I tryed Qdoba today for the first time, the burrito was very nice, I loved their (Queso Diablo) sause, and the 3 cheese dip sause. I also ordered some chips for me to take on the go, later I found out they had alittle more salt then what they should normally have... but everything else was very good, if you haven't tryed it and love Mexican food this is a must go! read more

Because they are the only quick service burrito place in the area, and as a victim to severe pregnancy cravings for burritos, I have come here more times than I would have liked this summer. Only having to drive 5 minutes from my house to get a burrito, and well, just being a burrito place is the only reason this place gets two stars. I have managed both full and quick service restaurants and while the latter is less personal and well, quick, there should still be expectations. However, this place is pretty consistent in its lack of staff, their lack of personality, and the dirtiness of the dining room. Quick service, when done right, can be a great experience for both staff and consumer. While I feel for the two people that are working the line during a rush, it doesn't take much to fake a smile or feign any emotion other than absolute misery. I can't wait to not be pregnant anymore so these insane cravings will go away and I will have the patience to drive elsewhere or make my own. Costumer service was amazing. Today was the first time I've been here. Food was good overall a good experience.

The food is good- NO problems there! However, maybe they should consider hiring employees that know the promotions they have going on...not to mention the signs with the daily deals all over the restaurant. My boyfriend and I asked the cashier if they still have roll the dice wednesdays so you get your meal free if you roll an odd number..the kid had NO idea what we were even talking about and he had the dice right in front of him. 230 on a Saturday the line was 15+ deep very slow moving. Looked very under staffed. Typically when I visit this location there is usually five employees on duty today only three so they were struggling to keep up with the line the food being prepared to keep going etx. The three girls on we're very pleasant though given the circumstances and not too stressed out. Food kind of sucked though not the attention it usually gets. Not bad. Had the steak tacos which were pretty good. Didn't like nickel and diming for this and that. Soda machine had a lemon flavored seltzer (think zero calories) which was great. The service was terrible. My friend wanted to use a valid coupon and the cashier replied with "I do not get paid enough for this." I have worked in the food industry and understand how rude customers can be. However, we were not being rude in any way. I really want to like this place... So much so that I keep coming back... And every time I open the bag, I remember why I say I'm not going back again. Food tastes decent. What you'd expect. Can't lie, I'm a sucker for the queso... But please please please train your staff to properly roll a burrito. I didn't order a sloppy Mexican calzone-like thing... I ordered a burrito. I've yet to get a burrito here that I can pick up and eat, like you're supposed to. They just plop all the ingredients in the middle of the tortilla and fold it in half, it's taken me everything to not ask them to make it again. Honestly my favorite quick lunch in the area. Been going here since it opened, ordered the same thing through all of that time, even when it wasn't on the menu the staff was accommodating. Reliable, the food is always the same, and when I want something quick and hassle free that I know I'll enjoy, it's the place to be. That said, the staff changes a whole lot, so sometimes you get not great service. I've found 90% of the time, the staff is fine- and every now and again you'll have a rude staff member. That said, with a chain restaurant like this, it's really to be expected. I've never seen it dirty except during a rush (which is normal, no fault there). Honestly been here countless times, and I don't have much for complaints. Big thanks to the workers who always put up with my burrito that's always obnoxiously loaded with queso. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the staff turnover rate is excessive, I'll go ahead and guess management could use some work. read more

