A short 15-minute drive brought us to The Dumpling House, where diners were already waiting both inside and outside. We added our name to the list at the bar (about 7-9 parties ahead of us) and were seated surprisingly quickly. Once at the table, we ordered generously--soup dumplings, BBQ pork buns, shumai, beef and broccoli, and still more dumplings. Everything was outstanding. The dumplings and other dim sum items are made fresh in-house, which really shows in both the texture and flavor. They were so good we left almost nothing behind. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area and need a satisfying, authentic dumpling fix.
