    Chicken Protein Bowl
    Matt K.

Saw the ridiculous line at chipotle around 7pm and turned into QDOBA instead. I was in and out within 5-10 min and could see the same people standing in line at chipotle lol The chicken protein bowl does not come with rice. Main ingredients are chicken, beans, fajitas, guacamole, and salsa

I love that they have kids meal boxes to go here now! That is a new thing. I have also loved Qdoba and their queso. I felt like the wait can get long on weekends but if you go on off times or weekdays there is virtually no wait. The parking lot can get crowded so that is a hit or miss.

The place is filthy and the impossible bowl was impossible to eat. It was a hard clump of some sorts. The bins were overflowing and the tables were really dirty.

The food was excellent. The food was kinda fast cause we were the 2nd ones ìn line. The ambiance was decent.

Had an online order for asap pickup. Arrived at the restaurant to have the food actually be ready for me which is a nice suprise as if i had gone to lets say chiople, its never made on time. They gave me really nice portions and i was happy to see such a large borrito when i only had a few ingredients in it. Definitely will come by again for a great flavor and portion sized borrito.

This Qdoba suffers from a severe lack of parking. It's pretty bad. Note that if you go towards the right (when facing the restaurant), the parking lot is a dead end. My burrito with chicken was huge. Yuge, in fact. I guess I was nice to the folks putting it together because they went pretty heavy on the chicken and salsas in there. Very tasty, but it wasn't very well mixed up. A bit of chicken here, a bite of cilantro there. Delicious, but without the melding of flavors that would make it awesome. Coke Freestyle machine working well.

this is a 50/50 for us, it's a hit or miss. last time we went here the food was cold and stale, but this time the food was hot and fresh. i had to ask for extra portions just for the food to be enough for a decent sized meal, and the queso was actually hot and spicy this time, definitely recommend those. there's no line normally, so if you're looking for something quick and easy, this is the spot. while the workers seemed rude and like they didn't want to be here, the food was decent and i'd come here again. it's not very crowded here, but the workers didn't give very good vibes. if i could give it a 3.5 i would.

They don't take pre orders so you physically have to walk in to place an order, then they will prepare your cheesesteak fresh. I have driven by before and the line has been down the sidewalk. Today there was no line at all, only two people who happed to walk in with me. I just ordered the original cheesesteak combo. Came with fries and a regular sized drink. Came to 18:10 so a little pricy. There is no dine in options and no public restroom so be prepared to take your food to go. I only had to wait 10 min until my order was ready. When I got back to my office my meal was still hot. They definitely give you an ample amount of meat. The bread was soft and fresh but not soggy from too much grease. The meat was high quality shaved ribeye. It was delicious! The fries were average. I only ate about half of them. Next time I would probably just get the cheesesteak. Overall I think they are worth the hype.

It's between a Chinese take-out and a used-sporting-good store, just a little east of the middle of the St. Johns Plaza strip mall. This location has seating for 40 or so in a brightly decorated space. There's plenty of parking right out front. It's my first time here, I was a little afraid of the "hangry" spice, but learned that the range of heat is by-request, so i got two "Jr." sandwiches: one no-heat to get a taste of just the chicken, and one medium. The chicken comes piping hot, two half-inch thick strips nearly twice as long as the 4-inch junior bun, which is a lot of food for their smaller size sandwich! It's tender and moist, with just a light chew. The coating is thin and lightly seasoned, drizzled with a mildly-sweet red-sauce. Good flavors. Theres a layer of fresh not-too-wet slaw and a couple of hearty pickle circles, both of which add some sweetness. The bread is lightly flavorful, just dense enough to hold everything together. The medium is the same generous tender moist sandwich. The red-sauce also seems the same. The coating on the chicken is where the spice is! It builds up quickly to a nice mouth-filling heat, and it adds zingy flavor without overwhelming with heat. The veggie layers of the sandwich help manage the heat. The chicken is very good and fresh-tasting, definitely tastier than the chicken at nearby fast-food burger joints. The range of heat is by-request, so us low- spice and no-spice folks can come here with I-wanna-burn folks, and everyone will hit their target. I think that anyone who likes even a little spice will want medium-heat or above. The junior-serving was huge and filling! This place is a win in flavor, quality, and quantity. It took about 5min to prepare, so order ahead on their app.

