I have been coming here since they opened. I always tip well, bring visiting family, refer friends, and have great conversations with the staff. Today, after my appointment, I handed in my stamp cards at the counter--one with 4 stamps and the other with 6. They told me I only had 8 stamps. I know what I had. I've been coming to this place for over a year and I've returned because of the professional service and quality work. But after today, I've decided not to return. The male tech who did my mani/pedi did not even cut down or file my toe nails and by the time I realized it was too late. Then he did my manicure and almost did not file my nails until I asked and then completely bitched the polish. I paid $80 for what looks like a mani/pedi by a 5 year old. Also, the female tech in the next station over as very unprofessional at one point discussing violence against a customer's daughter in law saying "are we gonna f her up or what?!" DO NOT COME HERE. STRAIGHT UP- DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL FUCK UP YOUR NAILS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT USE CLEAN EQUIPMENT AND THEY FUCKED UP MY PEDICURE. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I came here with a friend to get a pedicure two weeks back and it was horrible. My friend paid for a callous removal and turns out they did not touch her callouses at all. How are you going to charge expensive prices for the service to not even be done? I got a gel pedicure with two add-on acrylics for my big toe. While the guy was trying to shape the acrylic with the nail drill, I got cut twice on the toe and it was bleeding. Not only was it bleeding but he then tried to cover it up with his finger. The guy who was doing my toes ended up giving up and another lady had to come finish the shaping. To be honest, I am not a nail expert nor do I have a license, but I just know that the speed and drill bit they were using were wrong and way too fast. Now, I'm a very understanding person and I rarely make bad reviews in general regardless if the service, food or anything are bad, but this one had to be made to warn other future customers and clients. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and think that it was just a bad nail salon experience but after two weeks, I noticed that one of my toe's nail bed was a little dark. I thought it was lint from my socks but I took a closer look AND IT WAS MY NAIL. I immediately took off the acrylic and found that 1/4 of my nail was DARK BLACK and I was in complete shock. I have been to numerous nail salons and never have I ever seen this happen. My nail is now in really bad condition and it's ridiculous that me and my friend had to pay extra fees for half assed services. I am super upset about this situation because I came into the salon with nice and healthy nails and now my nails are a complete mess. I would really appreciate it if there is any possible way to resolve this problem but I doubt there is any way to fix this. I heavily advise you guys to STAY AWAY from this salon as they are scamming customers with outrageous fees and prices for shitty services with little experience. read more

Well...I went in excited to give this place another try. There were many cars parked on the parking lot I felt like that was a good sign. Unfortunately, it was not I went in and it was a ghost town in there. I quickly figured out why I went in asking for a pedicure and I was surprised with how un-interested the workers there were to actually work. There was 4 people in a circle just chatting and the other two were laying in one of the pedicure chairs just on their phones. One of them tells me to go wash my hands first. Ok, I really struggled with posting this but I think it's fair for customers to make their own decision having all the info. Pros: clean, pretty, relaxing, a LOT OF COLOR OPTIONS (gel, paint, dip) Cons: They charge for EVERYTHING. To clip my cuticles was an additional 5$ they also rushed me both times I've been there. As a result my dip nails barely last 3 days. So I've done dip religiously and it lasts me 2-3 weeks no problem. In addition I got a gel pedicure, I'm not going to post a pic but it's not good. There was minimal work done to the heels & callus - probably because I chose "classic" and not an upgraded pedicure. Lastly, i gave a 10$ tip to the woman who did my nails, even though I was not thrilled about my toes, I pulled out a 20$ and asked her for 10$ in change ... the technician then seemed annoyed and pulled out 3 5$ bills and 5 1s to give to me, so I REPEATED MYSELF "you can just give me 10$ back..." she then said "ok thank you." And walked away never giving me change. It was super awkward and I didn't feel comfortable approaching her again,.... soooo yeah. My total for a crappy pedicure and mediocre dip that is already chipped was 90$. Then 30$ in tips... I don't think I'll return. read more

A woman came in raving about how she would only come to them (as she had gone elsewhere and it couldn't compare)- and I could see why! She complimented my engagement ring, and when I told her I had JUST gotten engaged days before- she was excited with me. June helped me pick the perfect shades and shapes and found this dazzling silver color to pair with my princess cut bling. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and have never had a reason to complain until today. Their salon is INFESTED with mosquitoes and after only 30-45 minutes of sitting there, I have bites not just on my arms but on my legs as well. It was so uncomfortable to feel this while I was supposed to be having a relaxing pedicure. They noticed I was really itching and getting bit and decided to spray bug spray after I was leaving and when I nicely asked if I could get some sort of small discount for my discomfort they told they are going to spray more and they can't do anything for me because they just work there. Honestly I felt like crying because something that was supposed to be fun and relaxing for me became painful and hard to bare. The pictures are taken immediately after walking out of the salon and I have other bites on my legs that I don't feel comfortable posting. I guess if you wanna come here, wear bug repellent.
