I enjoy stopping by a Qdoba every once in awhile. For fast food Mexican, they are pretty decent. I tried this location out for the first time, and had no issues. A received a fair amount of protein in my burrito bowl. Their hot and sweet chicken l, as well as their brisket birria, are my favorite items to order. All of the toppings they offer are pretty good too. I especially like that guacamole and queso are free add ins. A solid fast food options right here. read more

Oh why QDOBA, why did you change on me when we had such a good food and love relationship? Came here with the family and expected to enjoy another great meal and while the food tastes fine, they have substantial reduce the portion size. When I say substantial, I mean like instead of let's find Waldo, let's fine the chicken in my chicken bowl. Just when I thought I found a decent chain fast food, now you guys done left me hungry and that's not cool especially when I don't even have large appetite to begin with. We had ordered side of chips with guacamole. The little container of guacamole was sick! It was filled mid way like a teaspoon size. Really, QDOBA? Is this how you're going to treat your customers? I live very close to this location so its convenient for my family to come here. However, my main grip about this place is the food portion they serve. Other location gives you more in your bowl than this place. I understand someone here complained that they give too much and it ruined that weight watchers calorie count. I guess others are being punished for that person's review. For me, I rather have more than less food servings. To the that person, maybe you shouldn't eat that much because you can have it to go. Why should I have to ask the servers to give more? Maybe you should tell them that your on the weight watchers program so they can adjust to your portions. I'm not trying to be mean, but others might feel the same. I usually order the burrito bowl with the tortillas on the side. I get the steak or brisket usually with all the fixings than includes beans, guac, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, peppers and onions. The queso sauce is very good and I usually top it off with the shredded chips. The location is very modern and have lots of table to dine. They also have a Coke refill drink station that you choose your flavors. The parking is a good amount and its located right off of route 1. Overall, I would say they need to adjust the portion sizes because it seems they are serving me kid's meals. Why change because of one person or it could be that they are just trained to give that size. Who knows. If a manager is reading this this is my feedback. read more

I will start with how much I like the menu, it's kinda creative and has a nice variety. Today's experience made me change my last review. The guy who served me was very friendly and courteous. This is the closest, convenient Qdoba to me so I wanted to give this place another chance after the last time I came here when almost all of the food didn't look fresh nor appetizing. They've redeemed themselves in a lot of ways since. I give them 3- 3 1/2 stars because even though they were completely out of veggies and the brown rice I usually get was looking dry, their white rice and all other food options were tasty/fresh. I could also tell they were making a conscious effort to continuously replace food items that were running low as I was waiting in line. Service was also quick, easy and polite. Definitely a decent spot if you want to get a quick bite without waiting too long. But even though this was a more positive experience, I'd recommend going in person. I still wouldn't trust necessarily ordering from them online since you can't physically see what is/isn't there or freshly prepared. read more

Yesterday was my first time visiting this Qdoba in Woodbridge, NJ and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Both days I ordered the Chicken Taco Salads which were not only fresh, but filling as well, my favorite part is the cilantro white rice and the roasted corn. Both days my order was placed online, when I arrived my food was ready and I couldn't wait to dive in. The customer service was great and accommodating, the restaurant was clean and not at all crowded. Since I was on lunch I didn't dine in, but I'm sure in the near future when I have more time I would dine in; either way, this location has not seen the last of me as I value fresh food and great service. Review for online pickup. I used to come here so much and I recently was in the mood for a burrito bowl so I did their online pickup. Normally I show up early for my orders and it's never done but they had my order done 10 minutes before the original pick up time which is great. In my opinion I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle. I know, I know, no one ever says this. I like this place more because their toppings and such taste more fresh. The line is also never as long as Chipotle which is always a plus. If you're in the mood for tacos, burritos or a burrito bowl I suggest this place over any other fast food Mexican chains. Especially their vegetarian bowl! So yummy! read more