They accept the rewards app without issue and know how to apply points/discounts correctly to orders--which is important to me because I love using my rewards. The service is consistently courteous and professional. When team members bring the food out to the car, they are respectful, approach the driver's side window cautiously and hand over the order carefully rather than rushing through the interaction. It's a small detail, but it makes a difference. Especially at night when it's uncomfortable to have people approaching your car in the dark. Most of the time we order takeout, but occasionly we go in and dine inside, the restaurant looks clean and organized. Decorations and ambience are nothing special - similar to other locations. The dining area and restrooms look clean, and there is clear signage directing customers to order and pickup areas. Staff members are also very helpful when it comes to guiding customers and answering questions. A detail about the location that we really enjoyed was having the Coffee News newsletter by the door - it was a thoughtful local touch and felt cozy. We usually place drive-up pickup orders, and the parking lot is generally decently organized. Nothing really different from other locations. My only complaint is during rush hours when traffic to get in and out becomes congested. Since the building sits on a corner, turning in from Executive Drive can be frustrating with so many vehicles trying to enter or pass by at once. Honestly, it can be easier to park in the nearby shopping center or next door bank and walk over. Occasionally, other customers park poorly and take up too many spaces, but that's more of a people problem than an issue for the business. Recently, we've been really disappointed by the food. We've heard that some menu items, such as the fries, have had recipe changes, and the difference is definitely noticeable. We typically order nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and fries, but they simply don't taste the same as they did years ago. On a recent trip, I tried the mac and cheese to switch it up because I haven't been enjoying the fries lately, and I couldn't finish it. I offered the rest to my partner to finish. Later, my partner and I felt that it didn't sit well with our stomachs. On the other hand, I still enjoy Chick-fil-A's breakfast menu. The Chicken Minis and chicken biscuit are our go-to for early mornings and road trips. We'll get coffee too but honestly we prefer to just get food here and then stop at a Dunkin or Starbucks because it's better. The only downside to breakfast is having to race over before morning breakfast service ends. It's just disappointing to have to default to having the typical entree when it's not as good as could've been with breakfast. Overall, we'll continue to visit for breakfast and maybe lunch or dinner. But this isn't anything special and definitely not my go-to fast food place.

I ordered medium waffle fries and 8-count nuggets, which were really greasy but hot and mostly fresh. The fries were delicious as always, particularly with their Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce.

The menu is massive with different types of offerings but we were interested in the Peri Peri chicken. We both ended up ordering a half chicken with mild sauce, and we turned them into combos for additional $5.00 each. The total came out to $43.24. We both had corn on the cob as our side. I was a little frustrated because the combo options were confusing. The corn was just some frozen half ears with grill marks that tasted dry and burnt. The chicken was equally dried out with just a hint of flavor on the skin. We also tried one of their mocktails, the passion fruit version. For $5 we got like an 8 ounce cup of sugar or syrup flavoring with a lemon and another cocktail garnish. The funny part is I watched her fill half the cup with the Stary soft drink! The menu had a lot of eye catching items I wanted to try, however it came down to the Honey Garlic Chicken Sandwich. I'm typically particular with chicken sandwiches because sometimes the chicken can be dry or you get a piece of chicken with mediocre flavor. This chicken sandwich did not disappoint. It came with three pieces of chicken nicely fried with a perfect golden crispy crust. The honey and garlic flavor ignited the chicken's juices. It came with a slice of American cheese which at first I was skeptical because it wasn't fully melted, however it melted in each bite I took. It was so good, I decided to get another one to go for dinner. [foodie confessions] I made the meal a combo with a side and fountain drink. I went with the Peri Peri fries. The fries were seasoned and tasty. The other item ordered was a quarter chicken with rice and a side. The side of choice were the olives. The chicken was juicy and naturally paired well with the rice. The olives had a blend of sweet lemony flavor. It was delicious. We passed on dessert however there's Hershey's ice cream with a variety of shakes that looked yummy. Perhaps next time. We got served by the talking robot which was cute. It brought the food to your table, you grab your food and simply follow the instructions on the screen for it to return. Don't fret, the staff still checks in on you to make sure you got everything you ordered. It's a casual (fast food type) of dining so don't expect the full wait service. I'm glad I gave it a try and plan to return to try more items on the menu.
