When I'm craving something fast and healthy Qdoba is one of the first places that come to mind. I love that there's plexiglass up so people can't cough and get their germs everywhere. The food selection is displayed well and you just tell them what you want in your meal and they'll add it. Your order won't run the risk of coming out wrong because you're telling them what you want and watching them add it. I also love that the have the melted cheese here if you're ok with not sticking to complete healthy meal. Definitely try this place if you haven't. I don't get the hype because the food is honestly nasty. If your feeling fast food and you want that "fast food taste" meaning that u didn't make it your self, but it's also good, I would just go to chipotle. I was trying to switch it up, but the food here just reminded me why I DONT switch it up. Food is so bland and dry just stay home and make it yourself. The food is pretty good, however, 50% of the reason I'm here is because they have a Coke Freestyle machine. As I mentioned last time, it was missing some of the ancillary flavors, like cherry, etc. This time it's missing Dr Pepper plus others. Still has the horrible carpet. This place is really fresh and really tasty. I honestly don't get why chipotle is more popular because this place is truly bomb!! This is pretty much the same concept as chipotle and looks the same. The food is pretty good and the establishment is clean. The only thing I would like to see changed is the friendliness of the staff. I came here with my 82 yr old mother and she was asking them to explain how it works since she has never been here and they were a little pushy on just trying to get her moving even though we were the only ones in line. I love this Qdoba that's right near where I live! I've had it 5 times and each time is so fresh and delicious. There's a lot of different options to choose from. My go to is creating my own bowl. Yesterday I tried the "fresca chicken bowl" and wow! The salsas in it were so good and the cotija cheese was the perfect touch and the pickled red onions. Everyone that works there has been very nice too so that's always great. I appreciate this place because of how fresh the ingredients are. if I could do 0 stars I would, Miguel and Carlos have the worst customer service, my coworker ordered a bowl for me and she didn't add any toppings cause she didn't know what I would like, when I came in to eat my bowl I just wanted some sour cream and cheese. both Carlos and Miguel denied me any toppings, I told them I already paid and I didn't get any topping but they were still very rude and unwilling to simply give me a side of sour cream and cheese. completely unprofessional. I ordered a burrito and it was half the size of what a normal burrito from qdoba is. My review is solely based on the nachos which are the bomb diggity bomb. This place is exactly as my bestie described it. Sort of like Chipotle, but better, much better. The few times I've had the nachos they were just great. I have tried the shredded beef, the pulled pork and the lime chicken which were all in my opinion properly seasoned and fresh. So were all the toppings. All of the toppings are great, yes ALL of them. Yes, I have tried them all. Nope, no shame. The spicy cheese is to die for, ask them to spread it all over erryting! It really boils down to taste. If you're open minded like me... stop in, and try it, try it all. Not all at once, but little by little until you hit your sweet spot. The customer service is great. They greet customers the second they walk in thru the doors. I've always taken my orders to go. The place looks very clean and organized. Delicious and I think they give you a lot of bang for your buck! The concept of this place is like chipotle but I feel like they give you a bit more food. I like that you can choose between a burrito, bowl or nachos and you can build up upon it. After my workout before a softball game, I was STARVINGGGG so I wanted something clean but filling and we happened to drive by and it only made sense since everything else was greasy fried food. I got the bowl with white rice, tequila lime chicken, all the veggies, pinto beans and no sauce and it totally hit the spot for $7.80. Not a bad price at all and they loaded up my bowl with food. I feel like if you're on a budget, eating here would be a good choice as the bowls and burritos are good for 2 meals or 2 people. Definitely fresh food, the chicken was nice and juicy and the veggies were nice and crisp. Staff were very kind and got the food out quickly and efficiently. If not for the Buy 1, Get 1 coupon I get from the e-mail club, I'd not come here at all. I've had quite a few different menu items, and the carnitas bowl (Mexican gumbo) is very good. I used to love coming here but during the corona I walked to the front door to read the sign to see if we needed to order in our if we could come in. The sign clearly says you can come in, so I entered, then I was rudely barked at by an employee saying "sir, sir" " only two people at once!" There is literally no way anyone would know this based of the sign and the attitude was uneccasry. Also there is no line in place and no way anyone can tell if they are next. The food is 4 star, service is 3 star. But you don't exactly go to a Qdoba for the service. The food is good, fresh tasting and every entree comes with free guacamole! We like this place because if you're on the Qdoba mailing list you get BOGOs occasionally. I would recommend this place if you like chipole or similar type joints. It's classic Americanized Mexican food. I like the plain veggie bowls and tacos best. The chicken is mediocre and the steak a short step up from that. read more

We came in on the 4th of July with a coupon for 'buy one, get one free' burrito. Can't pass that up! Make sure to sign up for their Rewards card. They frequently send out coupons, and when you buy so many burritos... you get one free! We have lucked into that little gem a few times :) We are pretty simple, we get the chicken burrito on a whole wheat tortilla, and brown rice. I love the black beans, my husband gets the pinto beans. He asks for about 3 ladles of the hottest salsa they have. Since we take these home, we ask for sour cream on the side so that we can microwave these to make sure they are really hot. They cheat you! Food was old and cold. I was charged double meat when they barely put meat on it. I saw the receipt and went to the cashier to tell her about being charged double. The guy who served me started arguing that it was correct. He was very defensive. The lady in the counter then asked me to bring my bowl back...my kid was in the middle of eating it. like are you serious?! They really wanna take out the "extra meat" off the bowl thats already been eaten? So i went back and gave her the bowl. She saw that it was not double meat and ended up refunding me. My issue is them double charging customers and cheat the amount of meat they put in there AND also the attitude of the workers. I usually dont give bad reviews, but I had to on this one. It's fathers day and I put an order for 20 people to be picked up at 1 pm. I went to pick it up and they had no clue. The catering person forgot to put the order. They were nice enough to give me a discount. I waited half an hour to get it ready, then I get home to open the trays to less then half full. We ran out of the main dish (meat) before everyone got their first round. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. Let me just say.... DONT ORDER ONLINE! This is my 2nd time ordering online at this location and they tell my boyfriend on 5/31 (hour before closing) and 6/8 (4:30pm) that they didn't see the online order. I dont know if the notification system is down, but a week after their 1st error should have been corrected. They dont even offer a water cup for waiting 20mins after the pick up time. This is a great location (and one of the only ones I've been able to find in Vegas). The staff is always friendly and it's never been super busy when I've visited--been about 10 times total, some lunch and some dinner. I love that you get free queso--something no other burrito place seems to want to do. Also, they don't advertise it but they have free wifi. So if you work from home like me and you're tired of having to go to a coffee shop every time you want to co-work, you can do a working lunch/dinner here. It's nice and quiet (and delicious). TIP- If you're like me and get things like the Double Decker Taco or Cheesy Gordita Crunch from Taco Bell because they have that softness with a crunch, next time you get a burrito from Qdoba ask them to add tortilla strips. Even worse service than normal today. My burrito was all fixed up, and then I waited and waited for someone to ring me up. Then there was a mixup that took three workers to solve. It shouldn't have been difficult. When I was finally finished getting rung up, the woman who was at the cash register, instead of handing me my receipt, held on to it while she turned her attention to the mixup at her side.
