My new favorite nail salon. I love that they are a small business. I love my little nail salon that's close to my house and gives great manicures and even trims my son's nails and toes. This is a big deal because he is autistic and I don't know if it's from the toe walking or his genetics but his toenails they grow weird. They are inverted flat in the middle and raised on the edges. They cause him a lot of pain and discomfort. I paid other salons in the past but I never kept up on it because it's too expensive for mediocre service. Here they really take their time and put in the effort. So I feel confident in bringing my son with me to get services here.Everyone is very friendly. It's clean and not stuffy. Let me tell you, I've been getting my nails done for many years and this is the first time I've seen people in this industry be so kind and honest. If they're too busy they will let you know an honest time to wait or when to return. They are also very in tune with their clients. Rude, impersonal & discourteous customer service; our first and absolute last time patronizing this tacky establishment. 1 star, because there was no option for negative star. My daughter and I visited this salon to get her prom pedicure/polish and were disgusted by the rude and obnoxious attitude of the nail tech who was unfriendly and clearly disinterested in quality service. As my daughter addressed concerns, the nail tech begin speaking to her coworkers in their language, we're confident she made a negative comment. I went in on Wednesday Aug, 2nd for a dip powder mani and gel pedi. The men who did my services were friendly, but quality was no good. ONE day later the whole dip powder nail from my pointer finger just popped off!! As a person who does her nails every 3 weeks, I know this is NOT normal. And should not happen!! I am very sad I paid $85 plus tip for it to just come off on its own.... I usually choose dip powder because that always lasts me 3 weeks no chipping, no cracks, no lifting. I should have just went to my regular nail salon. It was an expensive mistake sadly. UPDATE: IT IS STILL AUGUST 3rd , NOW just before bedtime I noticed 2 MORE nails messed up.Another One completely fell off, and one chipped. LIKE THIS IS JUST flat out outrageous. Definitely not worth the $86 dollars I paid plus the $10 tip. Will not becoming back . Waste of time and money. It is obvious it was rushed, and bad quality. read more

You tell me is this work/service quality worth $45? This place has very poor hygiene! NO COVID PRECAUTIONS! Please save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. They want to be paid out for minimal work. My toe nails were not filed, buffed out poorly, messy gel. When I confronted them sharing the details of my unpleasant experience I was quickly profiled, they stated they didn't want to provide/offer services because they didn't want to upset "customers" when they informed them that services are extra? I AM HERE FOR THE EXTRA SERVICE I HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY THAT and leave a LARGE TIP, that statement reeked laziness. The first time I came here was for a set of white tip acrylic nails they were nice well done then a couple weeks later I came back to get them removed and get gel polish on my natural nail but the nail tech insisted u keep the acrylic nails and do a full then get I explained I want my natural nails no more acrylic she kept insisting so I gave up and she just buffed them down I asked for almond shape since she didn't want to remove the acrylic. I chose the color I wanted and when she was done oh my lord the worst manicure I've had the shape was off and the nail itself looks poorly done I'm very unhappy with the service provided i will not be returning here read more

I'll say the staff was friendly. My nails were rushed and had acrylic stuck all over my fingers until they cracked and bled. They weren't filed down and the side of my nails were not painted even after asking a few times. My pedi was nice but the seat I was in was broken and would just vibrate and make a loud noise. I addressed my nail situation when sitting down for my pedi and was told that they would fix it later but the lady didn't want to say anything to the person that did my nails. I was told she would get really mad. So yeah that's my experience. They did do a great job with my daughter and her friends nails and they did have a good movie playing which was nice. read more

do not go to the stylist frankie!!!!! he is completely rude, thinks he is as perfect as he claims his hair to be, and his professionalism does not exist at all. took my pre-teen daughter to get a simple color touch up and she ended up crying the whole time in the chair. after he attempted to color match her hair and failed completely, he told her, "if my hair was that bad, i'd be crying worse than you, but my hair is perfect, wanna shave your head?" she also told me while she was sitting there, he kept gossiping and referring to other stylists in the salon as "the b-word" and talking down about everyone around him. the next day we came back to have her hair fixed by another stylist and not only was he saying comments under his breath the whole time, but he was talking to other stylists about us, while hanging out in a reclining chair provided for the customers with his feet up on his cell phone. the owner and the other stylists, sweetharts and godsends, but frankie... he's the true b-word of the establishment and should have his license revoked. read more

I have a complaint with the manager or owner. When women come to get their nails done, it is consider "me" time while getting nails done on Saturday morning manager begins yelling to one of the employees over the mop, telling her why she did't return the mop, etc....keep in mind the employee was attending another customer. It was visible the employee was humiliated and the lady doing my nails was embarrassed as well. There is visible tension among the employees.