This location has been managed incredibly well. The employees follow COVID-19 guidelines and the customer service is great - there are few fast food franchises that really show off their kindness like this Qdoba does. I'm definitely a regular here and the food never disappoints; it's awesome that they are also updating their menus so you have more toppings to choose from, too. There is one employee that really goes above and beyond - funny, asks about your day, compliments you, and makes sure that you are receiving your best meal every time. It's a bit cold inside, but that has nothing to do with the food and the overall service. Better than Chipotle and Moe's to me, by far. They are always the best. read more

This location is always incredibly slow. There is usually only one person behind the counter making food while there is a line out the door. They clearly don't hire enough people to meet the demand. The food is typically running low and looks a little ransacked. However, my main issue is that nobody has their hair covered. There is one male employee that has a lot of hair and wears an open top visor. He is frequently throwing his head back and shaking his head while making the food. It just skeeves me out everytime and I'd rather not eat it at that point. This location needs some serious attention, more staff working, and better food and health conditions. Absolute garbage. Food was cold and cheese on the quesadilla wasn't even melted nor did it come with the sour cream. My "nachos" came with like 12 chips and a third of the toppings that were supposed to be on it. Just a bowl of flavorless slop with a maybe a half a chicken cutlet worth of dry chicken in it. Their employee, Alejandro, is a real winner. Took a big deep breath when I told him we'd be ordering 9 tacos and that 2 would be to go. Sorry kid. That's your job. Stopped here on a whim since it caught the corner of my eye and I needed to pick up some quick dinner. The location is terrible and not too visible but I was coming from a cross street on route 1. The restaurant was pretty empty with just one family eating in. They had someone picking up a to go order and it seemed easy. The staff is friendly and took my order kindly. Food is fresh and well seasoned. I order the chicken bowl and can't complain. Hubby had the steak burrito and I really couldn't get an answer since he said that he "was starving." I doubt he had a real taste. The pico is spicy af so watch it if you have acid reflux, I'm paying for it now. read more

I normally like going to Qdoba's but this location has some extremely rude staff. Beware of the blonde Chia pet behind the counter. He makes smart ass comments and treats you as if you're an idiot. There's no smile there's no customer service. The other staff members look like they're going to kill themselves and that's probably from the culture of the management. I usually come here for lunch and have had decent service. However, when I stopped in today there was a line of customers and no one to assist them. The young lady at the first station was dishing up food and there was no one to assist on the second station. It seemed like there werent enough people on staff to ensure everything got done and I ended up waiting for my food. My biggest concern was the appearance of the manager. She has sores on her mouth and arms, and her nails and nail beds were black and dirty. Thankfully she didnt dish up my food but she was fixing food for other customers when I entered the restaurant. This is concerning especially during this time of the coronavirus and emphasized cleanliness. I'm not sure if I feel comfortable eating here anymore. read more

Located in a Strip Mall next to the Dunkin Donuts. They share the parking lot with the other stores, so parking at times can be a bit tight. I usually get the Burrito Bowl, since that's what I normally get at Chipotle. The food seems to be hit or miss. A couple of times the Tequila Lime Chicken was burned and also at times the food was cold. While the staff seemed friendly, they definitely need to get more help. I went here a couple of times during lunch and the line was about 7 - 8 people deep and they only had three employees working. One cooking, one working the line and the other working the register while trying to help on the line when possible. Now if I do decide to go here, I order ahead of time using the app so I can skip the line and pick up the food. read more

I am giving this Qdoba in Iselin, NJ a 1 star because it has terrible customer service and food. It is prepared very sloppy and not fresh. I had to trash my food and go somewhere else because my order looked so disgusting. I ordered a chicken protein bowl, the person obviously does not understand the key word "protein". When I opened my meal it had about a teaspoon of chicken and looked like a veggie bowl, in addition the vegetables were over cooked and soggy. I will never eat here again. read more

I love qdoba and come here very often since it opened. This particular location in recent months has gone downhill FAST. I'm thinking it most definitely must be under new management. The staff is entirely different and more rude. They are skimpier with their portions. Barely have any of the normal toppings. They never have fajita veggies left lol feels like everytime I come they are scraping the last bits left to put into my meal. Even the utensil station is never stocked. Try another qdoba.
