I wish I could give this place a zero! The restaurant is very dirty!! This is the worst Qdoba that I have ever been to. The floor looks like it has never been vacuumed. Okay, so coming from the east coast we had Moe's and Salsarita's, which were both very much missed coming out here. Yay, we have found something just as good with Qdoba. The food was really fresh, the staff is friendly, and contrary to what other reviewers wrote, we found the restaurant very clean. Yeah, yeah Chipotle's is out here and everyone seems to be obsessed with it, but this place is just as good as Chipotle's, but it is a lot closer to our house. I love Mexican food but am one of those people who is allergic to cilantro. This restaurant puts cilantro in everything. Can't you just put it on the side so the population who's allergic doesn't have to be breaking out in hives! 40% of the population cannot go to your damn restaurant! Why is it in every single item except for a couple items. And then you want to charge me extra when I cannot even each 90% of your items And end up with just meat and cheese sauce only.... As fast food goes this is one of my favorites. Love the Chicken Queso Burrito and find it consistently delicious. The kids like eating here too and the staff is always helpful with the special requests that inevitably come with a large family. read more

When they first opened ... definite 5 stars, since then, on their way to 1 star. Have been there numerous times, mainly for lunch. Really like the food, but quantity seems to vary every trip. Maybe due to the seemingly high employee turnover, I would guess ... very inconsistent service and product. The other observation we've made of late, is their vacuum must be broken cause there is quite often more food on the floor than on my plate ... just sayin'. This last visit had me washing my table before I could dine. Hope the owners get a handle on it soon and don't go the way of their dearly departed neighbor, " The Blue Canon". First off all I'd like to say I absolutely love eating at this restaurant. The food is great, it's easy to work around my allergies and the employees are generally friendly as well. That being said the assistant manager Melissa is always extremely rude, messes up orders and gets annoyed or mad when she is corrected. If you ask for extra of any sauce or ingredient she gives off a very unhappy and annoyed vibe as if it affects her in any way even though we can and are willing to pay the extra charges. Just plain rude and unpleasant. This has happened no less than 10 times now as I'm a frequent customer and I have not had this issue with any other employee. From now on I am going to specifically ask for someone else to make my food because every time she does it for me I leave feeling irritated, disrespected and like I have done something wrong by asking for food. read more

Food wasn't bad. They ran out of several meats and didn't make much effort to refill the containers. Was extremely filthy inside. Seemed like there was no manager on duty. Like another yelp user said, it is a hit or a miss. I always get a naked burrito bowl-chicken. This place was popping when it first opened and now has kind of sizzled out... Probably do to the food quality and quantity. Twice I've went here and the rice has been hard... Tonight I went and the young blonde haired girl barely spoke to me and put half a scoop of everything I asked for. When she was done my bowl wasn't even half full... Ridiculous. read more

This is the 2nd yelp comment I've ever left. But it was really that bad tonight. Wife & I aren't all that picky, but this place was such a filthy disaster this evening, wife & I left. Floors both in the kitchen & customer area were a disaster. Couldn't fit a napkin in any of the garbage cans. Took one look at the food containers and the condition of such and decided to leave. Went in for a snack about 230 and was greeted by a very friendly employee with a big smile. Ordered my two tacos which were prepared quickly. Cashier was right on top of what I had ordered and took payment again with a smile and a thank you. Tacos were tasty and a perfect snack to get me thru the afternoon. Don't know what happened with the other person commenting about cleanliness but it is always clean when we go there. Yes, some people are pigs and really make big messes which they leave so maybe they came in when the restaurant had just gotten slammed with customers which does happen there often. Many people have discovered how fresh the food is and I love the healthy option of getting my food "Naked"...not me, the food. That means without the wrap or taco shell. They do have a Qdoba card which gives you free food when you accumulate points and on some Holidays you get extra free food which is a bonus. No, it isn't a "cheap" fast food place but they don't take their meat already cooked out of a frozen bag either. You watch them make the stuff right there fresh and the staff has always been friendly. Not many people are seen getting beer in this place but I can say they have good fresh brewed tea which for us Southerners is a great thing. Hope you'll try this place.
