In my specific situation, the external hard drive containing all of my children's baby photos and videos suddenly could no longer be read by our computer, and our backup plan unexpectedly fell through. I contacted Sachin on a Sunday after frantically searching for data recovery help on Google and he responded to me immediately, even though he was out that day assisting another client, and offered to meet me that evening (on a Sunday remember) to talk about the problem. My problem was fairly complicated, at least to me. I had a dual drive external configured in RAID 1 and contained in an enclosure that hardware encrypted the data. Sachin listened carefully and offered to help. Troubleshooting the problem, he pretty quickly determined that both the enclosure and one of the hard drives had failed, and set about working to recover the data on the one remaining drive. Unfortunately, the data was encrypted and could not be read without the enclosure, which was no longer functional. Through his own ingenuity and research, Sachin identified a course of action that would have the highest likelihood of success and explained it clearly. He even purchased special software on his own dime to help him tackle the unique problem. Throughout the ordeal, Sachin maintained regular contact with me, providing daily updates and keeping my confidence, while ensuring my expectations were reasonable given the situation. He was also always available for questions, whether it was early mornings, late nights or weekends Finally, SUCCESS.
