Only good thing it is open late. Everything is measured. Got charged extra for a sprinkle of ground meat. They even count the lettuce. I use to get a lot more food and better flavor. Hit this Qdoba location today and was actually yelled at by one of the employees because I asked for corn on my burrito. When I got to that part of the line I started saying usual stuff "lettuce, corn, sour cream, etc" and was cut off when I said corn. The employee informed me they had no corn, when I asked if I could wait for some (knowing most Qdoba/chipotle/pancheros type places would probably have some corn coming right up) to which the employee raised his voice and with a rude attitude said "I just told you we have no corn and we're too busy right now for anyone to make any corn!" followed by a dirty look. I've never had Qdoba before and I said let me try them because they're so close to my job. Furthermore, I went to get something to eat for dinner there and a blond short head guy was the one who was serving me; it looked like he didn't know what he was doing or maybe he could've been new but I was being soo patient with him. As he was putting my burrito together, he had the sauce everywhere on the counter. It was unsanitary, his attitude was very poor do to the fact that he didn't even wrap my food well. I told him to get me a side of the mild sauce and the sauce was everywhere on the little container. This place was disgusting, garbage was everywhere. Today was my first time eating at this particular location, and the quality of the food was fresh and excellent, however the staff is extremely under trained. My burrito was completely open after removing it from the foil, and when I asked for picante ranch, the staff member proceeded to hold the bottle to me and ask, "this one?" The manager was rude to his employees, and as opposed to initially helping them he was condescending and insulting. While the effort from the other staff members was there, I'd suggest having more than one person on the line that knows what he may be doing. *In addition, the manager just asked the man delivering cups to hop on to the register and begin ringing customers. read more

Went to the restaurant to get a quick bite , the service was horrible. When asking questions about the different sizes and the portion of the food the staff was giving me attitude , the vegetables wasn't fresh the food was cold as if it was microwaved to be served later . ( maybe i came at a wrong time ) but regardless the food should always be fresh . When asked to speak to the manager, the manager was very rude and obnoxious with me . this place either needs new management and staff or go out of business . I'll take my money else where . I was in the mood for Mexican food so I stopped into QDOBA. The staff was very nice and friendly. I did notice though that when I walked in it looked like they were closing. The staff was feverishly cleaning everything in the cooking area. So I ordered my food to go. Went home and when I started to eat I noticed the food had a terrible taste. First of all, nothing is seasoned so it's very bland. Also, I took a few bites and noticed it tasted like some kind of a cleaning product. That immediately disgusting me and I threw out the meal. Wouldn't go back here again. The food is not very flavorful and it's expensive. For the same amount I could have double the food at chipotle and triple the food at moe's. Not to mention better tasting food also. Also got my order wrong, specifically asked for double chicken because the portions are so small and was only given a scoop and a half of chicken. Beware!! Arrived 1PM, long line. Only two people working the orders. One of them talks about quitting while the other is half-focused trying to train the new guy on the register. The latter must have been the manager. I mentioned how slow things were moving and needing more help. He said there was no problem, only people that don't want to work!! At the soda / utensils station, it's a mess with nobody keeping it clean. I chose a diet Barq's root beer with vanilla flavor and it comes our clear becase the machine is out of diet root beer! Looked for a clean tabletop and there were none because nobody is keeping up with it. I felt like leaving the empty basket and taco holder on the table but took it to the trash station only to find the trashcan was full. When leaving the line of customers was still long and the one guy was still talking about quitting. Pardon the pun but it's a recipe for disaster. Now my stomach is gurgling... I won't be going back! Frequent customer here- today I came in to order for 3 people to go. For the first time, the employee asked to take my phone so he could read the list and complete it that way. I was fine with this as it seemed convenient for me. NEVER, I mean NEVER, do this here. 3 orders. Very simple orders. Not ONE of them was correct- not even close to being correct. I honestly have no clue how they were messed up as the list was extremely easy to understand. I am extremely disappointed in my service today. I thought he was helping me out by reading it and making them himself... nope. Sour cream in orders that did not ask for it, peppers and onions in the complete wrong order. No salsa in any orders that were listed to be in all 3. I don't understand. My coworker couldn't even eat hers because she's allergic to items that were put in the order. (as they were put in ours too which was wrong, so we couldn't even switch with her.) I will definitely be rethinking my choice to go there next time. Also, could the workers smile a little? Wouldn't kill them. Maybe i wouldn't be writing this if i received a simple thank you, or quick smile from one of them. read more

Love this location! Employees are very nice and my food is always delicious! I usually get the brisket bowl. Queso is amazing! Don't forget to get a cookie or brownie with it! Prior to the closing of the restaurants, I was coming here on Friday evenings as a nice treat to my family after working all week. This was really disappointing to keep coming here on Friday evenings when the lines are long hoping not to be served by the same employees who simply give you the minimal amount of food in order to spread out the food to all the people in line. Often the bowls are being scraped or half a spoon of guac or sour cream is given and what they do scrape from the bottom of the pans and put into your food they think is fine. I will never forget when one of the workers scraped 1slice of onion and 1 slice of green pepper from the empty container of pepper and onions and put it on my salad and moved on. There are many times you have to wait for food to be cooked. Paying 10.00 for a bowl and all you get is literally the bowl is really getting old. As much as I love Qdoba over Chipotle, I just cannot take this inconsistency with the amount of food being given. I have watched certain employees time after time give a lot of meat or quac to people before me, then when it is my turn it is half the amount and they weren't charged for extra, it has become a habit to watch the inconsistency as I stand in line and wait. Now for the staff, some are not friendly and have a serious attitude when you ask them to give you a little more than half a spoon a meat. I have seen workers prepping food or working the grill without a hair net or hat. It is funny how those employees who do have an attitude are the ones not wearing a name tag. I have decided not to order food to go from here while the restaurant is shut down simply because I cant even imagine how much food you will get in a to go order because we know once you get your food delivered after an hour you are stuck with it or else you don't eat. What bothers me the most is after all these awful reviews there are no changes being made. You can respond as many times as you want to these reviews but that doesn't help, action needs to be taken to improve this location. read more

So the food itself here is pretty good but the portions are ridiculous. If you ask for a bit more of food in a bowl they charge extra. Terrible short troll of an employee server there. She negative back talks if you have any questions and has zero pleasant skills. since they opened few months ago, I have given them plenty of chances to clean up. Only eat there 3 times, walked out 7 times. Chicken always looks burned, it looks like Charcoal. Bean dishes have crust built around them that looks like it's days old. employees wipe food area with their gloves and then continue to serve food like that. all employees look like they are forced to work there. I have actually lost my appetite looking at their sad faces. the manager is the same from Edison location. He always look lost and overwhelmed, even when the restaurant is empty.
