I used to love QDOBA and was an adamant supporter. However, the past few times, we have experienced very poor customer service. I attempted to give it a try again and not only was I unable to order (I understand staffing is an issue) but the individual who answered the phone, hung up on me twice, stating he had to get the other line when I was trying to put in a food order... I asked, "Should I put an order online." His response, laughing "I have to get the other line." and then hung up on me. I understand staffing is an issue, but for the customers who want service... try treating them better. This is why we stick to local venues. read more

Fairly new location. Hope some additional training will help. Steak in my soft taco was fairly flavorless (pretty normal for Qdoba all around actually). Part of my taco shell was ice cold another part was warm. The line could have used another worker. Entrees were stacking up and instead of moving over to help the person down the line, position one kept stacking the line with entrees I couldn't finish my chips so I went to the counter to get a bag. Let me start by saying this location is normally pretty consistent which is why I gave them 3 stars. However tonight's visit was disappointing. I ordered a chicken protein bowl which is supposed to come with a double order of chicken and a double order of fajita veggies. The kid slumped on the chicken and I barely got a 1/2 cup of veggies, as he was scraping the bottom of the pan and didn't bother to refill the serving tray. When I got to the toppings, I was told anything that was added to the bowl would be an additional charge even though the couple in front of me was adding everything under the sun (included extra protein and queso) without any mention of additional charges. The inconsistency was very frustrating to say the least and I really don't feel I got my money's worth. read more

I did a curbside order at and when I went to pick it up, a young blonde teenager came out with a mask hanging around her ear with my order. When she walked up to my car I pointed to my mask, asking her to put hers on, as I am immeuno compromised and that's why I was doing curbside in the first place, to be safe. She rolled her eyes at me, and raised the mask. When she gave me the order I said "thank you" she rolled her eyes again and took her mask off and walked away without a word, despite me saying "have a good day!" It has honestly made me never want to go to this Qdoba location again, as I no longer feel safe, and feel very disrespected. It's a shame because I was an extremely loyal customer before this, I went very frequently but now I feel uncomfortable with returning. It wasn't long ago as well that I called them and asked them to bring out an order with masks on and they replied to me "we don't have masks." Overall I am a fan of QDOBA but this location is a total disaster. We have attempted to eat at this location several times but they are ALWAYS either totally closed or only accepting phone orders. The last visit was Sunday Sep 25th at 4:25 PM. We walked up and the doors were locked and a sign in the window stated "we are only accepting phone in orders at this time". SERIOUSLY? at 4:25PM on a Sunday afternoon? How do you run a business like that? I honestly can't believe they can pay the rent let alone remain in business. This is not the first time we have had this experience. We have tried to give them some business other times and had the same experience of walking up and the doors were locked. QDOBA headquarters should terminate this franchise as it reflects poorly upon the company. If you happen to be driving by KEEP DRIVING - there are so many options in CdA and Hayden- why waste your time? The ONE time (yes we have only been able to actually go in and get food one time at this location) they were out of several ingredients and what we were able to get was terrible and the "service" there was terrible with snotty employees who clearly didn't want to be there - can't say that I really blame them - the place is a disaster. Clearly a reflection of poor management/ownership. Wonder if the owners ever show up??? Maybe they can't get in either..... read more

I have always been a fan of the Hayden Qdoba location, but I became quite the regular when Qdoba went away with their additional charges for add-ons (hence the 99 check-ins). Their portions are HUGE and I never leave hungry. I love the naked bowl option with no rice, extra beans. The rice soaks up the queso and adds great flavor. If I could put one request in, it is that Qdoba brings back their spicy queso but leaves out the bacon. I loved having the spicy option, but now can't eat because of the added bacon (pork allergy here...yikes)! TIP: check-in to this location with Yelp and get FREE chips and queso EVERY TIME! It's poorly managed, the staff is the rudest I've ever experienced, and the food quality is disgusting. I was very disappointed. The food that was available was dry, as if it had been there awhile, but many of the choices were unavailable and the tubs were empty. There was no salad but was told they can make some. There are were no taco bowls for salad or chips but again were told they can make some. Only one person wore a hat. The others had no protection from their hair falling into the food. We added drinks, but when we went to fill out cups we noticed that most of the drink choices were not available. They said they were going to get a new machine but didnt mention that to us before we purchased our drinks. When I went back to the restroom I saw the kitchen and it was filthy, especially the food on the floors. Continued to the restroom which was in dismay. It was disgusting. The sink was very filthy, water was left on and the garbage was overflowing. When we left to throw away the trash, it was over flowing. But the food tasted good. Me and my parents went here for dinner first time at this place Saturday after noon after the hostess explained how the food bar works we all made a bowl I decided to try a taco. Well once we got the food and began eating I tried the taco oh my god the peppers were burned making it putrid. I told the server it was inedible. I then tried the bowl it seemed ok until I eat into it and hit the burned peppers again. I told the server Austin she said she couldn't smell any burnt smell. I go to this restaurant usually once a week and it's sometimes inconsistent with the portion sizes depending on who is working, but generally pretty good, however today my family wanted to meet there for lunch, so we met there at 12:00 noon and they were already out of black beans, fajita veggies and lettuce. They did re-stock the veggies and lettuce after about ten minutes, but stated that they were just out of black beans and would not have them for quite a while. Very irritating!!!!! read more

