He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He did a pretty good job. He was considerate and very careful to make sure I was comfortable during my experience. The reasons it was a 4 and not a 5: They had a ton of people in there at once and the service area and waiting room was packed. I didn't wait long but it felt like Ryan was obligated to get things done in an ultra tight time frame so he could get on to the next person because of so many people waiting. It wasn't the shortest pedicure I've ever received but it was by far the longest. The massage part was just a couple minutes and I felt like I barely had time to get comfortable before it was over. That was a bummer. Again, he was very nice and sweet and my nails and feet look great and I'm not blaming him at all as I think he was just so focused on getting through people in a rapid manner he couldn't take as much time as he should have. I expected about 5 minutes total more massage time as he really had no calluses or rough areas to work on. He was even surprised at how smooth they were. Also it's a 4 because they use those cheese grater things on your feet and it didn't come directly out of an ultrasonic cleaned bag. I got was little paranoid. I don't like those being used on me normally and the fact I didn't see it being opened from a sanitized bag gives me the creeps. It was a good experience overall and he was great but if I come back I'm requesting Ryan and requesting no cheese grater on my feet for sure.

I went today and honestly should've left when unnoticed them. When I left, I honestly didn't inspect the nails because I get a men's manicure buff and shine. Simple, impossible to mess up. 8/10 nails are completely scratched by a machine she used and not buffed. When I got home I noticed, called and sent pics asking for just a refund of the mani (not even the auto 20% tip I give all service people as I understand the nature of the business). The owner refused. Honestly, terrible business practices. I plan to issue a formal complaint with the board of cosmetology once I've reviewed the regulations and identified all the problems. For instance: incorrect usage of barbicide; the washing machine front load door was entirely white (even though it is supposed to be see through) because it is entirely calcified with mold and mildew (I didn't notice till leaving when the door to the laundry was left open); dirt and grime on the walls of the bathroom; incorrect storage of supplies; cross contamination galore.
