn't working and we got a new holes. It started working Ok. It still tasted horrible. Then we had to always find out waiter. We even had to go outside to get him. We asked another waiter to help us and she said we had to wait for our waiter. We got out bill it was $65. So we were confused because hookah was $17 plus tax is no more that $22-$25. They charge you a $25 service fee. Which is crazy because we had HORRIBLE SERVICE. If i have to walk around your place to find my waiter and even go outside and then be told by another waiter they cant help me is crazy. So why was i charged a service fee for no service. The bartender who wasn't that friendly at all pours every liquor under the sun in the pitcher to make the sangria. She then adds ice and brings the pitcher over to us. Needless to say, the Sangria was disgusting. I asked to taste it before I ordered it but she didn't have any for me to taste. There were no fruit in the Sangria just liquor and ice.