If I could leave no stars... Want to note though, the employees GREAT, the quality of the food ALWAYS satisfactory. That being said, ability to deliver, HORRIBLE! SUCKS! I placed an order at 6:00 PM through Uber Eats for one of the family meals. After the order was placed I was given an estimated delivery time of 6:50. Great, sounds good! Let's get the movie going. 6:35ish rolls around, Uber Eats driver is waiting to pick up our food, then the delivery time changes to 7:00 (not the end of the world, erg but we'll be ok). 7:05 Uber Eats driver changes (yeah, poor guy shouldn't have to wait around this long!), new driver en route. Updated delivery time, 7:30. Frustrated as hell, but ok, the kids still need to eat, and I didn't have to drive into town. The time is now 7:15 and I get an update that my expected delivery time is now 8:00 PM! Umm, placed order at 6:00, food is going to show up 2 hours later at 8:00!?!?!?! Ok kids, grab a snack, going to have a late dinner, we'll watch another movie. Time is 7:30, order got CANCELLED!!! This is NOT an Uber Eats issue, there were TWO drivers waiting for our food at two different times, and the restaurant couldn't get it together either time. They literally IGNORED the fact people were waiting on their service and the fact that an order was placed and said 'oh well, didn't get that one filled, not our problem.' If you, as a business, can't keep up with orders coming into your establishment then you shouldn't be allowed to be on ANY delivery service EVER! This was an absolute, catastrophic failure, and I cannot believe the franchisee operates a business this way feeling proud of what they have. Call it what it is and cling to your 30 minute wait times per person and leave the delivery services to other establishments. read more

I am sorry but food was HORRIBLE!!!! It was a delivery to the office so I was unable to return the food. I ordered the Grilled Steak Nachos. I got a bowl of Queso, a scoop of meat and a dollop of Guac BUT NO SALSA.... No BEANS and No SOUR CREAM...... ALL of which are part of the Nachos description and what I based my choice on. I couldn't even finish eating it (as I was STARVING, so I at least tried) I do not recommend this location ONE BIT!!! read more

Food was ok, definitely not the best Qdoba. Other Qdobas we have been to have more choices in the food area. Definitely needed attention to cleanliness, as well. The worst, however, was the rude gal at beginning of the assembly line. She was very snotty, and obviously did not want to be there. The next gal appeared new as she was reading ingredients to put on everything. Gal one just stood there, rolling her eyes, as gal 2 had four people to help. Why 1 couldn't help 2 was beyond my comprehension. When asking gal one about food allergies she rolled her eyes and said 'yeah I would guess it's safe.' Umm, you offer a food allergen listing, one, the employees should know it or look it up. My health is at risk, you need to more than guess for me. Gal 3 was nowhere to be found and so everyone had to wait to pay for awhile. It was 12:30, crew needed to be more prepared as the place was busy. I feel terrible for the employees that have to work with the blond haired manager-they apparently have a few. I speak to the employees while they are preparing my meal. I have stopped going to this store because of the ways I have observed her treat her employees. There was one instance I watched her prioritize a customer, pile their food, slow the entire line down and then give it to her for free...I was behind this customer and heard the interaction when the customer intended to pay. I know an employee silently observed the interaction because she and I locked eyes with an uncomfortable expression. A few other times, I have seen her rudely (and publicly) criticize how they made the fajita mix or the order they clean their station. The food is similar of the same level. The chips taste rancid. We love Qdoba and were so thrilled when the Hayden area opened one up. But the portions are half the size you get from the one down on Ironwood and the chicken is either burnt or really dry. Well by looking at the other reviews, I see I am not alone. Beans were crunchy and so was the rice. Chips were stale. The blonde kept walking away as I was talking, wasn't really sure who she was helping when. Tables were filthy and someone seems to think if you leave a wet floor sign by the puddle in front of the soda machine that it makes it okay not to clean it up. Someone's going to get sick with the improper preparation of food. Every time this place seems like a mess, so we'll just go to the other one or just a different chain entirely. read more
