Not the best... we made a pit stop driving through Massachusetts. Half the team was working on takeout orders, and another single person was helping people actually looking to dine there. They waited until 30 minutes before pick up to send an email stating their system, that sent a confirmation code, could not transmit the order. The staff was unhelpful in rectifying the problem and made contradictory statements leading me to believe they were making excuses to why the order failed. Have ordered delivery from here a couple times now. I like that you can order regular sodas versus chipotle which you cannot. Ordered during the week around 5:30, food was almost 30 min late. I've had issues with portion sizing as well as quality of the food in the past in this location but after a visit to the Fall River store I thought oh well let's give it another shot. My mistake I will drive the 30 minutes out of my way to Fall River because Speed of service left a lot to be desired clearly my food was THROWN together with little to no care. The and saltier than all hell chips I got (which would be okay if they were at least warm) were just sad and The guac wasn't even full along with being just god awfully salty too. Nothing special I can't really say anything stood out to me about this experience in terms of positives. The food was remarkably average and the experience was mediocre at best. It feels like you are just a customer with a number attached and they want their customers served and out of there as fast as possible. In terms of food the tacos I ordered a variety of tacos to really explore the different food they had to offer. The flavors fell flat and the ingredients did not feel as fresh as they are advertised. The environment is busy and feels a bit overwhelming, certainly nowhere to eat with someone you really want to talk to. I went here yesterday at 11:00 for a quick lunch via a work appointment. They open at 11:00- but the door was locked. I checked my phone. It was 11:00. No one came to the door. I waited until 11:05 on the bench outside- then tried the door. Still locked- ( there were people working behind the counter) no one came to open the door or explain what was going on. Picked up food a couple weeks ago, ordered a burrito with steak chicken rice jalapeño and queso. I got chicken no jalapeños no steak and black beans in it. I hate beans.... Decided to try it again last night. Ordered the same burrito got no steak and no jalapeños again. They charge 2-3$ for extra meat and never give it to you. So you either get a burrito or something like fajitas. You order first thing and if you're ordering a burrito, you get to see what kind of meat, salsa and other condiments you want in it be made in front of you. I ordered mine with mild salsa and a little bit of verde (green) salsa and boy, did it taste canned. There was a strong taste of vinegar in the verde and reminded me of pickled fruits/veggies. The lady had asked me also if I wanted to put BBQ sauce or cheese sauce and thinkin in my head ( WHAT THE?!) That's not a burrito and your masking the real experience of the spices and the meat. The cheese is something like queso re-al or velveeta that you can melt yourself. Hay Caramba! No bueno. One thing I was surprised to see is the rice with cilantro. Atleast they got one thing right. They ask you a question, you give them an answer....and then they ask the same question again because they cut your answer off and started to talking to another employee. Also, please do not argue with me that "guacamole always costs extra" when you are standing right under the freaking sign notifying me that my Vegetarian Burrito INCLUDES guacamole. And depending on who is working the register, you may or may not have the option of ordering a kid's size beverage. Their regular and large drinks are both HUGE. And when you're filling that cup up with soda, bigger is NOT better. Chipotle is ALWAYS happy to let me order the kid's size beverage....just saying. And just know that if you plan to order anything besides the burrito or taco, you're just paying an arm and a leg for glorified Taco Bell. read more

Most amazing burrito bowls!!! I get white rice with chicken and bacon then a tad bit of regular queso with cilantro and tortilla strips. Definitely the best there!!! Sometime lettuce isn't exactly "fresh" but still worth the visit. I eat there so much and prices arnt horrible but make sure you put extra veggies on it to get your moneys worth (usually $11 for me). There's no much difference between 2 stars and 3. Meh, I've experienced better vs a A OK. Both apply here. I've had much better... And it was OK. I used a ton of hot sauce to give the bland mix a bit of spicy and anti cardboard flavor. Maybe it was me that shouldn't have ordered mexican in a mexican place. I don't know. The bathrooms were disgusting, the hot sauces were down to about 1/8 a fill on EVERY single one. All the staff was down at one end when we entered and felt we were bothering them. "You want to take them"? The person that did our order was robotic, never really looked up and didn't offer us the more expensive add ons through the process. She only offered us what she wanted.. not the guac. or any of those better things. Not impressed. read more

The food is awful. I ordered a beef burrito. The meat didnt taste like meat, more like soy spread. The cheese was not your typical Mexican mix. The lettuce was not iceburg. The guacamole tasted like foam there was so much air in it. The tortilla tasted stale and there was too much of it and too little meat. This place recently opened, less than a month ago, but it can really be a hit or miss here. A Mexican style fast food restaurant. You go up to the counter, order, they prepare in front of you, and then you can either dine inside or outside or take it to go. This is a chain restaurant and I've been to other Qdoba's around the US that are better than this one. They serve burritos, quesadillas, tacos and taco salads. Then an array of combinations within those items. I highly recommend the guacamole. It's made fresh daily, tastes amazing, and the lime tortilla chips they serve with it are great. Although it is a big bummer when you have to pay .99 cents extra just to put guacamole on your burrito. Like I said, hit or miss, depending on when you go. I've gone a few nights since I work near by and I've had hard crunchy rice in my burrito one night, and the next night I had no complaints. read more
