Tacos. Left to right: Lengua ($3.49), Buche ($3.49), Cabeza ($3.49), Quesabirria ($4.99) w/ beef.

I hope they haven't bitten off more than they can chew. Birria-Bite is a chain that was rebranded from Los Arcos Birrieria and Taqueria. I tried their original location several years ago and figured that their expansion to Henderson was a great opportunity to try them again. This location is in the same building as the beloved Aroma Latin America Cocina. Unlike that local darling, Birria Bite is definitely more Mexican-focused, with a wide variety of item including several taco proteins and a surprisingly large seafood menu. I diversified a bit from my original selections to try to account for that. First, however, came a small basket of complimentary chips and refried beans. Both were great. The chips were fresh and crunchy, and the beans were savory. We also had a chance to try the house salsas, with the tomatillo landing in the mild-medium range while the red salsa tasted hot enough to my friend that I refused to try it. I would've liked to have napkins presented by this time, but the employee didn't bring them out until after our orders. Those orders were all tacos for me. The Lengua ($3.49) and Buche ($3.49) were revisits from the original Los Arcos, and for some reason neither stood out as great compared to the best around town or even Henderson. The Cabeza ($3.49) was new to me, and it was a decent mix with enough fat, but iit also wasn't the best I've tried lately. All of them leaned a little to the dry side for some reason too, and no limes were served alongside. At least the portions are large (4-5 normal bites) and the default corn tortillas appear to be handmade, which added a bit of life since they were more springy than the pre-fab stuff. Birria seemed like a must to order due to their name, so I picked a Quesabirria ($4.99) taco and chose beef based on past experience. The cheese wasn't very noticeable and the whole thing seemed a bit dry, but it was just tender enough that it wasn't a chewy chore. Enough flavor remained from the braising liquid that I didn't regret ordering a side of consomme. I also got into the seafood this time. The Taco de Marlin ($5.49) was a bit too smoke-forward, and they again added not enough cheese to make enough of a gooey impact. I tried a bit of my friend's Tostada de Ceviche ($6.99), and it was really one of the most vibrant bites of the night due to the acidity. I'll have to try one for myself next time in spite of how messy it might be to take on. Birria-Bite is affordable and somewhat promising, so I'll have to try them again once they've gotten a few more weeks or months under their belt at this spot. We can always use more restaurants and competition in Henderson.

Definitely a place we will be coming back to often! The salsas were great but honestly the food had so much flavor you didn't really need the salsas but definitely topped it off! Alondra was our server even though we came at the last hour she greeted us and so kind and attentive! The restaurant is so clean and very welcoming this is a must try for Henderson locals!

I've never had a taco that instantly reminded me of a street taco in Mexico! I was immediately in love!! The beans and chips that come out first are delicious and so savory. I highly recommend the carne asada tacos and my husband loved his quesabirria tacos. Ambiance is so cute! I love the esthetics of it. It looks family own which I can always appreciate. We had a young teenager helping us and he was incredibly sweet and did great at taking care of us.

Birria Bite on Green Valley Parkway is definitely worth checking out! The food portions are generous and full of flavor. Their quesabirria tacos are absolutely delicious -- cheesy, juicy, and perfectly crisped. The consommé is rich and flavorful, easily one of the best parts of the meal. Their carne asada tacos are also really good, with tender meat and great seasoning. The restaurant has a great setup, too. There's an elevated area perfect for hosting a party of 20-25 people -- easy to decorate and equipped with four private TVs, which makes it ideal for birthdays, sports watch parties, or gatherings. There are also lots of TVs throughout the restaurant, so you'll never miss the game no matter where you sit. And they have a bar area to sit. Service was friendly and attentive, and they even have high chairs for little ones, which makes it a nice family-friendly spot. They serve bottled beer, play a variety of Mexican music, and offer both dine-in and dine-out options. Overall, Birria Bite delivers on flavor, service, and atmosphere -- perfect for family meals, game nights, or parties. Highly recommend! Located in the same parking lot as La Bonita food market. I ordered DoorDash and it was still phenomenal. 10/10 would def eat here again! The green salsa has the perfect amount of spice.

Disappointed in their "steak" aka carne asada tacos- no flavor. Quantity of meat about one tablespoon.

Probably the best birria tacos I have had in vegas! Super greasy and heavy though, had to hit the gym after for sure!

The food was…read moreincredible... packed with flavor, fresh, and the seafood absolutely delivered... but what really stood out was how genuinely kind the owner was. You can tell when someone truly cares about their restaurant and the people coming in, and that energy makes a huge difference. The live mariachi gave the place such a fun, welcoming atmosphere, and our baby loved being there too, which made the night even better. It ended up feeling less like just grabbing dinner and more like being welcomed into a place with real heart. Amazing food, great vibes, and probably one of the kindest restaurant owners we've met.

Fedora man was the one who treated us great, took our drink order and never saw our server once until I asked a kind busser to call her over. After she took our order that was it, nothing. She acknowledged every other table plenty of times, but never stopped by us again. It's unfortunate, but the owner sent us shots and the fedora man really tired to make up for it the trash service we received from our server. My dad is a regular here, but I think this is the last time I'll stop by.

We also got the birria eggrolls which were good. Everything could've had more meat in it and some of the meats were not as flavorful as others. But overall good for the price. The staff was very nice. They forgot to give us one of our items but they fixed it promptly. The place itself was very simple. They had tables inside but it's clear this is best served for take out. Overall probably more of 3 stars based on our experience but we didn't get any tacos which are more of their speciality from what I understand. Everything gets packaged for takeout. We wanted a quick bite to eat and my bf suggested we go as he had driven past it before. We were to only people in there at 730 at night. The menu was clear and easy to read. We both were a little sad that the diet soda was not working but they had water available. We ordered chips as an appetizer and grabbed some salsa from the salsa bar. They were all super flavorful. The darkest red salsa was thicker and smokey with such a kick. That was our favorite as the flavor and heat was perfect. The birria combo with rice/beans was a perfect sized meal. I judge a Mexican restaurant from it's beans and let me say, they were fresh, hot and incredible. I would go back just to buy them. The tacos were also amazing. The meat was tender and not fatty. The consomme was yummy, but I would have liked some more flavor to this. I would eat here again if I was in the area but not something that I would seek out.
