Gel polish on my finger messy French tip

Extremely upset at how horrible my nails look. I have given this place a try multiple times and each time I come out disappointed with nails I didnt want. I had to repeat myself 5 times of what I wanted black nails with a little bit of glitter and the ring finger as a black French tip. Since she did not understand I settled for a picture that was similar to what I wanted. The French tip was done messy it looks HORRIBLE. She kept getting nail polish on my skin. And all of this for a 45 dollar manicure.

soooo cute. ani was super sweet and i clicked with her really well! she was very gentle with my hands and was okay with me adding the chrome powder last second :,) another nail tech had to come and do the star on my ring fingers but i had no qualms with it. i haven't gone to a nail salon in literal years so it was super relieving that ani was easy to talk to. best believe i'll be back soon!

Tim does the best nails in town! I've been to multiple places in Moreno Valley/Riverside and nobody can compare to Tim. His nails last a long time and I love the way he shapes them. Tiffany is also great! She does great nails and the best designs. I highly recommend!

Came here for the first time. Horrible job. I had to take graduation pictures. Came in for a fill and he messed up my nail form I previously had! He messed up their forms when he asked to leave the same and I said yes! . They were bumped. And one of them was so skinny. I told him and he told me because he was trying to make it straight ughh like why when I clearly told them I didn't want him to messed with the form!! The shape I had were not like that. Now I'm upset because my graduation pictures are tomorrow. Sloppy job. First & last there.

Ok, I really struggled with posting this but I think it's fair for customers to make their own decision having all the info. Pros: clean, pretty, relaxing, a LOT OF COLOR OPTIONS (gel, paint, dip) Cons: They charge for EVERYTHING. To clip my cuticles was an additional 5$ they also rushed me both times I've been there. As a result my dip nails barely last 3 days. So I've done dip religiously and it lasts me 2-3 weeks no problem. In addition I got a gel pedicure, I'm not going to post a pic but it's not good. There was minimal work done to the heels & callus - probably because I chose "classic" and not an upgraded pedicure. Lastly, i gave a 10$ tip to the woman who did my nails, even though I was not thrilled about my toes, I pulled out a 20$ and asked her for 10$ in change ... the technician then seemed annoyed and pulled out 3 5$ bills and 5 1s to give to me, so I REPEATED MYSELF "you can just give me 10$ back..." she then said "ok thank you." And walked away never giving me change. It was super awkward and I didn't feel comfortable approaching her again,.... soooo yeah. My total for a crappy pedicure and mediocre dip that is already chipped was 90$. Then 30$ in tips... I don't think I'll return.

I am always satisfied with the service I receive at this salon. Very friendly, appointments are kept on time and lots of colors, styles and designs! I can only have short nails because of work but I love all the fun designs Tiffany surprises me with. Recommend this salon, kept clean and sanitized. All the nail techs are great

This place used to be pretty good. Been coming for about a year and a half. The nail techs I've had in the past were great. But last 3 visits they rush through the service, Big Time! I pay a lot of money to RELAX and enjoy the treatment. My pedicure was over in 15 min. Limp 40 second calf/foot massage. Asked him to scrub my feet more. The dude is lazy. Very nice and friendly, but lazy. Lots of other nail salons in the area. Very competitive market. I won't be spending my money here anymore. Fair warning: find you a good nail tech. The ones I used to like here have left. read more

While visiting my daughter we decided to have a girls pedi date but our regular place was closed. Shine was open and we decided to give them a try. The service was friendly, professional and the pedis were great. Even my granddaughter enjoyed getting her nails painted. Clean, friendly atmosphere. read more

I have been coming here since they opened. I always tip well, bring visiting family, refer friends, and have great conversations with the staff. Today, after my appointment, I handed in my stamp cards at the counter--one with 4 stamps and the other with 6. They told me I only had 8 stamps. I know what I had. I'm not a liar, and I wasn't trying to come across as a Karen or "that ghetto customer." But it became a matter of principle. This experience made me feel unheard and as if I was being unreasonable. Definitely lost my business after today's experience. read more

