I went in last night the an 1 young lady out the whole bag of Queso sauce all on my foo. I ask her to remake it because the bag touch my food and the other girl grab a handful of cheese an through it on my food. She did not put the lid on tight. Got home and my food had spilled out some. I just end up throwing it away. Super pissed off because I wasted money and I was hungry! That is my last time going there!! read more

Used to LOVE this Qdoba location! Wish I could give less than one star today. My visit was horrible. Tonight at about 8:10pm, I arrived and there were no people in line...the staff was aware I was there but were far too busy with online orders to take mine or even acknowledge I was there. A blonde lady behind the counter was obviously very upset that I had walked in stating to other workers that they just could not take any more orders. Someone finally did help me but they were out of some of what I wanted. When I finally got close to what I wanted, they packaged my food but never even looked at me to check me out! I left without my order. The blonde woman was obviously either in charge or had taken charge. I have never been treated so rudely or witnessed such bad attitude and behavior in my life. I've been to this location a couple times now and I am not impressed at all. And here is why... The service is terrible. They always seem like they just hate their lives. The guy today seemed emotional-less and robotic. No personality at all. I get that you make burritos all day long but seriously. The tables always seem to be dirty, too. A guy left just as we were gonna grab a seat and no one once went over to make sure the table was clean. Me, personally, went to about 4 tables before I finally found one to sit at that wasn't all gross. I ordered from Grubhub. Decided I wanted to get the same order and freeze it to have something available for my family available for when I'm working and unable to cook. I reviewed the first order but the second order did not arrive. Cancelled the second order with Grubhub and attempted to reorder. QDOBA refused to make the order and when Grubhub attempted contact them they were told they would not fill it even though I had spoken with Grubhub and said I wanted the order. Tonight we came in for dinner around 6pm. My family's favorite menu item is the burrito bowl, sometimes called "naked burrito". My daughter ordered her burrito bowl with pulled or shredded pork and I noticed they gave her the equivalent of about a deck of cards cut in half lengthwise (maybe 2 oz.) I thought it was a fluke. When I ordered my burrito bowl, the chicken was less than one level spoon full and the chicken was cut so small and was so dark, it looked like the burnt bits left in a skillet after frying something. I said something to the girl putting the sauces and salsas in our bowls. She said nothing and just looked at me. I then repeated my complaint to the guy at the cash register that they were being very stingy with the meat and this wasn't typical of the portion sizes. I told him that our family has easily been to this location 100 times in the last three years and usually we get one, or even two really heaped scoops of meat when we get a burrito bowl. He said that not everyone knows the policy and some give more than they are supposed to. I told him we've eaten at various locations of Qdoba for years so I know their typical portioning and this wasn't it! He said they have a new policy that only one level spoon of meat is to be given (even though neither one of us got a whole scoop). I replied that if this is a new policy they should post it so the customers who have eaten at Qdoba for years will know what to expect. He replied, "Yeah! Yeah!" and dismissed me. Their food is not cheap! If Qdoba wants to cut their portions of meat by more than half, we'll start eating at Chipotle or Moe's Southwest. Unfortunately, with the prices being so high and now cutting the portions of meat to around 2oz, I can't see paying $9.00 for a burrito or burrito bowl of just rice and salsa and won't be back. Constantly have to repeat myself when ordering, even after multiple instructions they still put the wrong thing on burrito/taco. First off I love the Qdoba chain and eat at one weekly or more often. I've always thought this location was on the lowest tier of central Indiana locations due to less friendly staff than other locations. However today was my only bad Qdoba experience in hundreds of visits. I bought a burrito for $8 and asked for a glass for water. The manager lady (middle aged, heavy makeup layers) hands me a tiny plastic cup. Me: "I'm taking this to go, can I get a larger cup so I can get a lid for the car?" Her response "I'm sorry I can't give you those, they cost $0.35 each." For real after paying over $8 for an egg burrito that was the worst experience I've had ever. We used Qdoba for catering, and it was great. Less than $550 for 35 people including tip and 2 types of meat. They were prompt and friendly. There was plenty of food; it was fresh and warm. Also, for every one of their containers you return, you get a free entree. We will definitely use them for catering again. read more

I love Qdoba more than some family members. It is a running joke with my students to the point that they ask me if I would trade them for a Doba burrito. That being said, this particular Doba has consistently disappointed me with each return visit (get off my case, it's the closest Doba and one bad restaurant will not prevent me from going there). A few lowlights of this particular Doba(not true of other locations). -the tables are frequently dirty or smeared -there is no rush by the staff when there is a line -portions are no longer the size I have come to expect from a Qdoba -they will leave several entrees sitting out while they wait for the next employee to finish. It will he awkward when you watch your dinner slowly transition from a beautiful sight to a lukewarm pile of stuff. read more

My husband loves Qdoba, so we get it about twice a week. Usually I visit the Greenwood location but today I was in this area so I decided to give this location a try. I might just visit it every time now! The younger dark haired girl who took me all the way down the line and cashed me out was such a sweetheart! She let me sample the spicy queso and helped me use my points as I had a few free entrees and no one told me I had to get the app to redeem them! I also didn't know that the burrito bowls come with a free small bag of chips if you ask them for it. Excellent experience, much better than other locations! read more

This is my favorite Qdoba. The people are always super friendly even if they don't seem like they're having a great day. Quesadillas are the best, the smoked brisket is delicious. The dining area is usually pretty clean except a couple of tables, but they're almost always really busy so that's understandable. read more

