Came for the 1st time last week. Was so good we had to come back this week. The food is delicious and service fast and friendly!!

Food was excellent, fresh and delicious. I had K-Pop Tenders with K-Pop fries. The tenders were fresh and juicy, and the sauce on the fries as well as the chicken was phenomenal. We also got egg rolls and pork dumpling which were very good. I also got Taro Milk Tea which was sweet and creamy and incredible! Service was really great, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Very great service!! The atmosphere was really cool as well. The K-Pop theme is really nice, and they go for it all the way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! The ambiance is amazing but I may be biased because I do like K-Pop lol. I had the garlic miso soup and it was extremely filling. I got the spice level 3, I could have probably gotten 4 but it's okay. My niece enjoyed her lobster garlic soup and my brother got the K-Style chicken sandwich with fries. All extremely filling!! I'm just disappointed that the Monkey D Luffy statue was gone.. lol read more

We tried this for dinner last night and did not disappoint. Ordered beef bibimbap and beef stew. And they were both delicious. The staff are friendly and great customer service. Not too big inside but nice space, ambiance. Definitely coming back. read more

Ok, so the food itself, fine. Decently good ramen and boba tea. However I wouldn't say it's a good value proposition. $36 for pretty good but not astounding ramen (I got like a crab leg one), one side (3 somewhat whatever shrimp tempuras), and like a boba tea (which maybe I shouldn't have gotten one of the bobas. For ambiance the restaurant fails the "more walls than TV" rule, and it has a K-pop theming which is fine, they got that music blaring. As well as a weird photo op wall which is like probably for instagram or something. I do like the K-pop hallway, it's a little fun. Service is like just kinda there? Self serve kiosk, mostly just wait for food. Not bad, but not exciting. 7/15 Overall pretty good, but a bit overpriced and not really any particular incentive to return again. So good and very filling. First time I came was with my dad and we had a great experience. And I'm going to try all the ones he wanted. The vegetables are very crunchy and got good greeny taste. The service was immaculate and the ambiance is great too, but make sure to bring a jacket if you get cold easily. read more

Tons of cucumbers, onions, and kimchi. Wasn't exactly warm, but not cold. Expected it to seem more fresh. The staff was friendly, the place was nice. Absolutely incredible... rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles that just melt in your mouth. You can tell it's made with care, not rushed. So the food. Ramen was delicious. The potstickers amazing. Food came out fast and hot. So the staff... the cashier/ order taker seems agitated to be working. Not even cracking a smile or welcoming us. She couldn't hear our order because the music was so loud. So the ambience. It was honestly too loud. The first time we visited Kpop Ramen the food was great, generous portions and hot, fresh chicken tenders (see photo). That's why we came back. Unfortunately, this second visit was the complete opposite. I was served only three very thin tenders, and when I asked to speak with the manager, instead of making it right, he just said they had changed vendors and couldn't do anything about it. To make matters worse, the food was cold. At that point I didn't feel comfortable saying anything else because the manager and staff seemed totally unconcerned.
