The bread was great and the soups were no surprise nice! I liked how the zuppa toscana was not as spicy as in the past, which was great! I had a craving for Olive Garden's breadstick and Alfredo Dipping sauce (you have to ask for the sauce on the side). The visit was good because I got my craving satisfied but that was the only because of the bread. I didnt know what to order but was recommeded the Beef Tortilini from our waiter. He said that was the best thing but I have to say it was the worst thing. The beef tasted fake and weird. The tortilini itself was kinda weird too. It may just be because I don't normally eat that. The lasagna was ok. They got rid of the seafood pasta which I was disappointed. Something about the food minus the bread and salad just seemed off. The server had a great attitude which is why I gave it 2stars. Maybe this is a one off since I haven't been to Olive Garden in over 10yrs. I gave a star for the waiter and a star for the bread lol. I go to Olive Garden every year when they bring back the never ending pasta bowl not because I think Olive Garden is some super great restaurant, but I just love the environment, the price, portions, and of course, the breadsticks. I want to give a huge shoutout to Kailee, a bartender here. My wife and I came and sat in the bar and got some of the best service that we've ever received anywhere... and this was from a bartender with people at the bar, another table to serve, and drinks to make. He was absolutely amazing attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. He kept our drinks filled, made sure we never ran out of those dangerously addictive breadsticks, and checked in just the right amount (not too much, not too little truly a talent!). You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made our whole dinner that much better. My boyfriend sprung a surprise dinner with his grandparents on me, and much to my gluten free dismay it was at olive garden (pasta and breadsticks, what were we thinking?) Subpar experience. The steak was well done when I asked for medium. The Diet Coke tasted ridiculous bad, the aspartame was breaking down which means it's been sitting. My wife's meatballs did not taste like any beef I have ever had, it made us gag. The breadsticks were over cooked, and they charged $3 per bowl of dipping sauce which they did not tell us when they sat us down asking if we wanted sauce. The server was fantastic but that was the only good thing about this trip. The quality of the food was terrible. Even the Zupa tasted like baby powder? I don't understand, are you guys cutting corners and using cheap ingredients, or rushing through the cooking and prep? For the price, absolutely not worth it. My boyfriend likes eggplant parmesan but he likes it with Pesto instead of the traditional red sauce. Christian knows exactly how he likes it and he never disappoints. I have always been a big fan of Olive Garden. I went in yesterday for their endless pasta deal and had an amazing time. not only was the food up to par, but the service was through the roof. Not a great birthday experience here. We were waiting to get checked in and told them it was two people and we had our 9 month old with us and were told that's 3 people because we asked for a highchair and the wait would be longer. The next thing that happened our server didn't even give us time to tell her we wanted any appetizers it was what do you want to order. She then proceeded to barely let us tell her before she was on her way flying through the more than half empty dining room. We tried to tell her multiple times it was my birthday and couldn't even get her to pay attention. They served the appetizers with the entrée. I was mid bite with my son and she's asking me to tell her how much cheese instead of helping my husband first. We couldn't get her attention to get a small cup for water even. Then we tried to pay cash and she just said have a good night thanks for coming in didn't ask if we wanted dessert nothing. We spoke to the server a total of 2 minutes that entire hour we were there. I took my daughter to a Father/Daughter Luau this past Friday. Now she will be 10 years old next month and the train is starting to go faster. We decided to go out for dinner before she "abandoned" me. She had never been to OG, so I gave her a quick rundown on the way. Tasty salad, amazing breadsticks, and Americanized Italian food. The closest to Italian that she gets is Mac and cheese, and that wasn't available so she went with her backup....buttered noodles and cheese. She loved how she could have our server shred much as she wanted. I hadn't been to Olive Garden in at least 20 years, but I knew it wasn't rocket science. I ordered the classic lasagna. Now I wouldn't call it "classic Italian", but it had noodles, meat, sauce and cheese. Done. It was tasty and the portion was huge. I was able to bring 1/2 home for the next day's lunch. She really loved the breadsticks. She told me that they "Were the best bready type thing that she has ever had." She also asked me why the restaurant wasn't called "The Bread Garden". Trust me, that is high praise. After dinner we headed to the Luau and she proceeded to distance herself from me as soon as possible. I just mingled with the other dads in the same boat. Had the worst experience today! My friend and I both ordered soup and salad. Dished the salad onto my plate and as I was about to take a bite, saw a shiny aluminum thing in my salad....it was a mint wrapper! Great service every time I have gone there. and the best food wish there was one closer to where I live.

The only reason I will give my review a 4 star is because my service was amazing. My partner and I decided to sit at the bar as the wait would have been 15-20min. Our server/bartender was primarily Shannon and Dezi also assisted. On this particular night it was busy and they ran out of Gnocci for the soup and I wasn't able to get my soup prior to my main course. But it was ready by the time we left so my server let us take some to go. She was amazing and and even though it was busy she came to check in on us and was even helping out other tables where she could. I'm glad we decided to sit at the bar as I think our service may have been very different if we sat in the main area. read more

It took 15 minutes to get breadsticks and that was only because the manager stopped by. Waiter was Camilo and he had many tables to serve, maybe too many.
