Worst customer service...place smelled horrible and told us they didn't have time for us.

Been coming here for years, and always get cut by Andy. He's a pretty cool guy with a sick sleeve and warrior hair lol. Always get good service, but I can agree the place can be unorganized with the lines. read more

The cuts are OK... gets the job done. Had a bad experience with the Andy guy one time. He was mad because I had been getting a haircut with another person there(he always has a long wait). Pissed me off because after waiting on him for almost an hour, he refused my service because of that. Messed up part of it is that I was with my kids. Seen him do the same thing to another guy. Q the owner has been doing my hair since i was 8 or 9 and has since started a couple of his own studios. He could always give me the best fades, flat tops, pompadours or what ever my heart desired. At his studios he would not hire anyone that is not professional from what i have experienced. I do have my favorite barbers at each of the two studios but i will trust anyone that has an open chair in his studios. Would recommend to any one trying to get fresh and faded up read more

Run of the mill salon. Decent haircuts. They have no idea what a queue is which is ironic. Waiting sucks as they don't know what order means. Only come if you have time to wait otherwise you're better off going somewhere else. read more

I agree with some clients . Lily is the best , very polite and will not give you an attitude .She is very nice and very welcoming to clients . You will not have a hard time explaining the type of style you want for your hair. You explain it one time and she knows it already . I hope you won't change Lily girl . I waited 2 hours for a haircut and then when it was finally my turn I walked up and asked if I can get a cut and the barber said he was going to lunch. Horrible service and will not be returning. This place has been going downhill for a couple years now used to be decent. read more

Gotta go ahead and give it a full five. As mentioned in other reviews, not all the pictures are of this location. It can be a bit cluttered and is not as clean as your typically franchise salon. However, I walked in, got several months of growth cut off, paid and was out the door in about 10 mins for $8 plus tip. Can't really beat that. Very satisfied with the cut. I will return and might actually maintain my cut a little better now I know a place it won't take me 30-60 mins to get a haircut. read more

Avoid the bald guy with the goatee, he is disrespectful and has really poor customer service skills in a job where that is the main focus. I usually get my hair cut by Andy, the guy with the pony tail, but he was not working that day. So I waited a good hour for the bald guy, only to be refused service because he was upset that I usually go to Andy. According to previous reviews, this is not the first time this has happened, management should take this into consideration if they want customers to return. read more

Went through several barbers after moving to Cypress, and this one is the best plus its reasonably priced and they are open everyday.

This place as well as their sister location, Q salon 2, is probably decent for men's haircut but less than mediocre for women's haircut. They seem to rush through women's hair, charge $15 despite advertising on the window $12, and then demand tip on top of it. After a bad experience, I had to go to another salon to fix my hair. I recommend saving your time, money, and disappointment and pay at least $20 for a decent haircut at a better salon. Tip: Don't just blindly walk in to any hair salon and expect a good job or your money's worth unless your friend recommends someone specific. read more

Wow....never go there...this is one disgusting and cheap salon..... They don't change their towels or anything they use on their customers. Horrible service by unprofessional people....go there if you don't care about your health and ok to get a disease transmitted to you by the towels and tools the reuse on all of the customers without cleaning....people there aren't even nice and don't speak English...I think they know only one word "haircut"! I was disgusted by the place and the service when I walked in and left after I saw the place and their service.
