Stopped at this location to grab a quick bite to eat and as someone who doesn't eat Qdoba often, as it is not close to where I live, I could definitely see my self making the trip to come to this location again. I got here right when they opened at 10:30 and everything was ready, which is super impressive. I got a chicken burrito and a shrimp bowl and they both were so fresh and delicious. The building was also very clean and welcoming on the outside and inside. The staff was also super amazing, greeting me as I entered and thanking me for dining with them as I left. Pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious this location is. The ones back in Chicago are usually cramped and not as nice to eat in, but this was great. The have outdoor seating, too. My only gripe was they had the AC cranked up on a (rare) cold June day. read more

When we're out traveling we always like to go to places we know that are consistent no matter the location. This Qdoba is no different than the rest of them and that's why we choose to eat it. I have to say this was the cleanest Qdoba I've ever been in. They were staffed with enough people to properly operate and the food bar was prepped and stocked with all their offerings. We both ordered pork bowls and the workers doled out portion sizes that we expect from Qdoba. For quick, road-trip food, it was good. Nothing to write home about, but was fresh and tasty, and did the job. And much healthier than fast food. I felt this was a more flavorful Chipotle type spot. We stopped in on our road trip from Nashville to St Louis, and due to the winter storm weather, almost all places were closed with no staff. Qdoba was open and staffed. Everyone was friendly and helpful, being our first time. We ordered bowls. I chose the cilantro white rice (choice of that or brown- which didn't look like brown rice but more so Spanish rice lol). I chose black beans (they also have pinto). I chose the spicy grilled chicken, sautéed onions and peppers- yum!, lettuce, guacamole, pickled onions, corn, 3 different salsas including a creamy cilantro type one. And some other fixings. It was delicious and very large portions! I took half w me to go. My son got the kids quesadilla and chose apple sauce as his side. And it came w a drink. Booths were clean. Prices have definitely gone up everywhere but this was worth it for the freshness and portions. read more

I don't eat a lot of fast food, but I feel like this isn't your typical "fast food" joint either. It's definitely fast, but a really fresh choice nonetheless. When you walk in you will immediately see how spotless clean this place is. I was impressed with how the restaurant is overall really aesthetic and trendy. The staff immediately greeted me and were really patient when I was amazed that I could get queso AND guac on my burrito bowl for no extra charge. Overall the food was fresh and delicious. Still the best location ever! Once again on a road trip from Atlanta Georgia to Kansas City Kansas. Paducah is our halfway point and a sort of oasis in the middle of a long drive. We visited this location August 7 at 9:45 PM, at least 15 minutes before closing. We were hoping that our experience would be better than the last location we had left. Approximately two hours prior (3210 Green Mt Crossing, O'Fallon Illinois) which was so HORRIFIC that we left before placing an order. However were greeted warmly as soon as we entered. Had never been to QDOBA before, so we were not sure what to order. When I ordered could barely understand what the young lady was saying as she mumbled. Husband was not sure what he wanted to order so just ordered a taco salad, he added stuff to it but was disappointed there was not a dressing to put on it, he said it was pretty bland. I had ordered a burrito which I loved. I will say they do not hold a candle to Moe's Mexican Grill. Thought they were a little pricey for what we got. Great food, great service, but this is the first location i have been to where they dont have knockout tacos listed. Also wondering why there is no taco options listed on the website or app for this location? Makes it very inconvenient for us to do a order for pickup if we are getting multiple things plus tacos, because there is no online option for tacos. So we have to end up standing in line specifically for tacos while the rest of the food is ready for pickup. read more