I've been coming to this place for over a year and I've returned because of the professional service and quality work. But after today, I've decided not to return. The male tech who did my mani/pedi did not even cut down or file my toe nails and by the time I realized it was too late. Then he did my manicure and almost did not file my nails until I asked and then completely bitched the polish. I paid $80 for what looks like a mani/pedi by a 5 year old. Also, the female tech in the next station over as very unprofessional at one point discussing violence against a customer's daughter in law saying "are we gonna f her up or what?!" Completely unprofessional and just unacceptable. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. STRAIGHT UP- DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL FUCK UP YOUR NAILS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT USE CLEAN EQUIPMENT AND THEY FUCKED UP MY PEDICURE. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I came here with a friend to get a pedicure two weeks back and it was horrible. My friend paid for a callous removal and turns out they did not touch her callouses at all. How are you going to charge expensive prices for the service to not even be done? I got a gel pedicure with two add-on acrylics for my big toe. While the guy was trying to shape the acrylic with the nail drill, I got cut twice on the toe and it was bleeding. Not only was it bleeding but he then tried to cover it up with his finger. The guy who was doing my toes ended up giving up and another lady had to come finish the shaping. To be honest, I am not a nail expert nor do I have a license, but I just know that the speed and drill bit they were using were wrong and way too fast. Now, I'm a very understanding person and I rarely make bad reviews in general regardless if the service, food or anything are bad, but this one had to be made to warn other future customers and clients. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and think that it was just a bad nail salon experience but after two weeks, I noticed that one of my toe's nail bed was a little dark. I thought it was lint from my socks but I took a closer look AND IT WAS MY NAIL. I immediately took off the acrylic and found that 1/4 of my nail was DARK BLACK and I was in complete shock. I have been to numerous nail salons and never have I ever seen this happen. My nail is now in really bad condition and it's ridiculous that me and my friend had to pay extra fees for half assed services. I am super upset about this situation because I came into the salon with nice and healthy nails and now my nails are a complete mess. I would really appreciate it if there is any possible way to resolve this problem but I doubt there is any way to fix this. I heavily advise you guys to STAY AWAY from this salon as they are scamming customers with outrageous fees and prices for shitty services with little experience. read more

Well...I went in excited to give this place another try. There were many cars parked on the parking lot I felt like that was a good sign. Unfortunately, it was not I went in and it was a ghost town in there. I quickly figured out why I went in asking for a pedicure and I was surprised with how un-interested the workers there were to actually work. There was 4 people in a circle just chatting and the other two were laying in one of the pedicure chairs just on their phones. One of them tells me to go wash my hands first. As I was washing my hands none of them seemed to cared to give me a pedicure so I decided to take my money and tip somewhere else. Don't come here horrible customer service. read more

The customer service was good. They made me feel welcome and were very friendly the young lady I had help me with my nails super nice! She did a great job on my nails and I showed a reference photo and asked for gems to be added and she did exactly that! I let her choose the design for the gems and she as you can see did a wonderful job. The price was 95$ in all and worth it. But could have maybe been a little cheaper. Overall I'm happy and they lasted me two weeks+ read more

We walked in and we're taken to a spa chair right away. But then sat for 30 in cold water My daughter gets started on first by June. Then Kim starts mine. First of all she totally skipped the scrub and massage that come with the pedicure. After I watched my daughter receive both of those in her pedicure. Then she basically lies when I confront the situation at the desk while paying and says she did do it. All they say is "next time". Um no! There won't be a next time for me. So upset! read more

If you haven't had a chance to get your nails done here, do yourself a favor and book an appointment. I was really excited to see that there was a nail shop in the new plaza so close to home. I went in during their grand opening and got a full set and the price was really affordable. Kathy did an amazing job and as able to give me my favorite set to date. I only went in for a full set but I saw other people getting pedicures and it seemed really nice. I don't think the price was as ridiculous as other places since they include so much. They offer a lot of other services as well so I think I'll have to come back and try them out. The shop itself is really spacious and clean and the staff is super friendly and kind. Overall, it's probably one of the best nail shops around with decent pricing. read more

Pretty good nail salon. Went in as a walk in in the afternoon and was immediately seated. Prices are reasonable. I did request a standard pedicure but they probably misunderstood because they gave me a tier up of a service package. read more