Wow, this place is FILTHY. The entrance rug was in a pile to the side of the door, two out of the three people behind the counter were wearing their masks below their nose. The counter where they prepare the food looked like they haven't wiped it down all day, and there wasn't anyone else there when we arrived so...what's the excuse? I got a drink, which I regret because after seeing the drink machine, I wonder if they have ever cleaned it. The whole front of the machine had dried spills of different colors on it, like people had poured their drinks out and it just spilled and no one ever cleaned it. I thought that was bad until I saw the nozzle that you push your cup up against for ice and it looked absolutely disgusting. I was so grossed out I wanted to sanitize my hands after using the drink machine and surprise surprise, the hand sanitizer was empty. We took our food to go because the restaurant itself was so gross that we ate in our car in the parking lot. I don't know who is in charge of the fajita vegetables but they need to be drug tested. Some of the peppers were thinly sliced but I had several giant pieces as well (literally too big and thick to eat in one bite) not to mention some of the peppers were cooked soft and some of the larger pieces were basically raw. This place is gross. I wish I had taken pictures but I really wanted to get the hell out of there. I'll never eat here again. read more

This Qdoba seems to have gone through a lot of different management, and I've had some good and bad experiences. I go at least every other week and in the last few months the service has been great. The staff are friendly and well trained. The manager has helped me quite a few times navigating the app and she's always chatty and makes me feel welcome. I'm not sure why reviews are so negative, the only problem I've had was when they started charging for extra rice (which they don't seem to do anymore) but even then I received plenty for the price I was paying. I'm definitely happier with this location. Keep it up! read more

The customer service was impeccable!!! The manager greeted us upon entry and made us feel very welcomed. The burritos are huge, enough to split with two people if you wanted to. The shredded beef had a hickory twist to it, and the shredded pork tasted mild with a hint of lime. Overall great food and very filling. read more

This is unbelievable, how wrong I was treated! I'm in restaurant management. I worked 15 hours I was looking forward to my dinner , I got there about 9pm on Friday. All booths where flipped so you couldn't sit and eat in house. No one greeted me the staff fought what had to deal with the guest. The manager walked away when asked to ring me in. Wasn't asked if I wanted a drink and I did.... didn't even say a word to me. I went in my car and cried. Then getting home and eating my food the rides was old and hard... I have never been treated so bad before I will never be going to the location again!!!! I have never wrote a bad review before, but that was the worse manager or shift lead I have ever seen. This is a pretty solid mexican restaurant. Not great. It is like chipotle, but it is not quite as good. I ordered a burrito with rice, chicken, shredded cheese, and some hot salsa. It was a fairly poor constructed burrito. The salsa was only in one spot so it didn't even get a taste until I was almost done with the burrito, and the cheese seemed to be all in one spot too. So some bites were way to cheesy and other bites had none at all. Overall, it was not bad. I will most likely go back and just hope it is a better well constructed burrito because I think this place has unlimited potential. read more

My family and I have been coming to this location for 10 years. Our last couple visits have been very unpleasant. Today they were out of chicken but no big deal because we don't get chicken. My wife ordered two burritos and when they slid one down the tortilla came off the foil and smeared across the nasty, dirty prep table. Then the burrito was folded like a towel and oozed out so the outside was covered with the cheese. On the last burrito, half of the hot sauce fell onto his glove and I'm pretty sure he wiped it on his pants. I asked for cheese and he had to go back to the cooler to get more cheese. With the same glove covered in sauce he opened the cooler door and brought more cheese. I wanted to ask him to change his gloves before he started again but I didn't. Then he folded it like a towel and it oozed out the front pretty bad. Then with his dirty glove proceeded to rake it back with his fingers. I couldn't watch, I was so grossed out. I wanted to say something but it didn't look like anyone would have cared. The dinning area was nasty too. We won't be back to this location. read more

If you're closer to another Qdoba I highly suggest you go to it and skip this location! Management at this location is a mess. Unfortunately my wife and I didn't have a great experience last time we came in - credit card machines were down, staff was chatting with friends in lobby and staff was arguing between one another. I sat in line for almost 5 minutes due to the girl in the lobby chatting with her friends. When the cook yelled for her she became very rude and upset that the cook called her out and said there were numerous people in line waiting to pay for their orders (4-5 parties total waiting). Unfortunately at this time I was told credit card machines were down - I explained I had driven out of my way to get food for my wife and I. I asked if there was anyway they could at least check our qdoba points as my wife just purchased a BIG catering order - he said no problem but I had to wait for the young lady to come back (the girl whom was chatting with her friends in the lobby). When she finally came back it appeared that could not be checked either - so I basically drove 15 minutes out of my way to eat dinner and waited another 10-15 minutes to see if I had any points on our card. After I was told No there was no apology or anything, it had seemed like the team was not trained in the event credit card machines went down. You'd think at minimal they would apologize or at least offer my wife and I free chips and queso. So I decided to share my experience with the Corporate Office as this was not our typical experience at this location. Within a few days I was contacted by management asking if I was the gentleman who sent in the email - I explained yes and asked how she was and she responded "Not good," then huffed. She did apologize about our experience and offered a few free entree coupons so we could have free meals our next visit which I was quite pleased with. Unfortunately I have waited over 4 weeks now and have yet to receive anything. Not only that I emailed Corporate 2 more times with ZERO responses yet. I have to say I'm quite disappointed we could not eat dinner, we were lied to and I wasted 10-15 minutes out of my day emailing Corporate (as they don't appear to care otherwise they would respond to my emails). We no longer will be supporting this location - neither personally or for our companies we work at. Extremely disappointed, appears we'll be going to Chipotle in the near future! read more
