Not bad not great but I think that's my opinion about Qdoba as a whole. The guac and queso is free which is nice but both and very salty and decadent which makes it hard to enjoy in your meal. The chicken is well seasoned but other than that, everything else feels dry and old. The salsa is not spicy but they do have hot sauce on the table for you to enjoy. I got a bowl and a burrito. It was pretty awkward putting me on the spot to choose something else that I didn't even want. Also portions were very small. Overall bad experience. This location is kind of hit or miss. The food is fresh. The place is clean, in general. I've never had any parking issues. The beverage station was organized overall, the machine wasn't making ice... we tried to ask if they had some in the back because the ice machine wasn't working but just got told "it makes it, itself"... I'm guessing that's a no. You're usually rushed through the line. Not that I'm in a mood to linger, but to have to take the kid back three times because they wanted to move onto the next stage after one ingredient...when I'm building my own quesadilla (insert any other meal here), I want what I want on it. All typical college town service aside, the floor is clean, the tables are clean, the kitchen is clean, the staff doesn't look like they just rolled out of bed, the food is fresh, and you have a good variety of options to create something different every time you come in. Which is super nice when you're on certain diets and can have it catered to your nutrient needs. Went and got a to-go order 3/24/2022 around 5pm. Got chips on the side for my nachos, when I got home, there were no chips in my bag. I called the restaurant and was told I can drive back to the restaurant to get my chips or drive back to the restaurant to get a refund. When I was explaining to the manager that their system is flawed because when THEY mess up the customer has to drive and get a refund or their original order, I was cut off with a "do you want a refund or not" with a lot of attitude. After telling her that her attitude is unprofessional, I got hung up on. Was my tone rude because I was upset after not getting my dinner order correct? 100%. Does that call for a MANAGER to hang up in a customers face? Never. I don't know who the manager is but they are not professional at all, very very rude, clearly don't know how to handle upset customers, and should NOT be managing. All of the staff was rude minus the boy working at the cash register, he was the only person to greet me, and served his customers with a smile. read more

First time here today and the experience was great! The employees were really nice and answered all of my questions. The ordering was a really fun experience and I got to add a bunch of different things to the tortilla soup. They asked me if I wanted more or less soup too as they were filling the bowl. Not stingy at all. I ordered the vegetarian taco with no cheese and there ended up being cheese on that so I couldn't eat it due to a dairy allergy but it looked good. The soup was amazing and very flavorful! I also ordered chips and guacamole. Their chips have a delicious lime taste and they didn't skimp on the amount of chips like Chipotle does! Just found this place. Ordered online for a pickup. Ordered the tortilla bowl with all kinds of of deliciousness piled in. When I arrived the young man apologized that the bowls were all sold out , but he offered me a bag of chips instead..... I kindly accepted his offer. The food tasted fresh and it was really good , except for the one big chunk of birria meat that could not be chewed , it was so tough. But the rest of the bowl was the bomb. Came here today while shopping in the area. Another Yelper indicated they offer a student discount but I was told they do not. I ordered the Triple Threat and Tropical Shrimp tacos. The shrimp taco was really good. They have a pineapple pico de gallo which really makes these tacos. I'm a bit of a queso freak and was not impressed with their queso. It tasted a lot like broccoli cheese soup. My daughter ordered a burrito and she rated it somewhere between Chipotle and the quality of Freebirds. We would return if in the area but wouldn't make a special trip. read more

Team Qdoba!! This is one of those places I go to regularly. It's easy, can be healthy, cheap, and the portion sizes are ideal!! This place is like a less "non-gmo pro organic" version of chipotle. Meaning it's $ instead of $$. They let you get kids meals also, so that's nice. I can get a bowl, chips, queso, and a drink for $5!! So they have like tacos, and burritos, and bowls. To be honest, I've only ever gotten the bowls. Their tequila lime chicken is definitely my favorite, but the other meat choices are just as good! We ate here tonight and it was "okay". The prices are about $6.50 for most items. The staff that took our initial order (made the food) didn't seem to open to making suggestions etc. We told her it was our first visit and she said "okay". (No suggestions, no explanation of add-ons, etc?) She did ask if we wanted to sample anything which we declined. We both ordered a taco plate. I ordered mine with queso on the taco. When we sat down to eat my husband's food was cold, mine was lukewarm. I'm talking a matter of 1 minute maybe? The only thing we could figure is maybe the hot table isn't being held at high enough temp? He had added sour cream to his (cold), I had added queso to mine (hot). But the meat was barely warm at that point. The husband really didn't enjoy his meal because he felt that it was like eating left overs for the cold temp. We both feel like the taste of the food was really good. And the staff that were cleaning tables, were friendly. The place was clean and well kept. They have the 100+ flavor coke machine. They do have a rewards card program and it says on their door that you could start adding points TODAY. So I asked my cashier. She said we could register online and use our receipt to enter points. When I went online to register it said that we had to tell our clerk upon check out that we forgot our card so she could issue a claim number on the receipt. Our receipt OF COURSE did not have a claim number. So she must not have known about the extra step to do this. We lost out on those points I guess even after specifically asking. :/ Not sure we'll return so didn't pursue the rewards thing. read more

I order a bowl at either place and while I enjoy both I find the quality a tick higher at Qdoba and they don't charge extra for guacamole, a big plus as far as my family is concerned. I have yet to get anything bad here. Of course how can you go wrong with free guacamole? Their queso isn't at Torchy's level (but neither is it at Torchy's price) but is WAAAYYY above Chipotle's queso (even after the Chipotle's revamp). I usually get the nachos - you can keep adding and adding and adding until you have a towering, teetering plate of nacho goodness that makes you scamper to a table before you lose those heavenly scoops of (free) guacamole. read more

Service has always been great/friendly out of the handful of times I've been here. quick and reliable, i have never been disappointed at qdoba! the staff is fast, efficient and somewhat friendly- i love qdoba!

Definitely a pricier option, but I prefer it over Chipotle and Freebirds any day!