I'm a first timer and I absolutely love it. Just a heads up, request an appointment. I didn't and there was a an ETA of 15 minutes wait but luckily it was under 15 minutes. June did my nails, and she did that!!! I'm a nail biter and boom she made them look sexy afsck. My sister is getting gets done by Tim, and hes awesome!! Super funny and nails are just as pretty! Thank you June and Tim. We love our nails. We also received a care package for being a customer. Thank you! Definitely found a home. read more

I went in to get my toes done and had a bad experience with the guy who did my pedicure. I tried to explain to him what I wanted and he wanted to do what he wanted, so I got frustrated. Told him that he could stop. I did not want him to continue and I will pay him for what he's already done. Then a young lady came over and she actually Did my big toes the way they were supposed to be done but did not complete the rest of my feet which do not look good at all so I don't think I'll be going there again. read more

The staff is very friendly,they always go above and beyond to get your nails to perfection. I asked for specific colors and prints on my nails and they pulled it off,I got so many compliments. I also love how they keep every thing clean and their nail clippers and nail files are sanitized. I will be going to them for now on. read more

I don't remember her name, but it was the tech with pretty gray hair. I'm not much of a talker so I didn't say anything besides answer the general nail preference questions, but she made me comfortable even so. She was so sweet and didn't pressure me to do other services than I wanted. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and I'm really happy. The prices are actually pretty reasonable. All of the people below are complaining about additional charges, but like...you're asking for additional services. It is better to call to make an appointment, that way you don't have to wait. They don't take credit/debit card, but you can pay them via CashApp, Venmo, or even Zelle. read more

Paid nearly $80 just to end up with Paronychia so I'm pissed. I'm giving 2 stars because the facility was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the overall paint job was pretty good. However, ending up with a finger infection that is so bad that I have to seek medical treatment is not worth any of that. read more

I thought my first time at a new salon was going to be a good one! The techinicians did my nailw fast pedi and nail dip. Didnt think that was necessarlt bad. I did have to ask twice, the person who did my pedi if they actually did a callus removal or just brushing quickly. One day later, three or four nails with dip powder are coming out! Unbelievable! My nails are already cracking and chipping and it sucke because i live 50 miles away! That was just a bad 100$ spent on just 60 minutes worth of service that does not last TWO Days. So disapointmented and wish i couls ask for a refund! read more

This review has been sitting in my drafts for far too long!! I am in love with the service from the team and the beautiful work from June!! I came in two days after getting engaged, trying to get my nails done to match my gorgeous ring. I was on a bit of a time crunch, and they were able to take me in for an appointment the same day they re-opened. Walking in, I could tell that everything was brand new and chic. I was greeted and taken care of immediately. June was the one who did my nails, but Timothy was the one who I spoke with on the phone and welcomed me inside. Tiffany, his wife, was assisting another client, but was friendly and joking along with Tim. I was impressed not only with the caliber of their work, but also with their clients!! A woman came in raving about how she would only come to them (as she had gone elsewhere and it couldn't compare)- and I could see why! June worked so quickly and chatted with me like we were girlfriends catching up. She complimented my engagement ring, and when I told her I had JUST gotten engaged days before- she was excited with me. I really needed that, because I'm still new to California and don't have many friends where quite yet. June helped me pick the perfect shades and shapes and found this dazzling silver color to pair with my princess cut bling. I recently went to another place to get fall nails, and I've already had 3 break off!! I'm embarrassed that I went somewhere else, as this is 100% my new go to salon!! read more

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and have never had a reason to complain until today. Their salon is INFESTED with mosquitoes and after only 30-45 minutes of sitting there, I have bites not just on my arms but on my legs as well. It was so uncomfortable to feel this while I was supposed to be having a relaxing pedicure. They noticed I was really itching and getting bit and decided to spray bug spray after I was leaving and when I nicely asked if I could get some sort of small discount for my discomfort they told they are going to spray more and they can't do anything for me because they just work there. Honestly I felt like crying because something that was supposed to be fun and relaxing for me became painful and hard to bare. The pictures are taken immediately after walking out of the salon and I have other bites on my legs that I don't feel comfortable posting. I guess if you wanna come here, wear bug repellent. Don't go to this place. The tech cut me and got mad when I complained about it. I was over charged for services I didn't receive. I was charged extra for length and shape even though my nails are short and the shape is not correct. They refused to charge me less even though I didn't get what I asked for.
