I got a pedicure and had them remove the remainder of my gel nails which had grown on on this first time visit. Ryan did both of my services and it was so nice to have someone who actually talks to you for a change. So often I go to get a pedicure and they don't even look at you let alone talk to you. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He did a pretty good job. He was considerate and very careful to make sure I was comfortable during my experience. The reasons it was a 4 and not a 5: They had a ton of people in there at once and the service area and waiting room was packed. I didn't wait long but it felt like Ryan was obligated to get things done in an ultra tight time frame so he could get on to the next person because of so many people waiting. It wasn't the shortest pedicure I've ever received but it was by far the longest. The massage part was just a couple minutes and I felt like I barely had time to get comfortable before it was over. That was a bummer. Again, he was very nice and sweet and my nails and feet look great and I'm not blaming him at all as I think he was just so focused on getting through people in a rapid manner he couldn't take as much time as he should have. I expected about 5 minutes total more massage time as he really had no calluses or rough areas to work on. He was even surprised at how smooth they were. Also it's a 4 because they use those cheese grater things on your feet and it didn't come directly out of an ultrasonic cleaned bag. I got was little paranoid. I don't like those being used on me normally and the fact I didn't see it being opened from a sanitized bag gives me the creeps. It was a good experience overall and he was great but if I come back I'm requesting Ryan and requesting no cheese grater on my feet for sure. read more

I found the perfect nail technician in Marcaira, who listened to the design and color that I wanted for my birthday mani. She also took her time in shaping my nails, matching the right mint green, and even massaging them afterwards with lotion. I was blown away by her attentiveness and skill and will certainly be back. Front desk ladies wanted to play tit for tat when I told them I never received a confirmation text from them about my appointment. Specifically, one lady at the front desk has a very nasty attitude. On Monday December 19 I went to get my nails taken off and the lady who was taking them off talked me into getting my nails done so I went ahead and did it. That's on me. I was not happy with the nails and the friend who referred me to this salon told me I should call and complain. So I did. They offered for me to come back and get them redone by the same lady. I felt bad about even complaining because I don't want anyone to feel bad but I did spend money and so I would like them to look decent. So when I showed up for my 4pm appointment today the front desk ladies told me I went online and canceled my appointment. She said they texted me. I looked through my messages and had not one single text about this appointment. I'm not one to go online and cancel or confirm something anyways. If my nails were badly done and I did need to cancel I would have called and rescheduled. I honestly had no idea you could even make appointments online, much less cancel them online. The one lady was very rude and kept telling me they texted me and that I canceled even AFTER I showed her my phone messages. I had to wait around for an hour to even get my nails done. Completely wasted my time as my family and I were trying to finish up some last minute Christmas shopping. The only messages I received from Noire was from back in November when I came for my first appointment ever at this place. Phalicia is an amazing nail tech and very nice. If you do go here she's worth going to. She was the first person I saw there in November. Other than her, I do NOT recommend coming here as there is no accountability or integrity that is upheld. Below are pictures of the original set that I wasn't happy about for proof. I tried to schedule with Phalicia again to get my wedding nails done and they have banned me from coming in. They never even made my appointment to begin with when I wanted my nails redone by the other lady who did them. When Phalicia did my nails the first time, she told me to add her on Instagram and to message her to schedule with her. When I did that, she told me I was mistaken and then she blocked me. I don't even use Instagram so the only reason I added her was because she told me I could message her. Phalicia is still someone I would recommend if you want AMAZING nails but this place employees people at the front desk who have ugly, nasty attitudes. The owners need to be made aware of the way they are treating some of their customers. This is not how you operate a fruitful business. These are the people you first see when you walk in. They should be courteous. Out of all of the states I have lived in throughout my life of getting my nails done, I have NEVER had an experience like this before. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a business. 10/10 would NOT recommend this salon. I went in day before Christmas Eve and choose a dip manicure. I told the nail tech multiple times that my tips were crooked and raised, she said they weren't the first time and them tried to file them after I persisted. They needed to be redone the were so bad. The nail tech also left such a thick layer of dip and rough edges on my nail I could not keep them. They snagged on everything I touched. I asked for a mani & pedi. The guy took me to get a pedi first and he did a wonderful job. Only minor detail is he scuffed the polish up when he put the sandal on my foot. I then go get my mani. I told them I'd try dip polish after a mani- my cuticles look awful and that's the whole reason I went there. This guy CUT me, not once but TWICE. On top of that he never gave me a mani so I have dip polish covering 3/4 of my nail. It looks like dog poop. I was crying. The girl said they wouldn't charge me for the mani. She offered no discount for the pedi. She then said she'll have the owner call me. She never asked for my number though. This experience was awful. I waited 53 minutes from the time I walked in before someone touched my feet for a pedicure. My feet were in an icy cold bath 50% of the time before I took them out to warm them up. This is the 2nd time I've been here. I thought it be better than my first experience. Your host should tell people there's a wait or that it's going to be longer than the 10 minutes she said it would be. It ended up being around 35 minutes (give/take), with my feet sitting in at best Luke warm water. The first time I came in I developed athletes foot days after my 'spa' pedicure. Just a heads up. The whole experience was soothing, Tommy did a great job and the massage was great. I then got my manicure done by Chris. I typically get a gel manicure but tried something new! I think it's call a dip? Anyway new to me but crazy fascinating and my nails look good. