Not only was the customer service TERRIBLE but the food was bland and tasteless. The steak was dry, guacamole was bland and the taco salad dressing was so watery. I don't come here often but every single time I've been here, it's been dirty, the employees don't smile at all and act like they all hate their job, and treat you like you're bothering them. I ordered tacos and the meat had a pool of grease on the top. The employee put it on my taco and it was just saturated in grease....disgusting. It's over priced and not even edible. I am a frequent customer of qdoba (bel air) and I'm not sure that after tonight I will ever go back. It seems that the "C" or "D" crew was working. There were 3 people in line in front of me and it took me 20 minutes to be served. 1 person was making the orders (moving as slow as she possibly could) 1 person was on the register and there were 4 other people standing around watching. When it was finally my turn to order, the server kept turning around behind them instead of paying attention to what I was ordering which meant I had to repeat myself a lot. When I got the order home I realized that they had switched the order of the bowls and my husbands ended up with my toppings on his bowl and vice versa. Very disappointed in the service!!! read more

FILTHY! Typically I carry-out from this location, but I ate in today and was disgusted by the condition of the entire place. Every tabletop was dirty. There were several areas with food smeared across the carpet. All the trash cans were overflowing - I had to push it down to get my trash in. Dust covering everything in the bathroom. A foul odor coming from the soda machine. Pretty much every surface needed a thorough cleansing. All of this in a mostly empty dining room while 3 employees stood around doing nothing. I LOVE Qdoba but I'm not sure I'll be visiting this location again. If this is how the dining room looks, I don't want to know what's going on in the kitchen. Very disappointing. read more

I used to order from Qdoba through uber eats or door dash and more often then not my order arrived incorrect. Missing items or just completely incorrect items. I went in person today 4/11/21 to avoid that issue and the service was absolutely disgusting. Myself and other customers stood there for 10+ minutes without even being acknowledged while new employees put together uber orders. The rest of the staff including the shift supervisor or manager was in the back screaming and yelling and playing around. Half the food choices were empty. The new staff members that were left alone and scrambling to do anything kept asking for help and no one in the back would come. I sat and waited 15 minutes for fajita veggies to be cooked before I flipped out and told the staff that this was the most awkward and ridiculous experience I had ever had. They tried to give me my food for free and I refused and still paid. What a joke this location is. So beyond unprofessional. Zero customer service. Even the manager had an attitude with me once she decided to make an appearance. No wonder all the uber and door dash orders I made in the past arrived incorrect. This was my first time at Qudoba and I probably will never come back. the workers seemed miserable and threw together our burritos very carelessly. I told the first worker it was my first time here, to which I got no response. The tequila chicken seemed hours old and the burritos fell apart as soon as we unrolled them. Been going to this location few years. I have always loved the food. In the beginning my three tacos were 5.80 and the people were extremely friendly. Always went at least once a week and usually more. That was then, This is now. 9.00 for three tacos with hot sauce and lettuce is highway robbery. Other than one girl who was an original the smiling faces are gone. On one trip this summer I was standing in line and a very large man was serving . The ac seemed to be over worked that day and he was sweating something awful. Well he took his fore arm and wiped the sweat off his forehead. I gave up my place in line and went elsewhere. You may be asking yourself now why do I keep going back? Well when properly prepared it is my favorite place to eat. At 9.00 for my meal I just don't go as often. read more

Lived in the area for years, received coupons in the mail and decided last night to try Qdoba at Harford Mall in Bel Air. The workers seem miserable working there - no greetings, no smiles or thank yous. However, the male cashier seemed to be the most polite. The lady who made my chicken tacos refused to give me pico de gallo because she said that "they don't come with it", even though my coupon card literally said all extras are free upon request. My husband's coupon offered a free taco, but when he requested red salsa on the side, she said it would void the coupon if she gave it to him. Upon insistence, she eventually gave it to him. 60% of the tables needed to be wiped down and the floor was riddled with crumbs and trash. The food was OK, but the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible!! read more

Our family has been coming to this Harford mall location since it opened. Clearly, we enjoy it. The past two times we've been, tonight and about a month ago, the food has been pretty terrible - bland to the point that we've wondered if they're trying to cut the sodium on everything. Even their normally-flavorful guacamole had no taste. And the servers were even stingier than normal with the meat. With so many fast-fresh competitors in the area, why isn't this location trying harder to hold on to its customers?! Fix these problems! We love it here, but that's two strikes. This place has REALLY gone down hill. Employees have 0 personality or enthusiasm, they are always low/out of beans and rice, portions have gotten smaller, ice tea is always empty. We used to frequent, but this was the last trip. I would rather drive the extra couple miles to Chipotle. This location won't even be open in 12 months. Sad! read more

This is the worst restaurant ever. This is our third time and they struck out again. The quesadilla was cut up and slices stacked on top of each other so it was a pile of mush and pretty much inedible. Why cut it up when you put it in a container large enough to keep it intact. The service was terrible. The three employees just chatted with each other, served themselves food, and would glance at us for 10 minutes before serving us. The place itself was so dirty. this location can learn a lot from the Campbell Blvd store in Whitemarsh/Rosedale. Unlike the Campbell store this location always has dirty tables and the service is below par. Employees are inexperienced and are too busy joking and communicating between themselves instead on focusing on the customer. I have been here for about 1/2 hour and not one table has been wiped down and no manager checking on the customers. But I love the gumbo! read more
