They even had people actively keeping the dining area clean, wiped down, and tidy. That made finding a clean spot to sit so much easier during the busy lunch hour. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a nugget combo. One of the combos included a pie as well. Everything came out quickly and served hot. My favorite side with chicken is always mashed potatoes with gravy and these, fast food style potatoes covered in gravy, didn't disappoint! Great flavor in the gravy! The nuggets and sandwich were both very good. Not overly greasy and not buried in breading. I'm not a fan of hot pocket type pies but my husband said it was very good. There was an employee nearby, but she was more roaming than taking orders. I went ahead and placed my order using the kiosk, getting just a burger and a water, and found the end of the transaction odd: it asked for my phone number to text me when the order was done, but it also asked me to take a seat number and to type that into the kiosk. Which one is it? I sat down and noticed that same employee delivering food and happily greeting customers. I soon got a text that my order was done, but before I could get up to get it, that employee delivered it to my table with a smile. The burger itself was great! Hot, fresh, and was yummy. The sole employee up front was also very friendly. I wish I had known she was delivering food when I made my purchase...I opted not to tip because it didn't appear that there was a reason to tip (kiosk ordering, getting a text). So tonight was my turn to use Uber Eats for this little treat. I ordered a Double Shack Burger and then added a discount combo of Coke Zero and fries. It was dropped off, i grabbed it and jumped right in while it was still piping hot. The burger patties and a thick layer of cheddar cheese pertruded from the buns inviting me to take a bite. I did, and it was a little bit of perfectly cooked beefy-cheesy heaven. It took a few bites to get to the bun then the beefy-cheesy was joined by fresh crisp lettuce, a sliced of fresh tomato and the sauce they call "Shack Sauce." The entire thing highlighted how moist, tender and flavorful the beef patties were! The crinkle fries were light brown and crisped to perfection; a perfect companion for the ketchup I had ready at home. Just a really great, simple meal. Even the Coke Zero tasted the way it does out of a freshly opened plastic bottle. No small thing as so many places let the ratio of carbonation, syrup and water get screwed up. Not here at this particular Shake Shack! Small complaint though, no napkons, utensils or condiments but I might have missed the selection of those things in the Uber Eats app. But....as I peer onto the culinary crystal ball for 2026 I see many more orders from Shake Shack @ Reed's Crossing coming from me and my family!

I explained that I live in Tigard and that the reason we have it delivered is because the store in Aloha is far for us. We agreed on a Saturday pickup. When I arrived, the manager on duty, Claudia, told me I needed a physical receipt in order for her to help me. I explained that I placed the order online and had the digital receipt on my phone. I even offered to show her my call history to confirm I had spoken with someone at the store. She refused to acknowledge that a mistake had been made or that someone had taken down my information. She said they had nothing in the office regarding it and was unwilling to help. It honestly felt like she just wanted me to leave. I paid about $40 total for a $30 order because of delivery fees. If I'm paying extra for delivery, I expect the order to be correct. And if it's not, I at least expect the opportunity for it to be corrected -- along with basic customer service, like an apology. None of that happened. I also felt there was a communication barrier during the interaction. It seemed like there was difficulty understanding each other, but regardless, the overall attitude was rude and dismissive. I've worked in fast food before, and while I understand that "the customer isn't always right," we never let someone leave feeling ignored or treated like they didn't matter. Even when we couldn't fully resolve something, we made an effort to show care and respect. Upper management really needs to look into this. If this is how regular customers are being treated, I'm sure they're losing valuable people who order every week or even every day. There needs to be a better communication system and a better way to document mistakes so situations like this don't fall through the cracks. For comparison, I actually prefer the Popeyes - Regatta Ln location instead. I've had issues there in the past too, but they were incredibly helpful and caring when resolving them. It's only about ten minutes from this location. Unfortunately, for some reason, the app doesn't always allow me to select that store when ordering online. If you have the option, I would absolutely recommend ordering ahead from that location. They're busy, but they do an amazing job taking care of orders, and their customer service is outstanding. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be coming back to this location. It's disappointing because I was a loyal, consistent customer. At this point, it's easier for me to just pick up food on my way home from work in Portland than to pay extra for delivery and risk incorrect orders with no support when there's an issue.
