Had a hair in my burrito. WEAR HAIRNETS PLEASE!!!!!

Found a hair in my burrito, PLEASE WEAR HAIR NETS!! The food overall is good tho, the rice is sometimes hard.

I see all these other reviews. I think you guys all need to just accept the fact you're weak. I've never gotten sick from here and I eat it nearly every week (knock on wood). Staff is always good. All of these bad reviews disappoint me. You guys don't know fine dining

Ordered through Grubhub and they prepared and let my order sit there for 2 hours. The driver when she dropped it off even said "hey I would call and complain. This has been sitting there the entire time" the burritos weren't even wrapped all the way. They were cold. You can give people food poisoning!! Here's a picture of one of the "burritos". GROSS.

TERRIBLE. Waited in my car for 30 minutes for 1 burrito and a beverage because their lobby was closed. Garbage cans outside were overflowing. Received my drink and the soda was pouring over the sides and the lid is broken. This place could use some serious help

A vast improvement over the Flint Township location! This particular location restored my faith in the Qdoba brand. I fear that I had lost all hope when it came to Qdoba after my experiences with the Flint store, but I can say that I'm a Qdoba fan once again- if only of this particular location! Great service, clean restaurant, fresh ingredients. We had a huge portion of vegetarian nachos and they were delicious, loaded with fresh veggies, cheese, black beans, spicy queso, and guacamole. Try getting them to give you anything other than a tiny dollop of guacamole at the Flint Qdoba! When we mentioned how lousy the Flint Township franchise was, everyone working behind the counter groaned and chimed in with, "Yeah, we hear that all the time, they suck." And unlike the Flint location, they don't stint on the toppings! Service was both fast and friendly as well. Since we don't have a Chipotle yet in the area, Qdoba is our option for "fast casual" Mexican dining. Going by the standards set by this particular Qdoba, it doesn't feel like we are settling at all.

Filthy. From the moment I placed my hand on the dirty door handle leading to the even dirtier Resturaunt, it just gets worse.

I have a big family so I had to make a big order and, without asking, they grabbed the food themselves and delivered it straight to my table.

Food was decently priced and tasty. I got the fish tacos, battered, and omg, it's probably the best fish tacos I've had by far. Huge pieces, size of my hand and came in 3 tacos for a great price! I can't normally eat a lot at a time but I definitely devoured all 3 tacos! Very lightweight and lightly but fully battered! Some of the freshest fish to have too!

I was not happy to learn that refills on chips and salsa cost $3.50 when every other Mexican restaurant I've ever gone to offers them for free. Also the chips are clearly out of the bag. Very hard and flavorless but the salsa was great with a little bit of heat. My chimichanga was bigger than I expected and too cheesy. The meat had lots of seasoning now I got the ground beef. The beans and the rice were good the beans had good flavors as well. I has been got the ground beef tacos with fried flour and those were excellent. The mountain dew was more fizz than syrup you could see right through it. The service was good. The place was very clean and very quiet we went at lunch time on a Monday. The menus are clean and they seem to be recently updated with lots to choose from. They also have standard American fair like hamburgers and such. Overall I would go back I just would order differently. Please do something about your chips! As good as your fried flour shells were it's a huge disappointment.

Staff was super nice and didn't treat me any different cause I was working on my laptop. First I had a sazerac, and I can say with zero hesitation it was the best one I ever had. I could have drank that all night and been very happy. Next I was given a peach and vodka drink of some sort and it was also very good. Very light and refreshing and perfect for summer. Finally I wanted a Guinness Foreign, their 7% stout but she mistakenly gave me the regular Guinness. Since she already opened it I didn't make a big deal and had the regular Guinness. Next time though I am trying the big Guinness. I really enjoyed my experience and will absolutely come back again.

It has a modern, trendy and intimate vibe and was very cozy. Side note, would definitely take a date here! Our server was pleasant and brought our order fast. Prices were fair too. We decided to split a mimosa flight (all good) and then I decided to order the pecan praline French toast and it was good. I will say it was a tad bit overcooked to my liking but it was still good, and I could still appreciate the pecan flavor profile. My bestie ordered eggs Benedict with a side of bacon and I know she enjoyed both plates! We had a great time and plan to come back to try their non-brunch menu soon!

Updated Review - Jan. 2026…read more "From DoorDash Disappointment to In-Person Perfection!" I'm updating my previous review because one of the owners, Christina, personally reached out to me after my initial experience. She invited me back to try a pickup order, and I am so impressed by a business owner who truly stands behind her product. My first experience via DoorDash was expensive and underwhelming, but this visit was a total 180! The Vibe & Service - the shop has a great "street" decor vibe with a heartwarming touch, lots of family photos on the wall. Huge shoutout to Brianna, who handled my follow-up visit with excellent customer service; she was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond! The Food & Value - everything was fast, fresh, and high-quality. I highly recommend the Tuesday Specials: 5 ground beef tacos for $10 or 3 barbacoa for $10. Tacos: Fried "Flint-style" with a perfect meat-to-shell ratio. The meat is NOT greasy (no dripping down your arm!), which is a huge plus. We season very aggressively at home, so for my personal taste, I think the meat could have used just a bit more seasoning, but I think they are likely playing it safe to satisfy the masses and rightfully so. Either way, they were still really good and I'd definitely eat them again! The Egg Rolls: They offer Flint-style and BBQ Chicken, but the Southwest Chicken Egg Roll was my favorite, super crunchy and spicy with nicely shredded chicken inside. Chicken Wings: Perfect size and very tasty. I hate a big chicken leg or flat bone. Haha. Dessert: They make Banana Pudding fresh, and it is the perfect sweet finish to the meal. The red velvet cheesecake is also a must try. Pro-Tips for Ordering: Order Direct: Skip DoorDash to avoid the premium prices. Use Great Lakes Eatz & Treatz online ordering and they'll send you a text message when it's ready. You will also get this ordering at the counter. Local Roots: Support this family business! They ran a food truck for 2 years before opening this spot, and they also offer catering. Support small businesses. Convenience: Located in a plaza with a convenience store so you can grab a pop or snacks while you wait. I'm officially a regular now... especially since I live just 2 miles away. Thank you, Christina and Brianna, for the fantastic service and delicious meal! See you again soon.