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because it's insanely expensive! $120 with tip. It's a luxury not a monthly thing. I need a basic quick mani/pedi. We just moved to town so I'm still looking for a nail salon. I'm used to paying about $60-$70 for a mani/pedi. This salon has terrible customer service and the ladies at the front desk cannot schedule appointments. I walked in around 4:30 and was told 20-30 minute wait. After 1:30 wait, I walked out. The ladies at the desk wasn't even bothered that I had waited that long or that I was taking my business elsewhere. If they have scheduled appointments you should be told that up front that way you can decide if you want to wait or go somewhere else. If you are in a RUSH and want a pedicure done so quickly that your lukewarm water never gets cold, this is the place. Yes I did ask a temp adjustment but there was no time for it to even heat apparently. For that reason, I gave a 2. Some people might like a real rush job? Get to the register to pay and surprise.......a $62.00 bill for a quicky pedicure. I was informed I got gel. Yes I DID!!!!!. I did not CHOSE it and the up-sale came in the form of the nice Tech stating "I give you gel so that it will last longer". I responded, thankyou. NO discussion of adding $15-$20 on to my bill. I have tons of Gel polishes I buy for $5 a whole bottle. I would NOT pay $15-$20 EVER for this "special" gel . This price add on is outrageous and the tactic through which it was "sold" is without question, unethical. I have NEVER tipped less than $15 and it's usually more like $20. Then again, I've never been here before. Tip was $0 and a polite discussion with front desk. The young lady was courteous but no solution based action taken or offered. I was very clear, concise and polite with my observations and even said, "I think it is fair to discuss my concerns with a business before reviewing them". Further considering fairness, I want to recognize that I feel this may not be the fault of the Tech. I wonder if this business pays such a wage that their employees feel FORCED to rush? That would be really sad. Do they need to staff better?. I was one of the first call and then walk ins. I was told to come. The Pedi room was empty and then one other customer arrived when I was closed to finished. Are you overbooking? What are the up-sale practices here? I STRONGLY suggest some ethical training be in place. I well not return and will certainly not recommend unless you HAVE to get that toenail polish on and get out the door before you ever get comfortable and further more, find this price competitive for the service you get. I called ahead to make sure they could get me in for a pedi. They said sure come on. Still had to wait about 10-15 mins which isn't too bad. What I'm not happy about is that they advertise 45-50 minutes for a Deluxe Pedicure and mine lasted roughly 30 minutes. My heels were still rough after he was done. When I arrived I even asked for someone who would take their time and do a good job. I was assured I would be "taken care of." My ticket was $47. When I told the receptionist that it only lasted about 30 mins and I wasn't happy with the end result, she offered a 10% discount. Then she went to check the cameras to see exactly how long my pedicure lasted, which made me feel like she thought I was lying. She came back and said "it lasted 34-36 minutes. We can give you a gift card for next time. " After all of that and being made to feel I was lying, I declined the gift card because I will not be back. $5 off a pedicure that didn't live up to what they advertised wasn't much of a deal. I've been coming here for at least a few years. Never once complained about my nails. I went in for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. By the next morning, the polish was peeling up and it was see thru as if there weren't enough coats applied. I called and asked if it could be fixed and they said yes. So, I went in & they put me with the same nail tech, Brittney, to "fix it"... Instead of removing all of the gel polish, she was lazy and only removed the clear coat. She then proceeded to paint a different color that I picked ON TOP of what was already there. The pics are after she "fixed" my nails. I was still unhappy and I asked the girl that works at the front (I think her name is Alyssa) for a refund because I gave you all the opportunity to fix it and it still looked like crap for something I paid $103 for. She said "no refunds but we can fix it again" & scheduled me an appointment for the next morning. But I'm not going & honestly, if this is how you treat a repeat customer I will never step foot in this place again. They did not stay on long... I took them off two days later. I decided to try this place out. This place is BEAUTIFUL. So clean and sleek. White and grey. Anyways , Sun did my nails and he took his time !! Had a manicure and pedicure today and I definitely reccomend this place! It was very clean, modern and a very nice place. I watched them clean/sanitize several times after each customer! The pedicure was wonderful and worth every penny!!! I'd say the manicure was pretty average, but priced pretty high. I'm pretty picky when it comes to nail places and I was very pleased today.