There is consistently only 1 employee working, he's fantastic, he is there all the time working the line by himself. I frequent this location because I work in the plaza and it's convenient. It's embarrassing how the store is run. It's always dirty, the staff could care less about anything, it always takes me at least 15/20 minutes for any order because the food isn't prepped or the employee is going at the pace of a turtle. Let me start by saying I love QDOBA. I have been eating at QDOBA for 15+ years. This is by far the worst QDOBA location I have ever been to. Every time I come I am absolutely appalled by the horrible service and atmosphere. I am yet to encounter an employee at this location with a half decent attitude, or even a personality at that. I feel as though I am doing the employees a disservice each time I ask for anything during the ordering process. Literally the worst Qdoba I've ever been to. The employees are unapologetically rude, uninterested in being there, and often times incompetent. I've been there at least a dozen times and this is consistent throughout each trip. I wish there was a closer burrito place to me, but there is not. Where to begin on a fail... I'll start with the fact that I walked in at 6:15 pm on a Wednesday night and there were maybe 10 customers(6 at tables, 4 in line) the restaurant and 3 staff. I walk in and wait my turn. I ordered a taco salad bowl to go and they messed up. I told the girl and I quote "no beans, no rice, no corn." She said ok. She walked from the line and appeared to grab more paper bowls and started scooping. I get the bowl home and find corn and beans in the bowl. I called the restaurant and was treated very rudely. I explained the situation and how I live 30 mins away and was not about to drive back at 7:30 pm, he told me that "unless I wanted to drive back, he couldn't do anything." I want to make it clear, The Food isn't bad, It tastes good, It's not as good as other places but for Massachusetts, you can do way worse. But specifically for the WAREHAM restaurant; The Service is bottom of the barrel. Horrible. If you go in there later in the evening, You don't feel welcome AT ALL. The staff pays as little attention to you as they possibly can. They are open till 10 pm, But if they don't feel like staying that late, They'll close before then. I got there tonight 15 minutes before closing and as I was walking in they shut the lights off, after I got in my car and started driving away, the lights went back on. This is not the first time I've experienced this kind of unprofessional bullshit from this lackluster location. But This is what you get when there are no competent adults on. read more

The food is okay but pretty pricey for the amount of food you are given. My biggest problem with this restaurant is that every time I go in (which is 2-3 times a week) I have the WORST customer service. This last time there were 4 people working and only 1 (who seemed to be new) was preparing food for the customers. The last time I was there a guy working was on the phone the whole time he was ringing me up. Didn't say hi, look at me, or ask me if I wanted a receipt! I'm so disgusted with this place. They should really get some better management in there because it seems like it is a free for all. My BF and I love this place! We come here frequently for date nights because its very laid back, really yummy, and inexpensive. Their food is really great! You always leave there very satisfied. Awful service due to one employee. He seemed like he was stoned out of his mind the way he was behaving. Asked for 3 of some type of taco (forgot name) and he legit moved in slow motion to put it together like a sloth. Then he forgets what he's making in the middle of doing it and stops moving and is just staring off into space for so long as other customers in line are waiting and I'm standing there so confused. He then remembers what he's making and slowly puts the rest together. Slaps guacamole onto the taco and smears it with his fingers (is wearing gloves but I've never seen that) At the register he accidentally enters the wrong (and more expensive) thing so he had to get manager to help fix it. He blames his service on being new. Later on I come up to the register to purchase a bottle of water. I'm standing there and one employee is helping customers but the same dude who made my tacos is just slowly walking around doing sidework or something and doesn't acknowledge me. After standing for awhile he's like, "can I help you???" Then tells other employee to help me. The quality of the food was also bad for the price. To top it off his appearance gave off the impression of uncleanliness and grossed me out. Go to chipotle instead. read more

This place is a joke. Every time I go I tell myself never again, but sadly without driving to Plymouth, there are no other quick burrito places, so I keep going back. The food is mostly tasteless, I load on the salsas because the rice and meat is bland. The staff are rude and act like they'd rather be anywhere else...I get it you hate your job but unless you get another one you're stuck here pretend like you're a grown person. The kicker was this morning, they are supposed to open at 1030am per the door and web, I walked in at 1215, and was told they were closed and needed at least another 20 minutes before they could serve anyone, really!? And sadly, I've also gone during "open hours" and the doors have been locked and lights out. This just screams very poor management and staffing skills. Hadn't been to Qdoba in years and decided to give this location a try, as I had time to kill in the area. What an awful experience- the employees were miserable and unkempt, and the food preparation area and counter were horrifying. I have worked in food prep before and I am aware that sometimes when it's busy, things aren't 100% tidy 24/7 but this was horrifying. I took my $8.40 "taco salad" (which contained only a very small handful of lettuce and hardly any grilled steak or other toppings) to my (dirty, mind you- they all were filthy- I picked the cleanest looking one) table. The food tasted good, but never again will I spend nearly $9 on a measly salad. On the way out, I used the bathroom. The women's bathroom was again, horrifying. The sink and toilet were filthy (visible and questionable dried-on substance), and the floor was a safety hazard due to the amount of grease and grime that was on it. I will definitely not be visiting this Qdoba anytime soon. read more
