Even dispute some ingredients being out- this place still gets 5 stars. I was in a long line and there was some grief the staff was getting at the front of the line regarding them being out of black beans (something the staff literally cannot control...) and the team was so apologetic and professional despite the over the top reaction they were getting from this customer group. They politely and clearly let the remainder of the line knowing the couple of things they were out of. Everyone was so grumbly and rude. This staff didn't skip a beat, and when I got to the front of the line they were still so sweet. To their management/store owner: the staff working the evening shift on 12/20 deserves their flowers. They handled the situation perfectly and their customer service never wavered. The store was clean and stocked well on the floor. W of a team (and my food was still delicious). Needed a quick bite and usually can count on Qdoba. The service at this location was great but thats where the pleasurable experiance ends. The restaurant was DIRTY! From the dinging area to the restrooms, this place is gross and beat up. Paint was chipped and missing, the floors, tables and walls were all filthy and the tables seemed to be falling apart. The food was flavorful but cold. Not sure who operates this spot but corporate should consider a change immediately. read more

We randomly were in the area and decided to stop by Qdoba. I have not been to Qdoba in ages. The menu sure did change a bit since I last went here. We ordered on the app so the food arrive at the correct time the app predicted. The staffs were busy but they did take time to answer any questions if needed. The food was decent. read more

I downloaded yelp just to make this review. And I'm going to try to be as loving as possible. Normally this Qdoba is spectacular. There is one person that keeps this review from being five stars. If a short lady with dreads is about to make your order, just ask somebody else to make your food. To be clear, I'm not talking about the tall Manager with dreads, everyone wearing a black shirt at this location rocks. I've had two bad experiences with the employee I'm talking about. Today, I opened up a burrito wrapped in two pieces of tinfoil, and the burrito was already busted. I could only eat half of the burrito because it was so sloppily made, and the cherry on top was that I got some burrito juice on my nice shirt. Always nice when you spend $12 on a burrito and are only able to eat half of it. Another instance, I was trying to get an extra 4 ounces of guac on the side of my quesadilla in addition to the 4 ounces of guac that come free with the quesadilla. I said "I want 8 ounces of guac so you can just put it in the 8 ounce queso container", and when I saw that she was charging me for 8 ounces of guac, I addressed that half of that guac should be free with my order. She said because it came in an 8 ounce container that she would have to charge me for 8 ounces of guac. And I literally asked her " so if I had gotten it in three smaller containers like normal, I would only have to pay for 4 ounces of this guac?", and she said yes. I wish the best for this person in any field other than food. read more

I was so excited to see a Qudoba. I used to eat there often but our local one hasn't been the same since COVID. This store unfortunately suffers from some of the same issues. It was so dirty! Counters, trash area, tables and chairs were sticky and covered with food. Gross! The employees were not friendly. They did not make eye contact and the girl that started my ordered acted mad to even be there. :( read more

Not my favorite qdoba. Came in during lunch hour and it was pretty busy. Waited a while to order, and then when I did order, they were running low on a few of their ingredients (rice and fajita veggies). The worst part was after waiting a while, the lady was very short with me. Seemed like maybe she was having a rough day, I don't know. But she was pretty condescending and got frustrated that I didn't give my order fast enough. Enjoyed the food but left feeling like I didn't matter as a customer, so I probably won't be taking my business here again. Too many other better local places around. read more

We ordered an online pickup and one of our bowls was half empty and missing half of the toppings. Also, our kids meal was missing the juice and the bowl of rice. Healthy, fresh food. Great service. They had a long line on Memorial Day, but we did not have to wait long. We had 7 people in our party and got in and out (including dining-in) in about 30 minutes. It's very close to great hotels in Collinsville, Illinois. read more

This QDoba in particular does not skimp you on your toppings, fillings, fixings etc. We go there weekly and the place is always clean, the food is always hot, the staff is always friendly and there is absolutely never a long wait. We have yet to be dissatisfied with any visit. We received the wrong quesadilla one time and they brought us a second one free in a to-go box. That's almost 8 bucks worth of free food that my husband took to lunch the next day. People make mistakes, especially over their lunch rush - but the key is making it right for the customer if a mistake is made and they do it. The manager is always nice to us and seems helpful and the the day staff is always helpful, hygienic (Hey, you don't know some of the people who have served me food), and most of all FAST. If you love Mexican - you won't be displeased. If you love QDoba - this restaurant will solidify that love. read more

I've been going to this qdoba for a while and usually really enjoy it. Yesterday however I ordered a burrito to go and as I was eating it at home, I took a bit and something hard and sharp hit my cheek. I spit it out and it was about a 3 inch piece of wire. I immediately called up and asked to speak to the manager who didn't seem at all alarmed and told me to bring it in and theyd take care of me. Of coarse I don't want another burrito, I was so disgusted. I told her they needed to remove the food and check what they were serving and she said that it was probably just a price of the metal machine that chops up the Pico and it does that sometimes. I'm in love with their burritos. They're massive and taste amazing. I usually go at least once every two weeks. Plus if you sign up for their app you get different perks for how many times you've visited. I frequently use the $2 chips and queso perk. read more

I go to the Qdoba in Edwardsville, but was running errands, had a coupon and well was closer to this one. The girl felt a lil rushed and crabby towards me on a late Saturday afternoon, the guac had way too much lime juice so much so that it wasn't good, no salt baked into the chips, the workers were skimpy with the toppings on the naked burrito . The quality of the food isn't as good at this location as Edwardsville. It's almost like it's not the same food. I don't frequent fast food Mexican often but when I do this is my go too since we don't have Chipotle in IL. I'd skip this one. Food just didn't taste good. Like night & day from Edwardsville location. I probably won't be back to this one. read more

I've visited this location several times and each time I return, I ask myself "why"? This particular location is the most inconsistent in service, appearance and quality. As a franchised restaurant, management, HQ and employees need to pay attention. Customer service: greet your customer with friendliness. Say "please and thank you" Those words go a long way. If it's an inconvenience to tend to customers, you're in the the wrong line of work. The line staff need to work together to make production consistent, efficient and accurate. Appearance: OMG! Wipe down the tables! Designate an employee to monitor the dining area. Keep tables clear, pick up or sweep crumbs from the floor. This visit I witnessed an employee walk past and over 2 napkins that were on the floor. If the dining area looks like crap, what does the food prep area look like? Food: I've had lukewarm burrito bowls & cold tacos.....pay attention!!! I've given this location so many chances....MAYBE if the franchisee noticed slow sales numbers they'd reconsider who to put in place in management of their investment. read more

There was no one in line, and two of the three just kept standing at the sink talking to each other even after the third employee tried to call over the person working the first station. Small food portions, totally disinterested employees, 3 of 4 employees worked the serving line with long hair uncovered, trash receptacle units had no actual trash cans in them so garbage dropped straight to the floor. Worst of all - no toilet paper in bathrooms. Informed a nearby employee of this issue. Stopped in for a burrito around 4pm. Having never been there before I was unsure what was good. Asked for recommendations and the young girl helping me replied, "Most people get a burrito.." Not exactly a recommendation, but I decided to get a burrito. After answering what kind of tortilla, rice and beans I wanted I got to what kind of meat. Upon looking at the selection I noticed almost everything was dried or filmed over on top. I understand 4pm is between lunch and dinner, so I wasn't expecting "fresh" ingredients, but I wasn't expecting the stuff the have sat so long it was dried over. Simply stirring the ingredients periodically would have kept this from happening. Regardless I picked the pork since it seemed the least dried. Also got fajita veggies, spicy queso, hot salsa, guac, and sour cream. When the other girl when to close my burrito she was having difficulty. I didn't order extra or double anything so, I'm unsure why my came out larger than normal. I told her, "If you need to double wrap it, that's fine with me." So she walks over, presses another tortilla and brings it back. Now.. instead of using the second tortilla to wrap the burrito, she literally squeezed half of the ingredients from the old shell into the new one and wraps that. So I paid full price for half the ingredients because the girl couldn't close my average sized burrito. read more

the naked burrito serving size is so small as to be laughable. i tried the vegetarian burrito: white flour wrap holding back WAY TOO MUCH white rice and a tablespoon of beans. want veggies with that? that'll be EXTRA! i probably won't be back. there are so many REAL mexican options in the area that the only reason one would go here is that of "saving time". in that regard this fast food place is a convenient, expedient place to get almost healthy food. read more

Dirty. I have been eating at Qdoba's for several years and have never had a complaint. That was until I went into this location. The bathrooms were extremely dirty with fecal matter on the seats and no paper towels or a hand dyer. On top of that they appeared to hide the lack of cleaning with very dimly lit lights. This makes me wonder how the employees were able to wash their hands after using the restroom. I complained to cashier who just stared at me as to say "so...?". I asked for their store number and managers name and she said "you can look it up online". It's sad but we had already eaten dinner and had to make another stop to allow my kids to use a restroom. McDonald's, has hard as it is to imagine, was far cleaner and properly lit. read more

I go in and order the same thing every time, a shredded beef burrito bowl. Nothing to cook, just toss some ingredients in a bowl and I'm gone. It's 9:20...I understand at the end of the night you want to get your side work done. But is it really that hard to take 2 minutes to make a bowl? Eyes rolling in the back of their heads, shaking there heads with their hands on their hips...pretty sure it was the manager too because I see her up there all the time day or night. Close at 9 if 10 is too much for you. But I have a feeling they would still behave this way at 8pm as well. I walked in with no smile or hello from anyone. Cashier literally turned away from me without a word, washed their hands, slowly walked over, and then finally had enough wherewithal to greet the only customer there. Piss poor attitudes.
